Technical Field

Background

The coupling is a mechanical part for coupling a driving shaft and a driven shaft in different mechanisms to rotate together to transmit torque. When the coupler is installed, alignment and centering of the coupler are the most critical steps, and determine the working state and the service life of a mechanism to be connected. The existing coupler alignment method is that a magnetic meter seat is adsorbed on the cylindrical surface of a coupler on one side, a meter rod fixed on the magnetic meter seat extends to the back of the coupler on the opposite side, a dial indicator is installed at the tail end of the meter rod, the dial indicator props against the upper part of the back end face of the coupler on the opposite side, and then measurement and adjustment are carried out. The method has the defects that the method is only suitable for the conditions that the position is proper, the axial length of the coupler is not too long or the spaces at two sides are larger, and when the axial length of the coupler is larger and a larger magnetic gauge seat cannot be used, the dial indicator sinks or swings when being installed, so that the measurement error is increased; when the spaces at the two sides of the coupler are narrow, the dial indicator can only be installed obliquely, and the accuracy of measured data cannot be guaranteed. In addition, when the calculated data relate to the diameter of the coupler, the existing coupler alignment method can only indirectly acquire the data from the rear end face of the coupler, so that the accuracy of the calculated result is reduced.

In summary, the existing coupler alignment method has a narrow application range and low measurement accuracy, and cannot ensure the installation quality of the coupler, so that improvement is needed.

The invention provides a split type coupler alignment device, which can effectively avoid the phenomenon that the calculated data value is different from the actual measured value; the phenomena of dial indicator sinking or swinging and the like caused by the overlong axial direction of the coupler are avoided; the phenomenon that the dial indicator can only be installed obliquely due to narrow spaces at two sides of the coupler is avoided, the accuracy of measurement and calculation is guaranteed, and alignment and centering of the coupler are completed quickly.

The invention comprises a main watch part and an auxiliary part which are respectively arranged on two couplings (a second coupling 9 and a first coupling 10) to be connected.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the main watch part includes a watch base 1, a watch rod 2, a connector 3, a magnetic chuck 4, a dial indicator fixing screw 5, a connector fixing screw 6 and a dial indicator 11. The bottom of the gauge stand 1 is provided with a V-shaped groove, the two sides of the upper part are inclined planes, and the middle part is a plane; a screw hole is formed on the inclined plane at one side of the gauge stand 1, and the magnetic suction disc 4 is screwed into the screw hole and can be adjusted up and down; a screw hole is formed in the middle plane of the meter seat 1, and the threaded end of the meter rod 3 is screwed in to fix the meter rod 3 on the meter seat 1; two round holes are formed in the connector 3, one vertical round hole is sleeved in the meter rod 3 to realize the up-and-down sliding of the connector 3, and the other horizontal round hole is used for mounting the dial indicator 11; the connector 3 can be fixed on the meter rod 2 by the connector fixing screw 6, and the dial indicator 11 can be fixed on the connector 3 by the dial indicator fixing screw 5.

Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the auxiliary portion includes a magnetic base 7 and a scale 8; the front face (i.e. the face opposite to the main watch part) of the magnetic base 7 is provided with a vertical groove, and the scale 8 can be vertically inserted into the vertical groove; the scale 8 is a double-layer structure, the front side of the scale is provided with dimension scales, and the back side of the scale is provided with a magnetic conduction layer which can be attracted by magnetic force; the magnetic base switch 12 on the magnetic base 7 is rotated to magnetically fix the magnetic base 7 on the outer cylindrical surface of the second coupling 9 and fix the scale 8 in the vertical groove.

Fig. 7 shows that the magnetic base 7 is matched with the outer cylindrical surface of the second coupling 9 in line contact through a V-shaped groove on the bottom surface.

Referring to fig. 8, the using method of the present invention is: firstly, the magnetic base 7 is placed on the outer cylindrical surface of the second coupling 9, and the bottom surface of the magnetic base 7 is in line contact and matching with the outer cylindrical surface of the second coupling 9, so that the magnetic base 7 and the outer cylindrical surface of the second coupling 9 are firmly attached; then, the scale 8 is inserted into the vertical groove on the magnetic base 7, the front surface (scale surface) is kept outward (towards the direction of the first coupler 10), the front surface of the scale 8 and the end surface of the second coupler 9 are positioned on the same plane, the magnetic base switch 12 is turned on, the magnetic base 7 and the outer cylindrical surface of the second coupler 9 are firmly adsorbed by magnetic force, and the vertical groove of the magnetic base 7 and the scale 8 are firmly adsorbed. Then placing the gauge stand 1 on the outer cylindrical surface of the first coupler 10, and ensuring the firm attachment of the gauge stand 1 and the outer cylindrical surface of the first coupler 10 due to the fact that the bottom surface of the gauge stand 1 is in line contact matching with the outer cylindrical surface of the first coupler 10; keep the horizontal round hole on the connector 3 relative with scale 8, then screw up magnetic chuck 4, make the bottom surface of magnetic chuck 4 and the inclined plane laminating of gauge stand 1, whole gauge stand 1 is passed to magnetic chuck 4's powerful magnetic force for gauge stand 1 fixes firmly on the outer face of cylinder of first shaft coupling 10. Adjusting the position of the connector 3, screwing the connector fixing screw 6, and fixing the connector 3 on the gauge stand 2; and then the dial indicator 11 is inserted into a horizontal round hole of the connector 3, so that the ejector rod props against the scale 8, the tightening force is adjusted, and finally the dial indicator fixing screw 5 is screwed down to realize data measurement.

The split type structure that the main meter part is matched with the auxiliary part is adopted, the traditional level meter rod is cancelled, the difference between the calculated data value and the actual measured value is avoided, the dial indicator is prevented from sinking or swinging due to the fact that the shaft of the coupler is too long, the phenomenon that the dial indicator is obliquely placed when the space on two sides of the coupler is narrow is avoided, accurate measurement of the coupler is realized, and alignment and centering of the coupler can be quickly completed. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high efficiency and rapidness in installation and operation, accurate measurement and wide popularization prospect.
