Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of light dimming of light supplementing lamps, in particular to a light dimming assembly of a light supplementing lamp and a light dimming lamp kit.

Background

The traditional position installation and determination of the light supplement lamp generally adopts the direct debugging of electrifying the lamp light at night, and although the position can be adjusted to a proper light supplement position theoretically, the position installation and determination of the light supplement lamp has obvious defects. 1. The construction time is limited by night or cloudy days, which brings a series of difficult installation problems to the visual invisibility of constructors. 2. The light supplementing lamp is powered on, high-voltage current exists inside the light supplementing lamp, and potential safety hazards exist to constructors on the vertical rod in the powered-on operation. 3. The operation is complicated, can't satisfy single quick installation, and the emergent light of light filling lamp is the taper shape, hardly finds near the center region of taper shape among the installation and debugging process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a light-compensating lamp dimming assembly and a light-compensating lamp kit, which are convenient to operate in daytime or sunny days, do not need to electrify a light-compensating lamp and dim the light-compensating lamp in a simple operation mode.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In order to describe the fill-in lamp dimming component provided in the embodiments of the present application, an applicable fill-in lamp and an installation method thereof will be described first. In one specific embodiment, the fixing section 5-1 may be flexible, and the material includes, but is not limited to, nylon, leather, cloth, and plastic. In addition, because the fixed section is the flexibility, be convenient for fold or curl, do benefit to and accomodate, can put into the shipment together in the main product packaging box of light filling lamp 4 after folding, reduce logistics cost. Especially, when the whole bandage is flexible, the effect is better. Correspondingly, the fixing section 5-1 may also be a rigid ring-shaped structure specially customized according to the shape of the specific fill-in light 4, and may have a certain opening to be adapted to fill-in light 4 with different sizes.

In a specific embodiment, the fixed section 5-1 is provided with scale marks 5-1-3 along the extending direction, the scale marks are perpendicular to the extending direction of the fixed section 5-1 and are distributed at intervals, so that the central axis of the laser 6 is aligned with the scale marks 5-1-3, thereby ensuring that the projection spot of the laser 6 is horizontally consistent with the central axis of the focus of the fill light 4, and the light emitting direction of the laser 6 is parallel to the light emitting direction of the fill light 4.

In a specific embodiment, the fixing section 5-1 is made into a strip structure detachably connected with the first connecting structure 5-1-1 and the second connecting structure 5-1-2, and the fixing section 5-1 can be set into an integrated closed ring structure, and the fixing section can be directly sleeved with the lamp cap of the light supplement lamp 4, but can only be adapted to the light supplement lamp with a specific size.

In a specific embodiment, each laser lamp 6 is detachably connected with the fixed segment 5-1, so that the number and the position of the laser lamps 6 can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and the laser lamps 6 and the fixed segment 5-1 can be produced separately and assembled later, and the process difficulty is reduced.

In a specific embodiment, each laser lamp 6 comprises a light emitting body 6-1 and a base 6-2, the light emitting body 6-1 is mounted on the base 6-2, and may be specifically disposed in a fixing groove of the base 6-2, the base 6-2 is provided with a clamping groove 6-3, the fixing section 5-1 is clamped in the clamping groove 6-3 to realize fixing with the base 6-2, and the thickness of the fixing section 5-1 is uniform, and the base 6-2 may be clamped at various positions of the fixing section 5-1.

In a specific embodiment, the plurality of laser lamps 6 are uniformly spaced along the fixed section 5-1, so that the area surrounded by the light spots of the laser lamps 6 can better represent the outer contour of the lamp head of the fill light 4.

In a specific embodiment, the number of the laser lamps 6 is 4, wherein every two laser lamps 6 are arranged oppositely, and the intermediate position of the light supplement area of the light supplement lamp 4 is determined more accurately by using a smaller number of laser lamps 6, so that the cost is reduced.

Optionally, the fixing section 5-1, the connecting section 5-3 and the pre-fixing section 5-2 are sequentially connected to form a linear structure, so that a whole strip-shaped binding band can be directly taken and used to form the three sections respectively, and the process difficulty and the cost are reduced.

The operation method comprises the following steps:

after the light supplement lamp 4 is fixed on the high-altitude cross rod 1 through the hoop support 2 and the adjusting support 3, the light supplement lamp 4 is adjusted in light and aligned. The pre-fixing section 5-2 is bound on the high-altitude cross bar 1 so as to prevent a light-adjusting person from dropping the binding band 5 on the ground carelessly. The third connecting structure 5-2-1 and the fourth connecting structure 5-2-2 are connected, specifically, the third connecting structure 5-2-1 is a rough surface layer, the fourth connecting structure 5-2-2 is a hook surface layer, and the binding band 5 and the high-altitude cross rod 1 are quickly fixed. Then, the first connecting structure 5-1-1 is connected with the second connecting structure 5-1-2, the fixing section 5-2 and the light-emitting end of the light supplement lamp 4 are circumferentially and initially positioned, and a certain gap is kept between the fixing section 5-2 and the light supplement lamp 4, so that the laser lamp 6 can be conveniently installed subsequently. A plurality of laser lamps 6 are fixed at different positions of the fixed section 5-2 in a predetermined manner. And then, the fixing section 5-2 is tightened, and the first connecting structure 5-1-1 and the second connecting structure 5-1-2 are bonded again to realize the stable fixation of the fixing section 5-2 and the light supplement lamp 4. Then, the side face 5-4 of the fixed section 5-2, which has the same light emitting direction as the light supplement lamp 4, is aligned with the annular edge of the front end face 4-1 of the light supplement lamp 4, so as to ensure that the light emitting direction of the laser lamp 6 is consistent with the reference line L. Adjusting the laser 6 to ensure that the light emitting direction of the laser 6 is aligned with the scale mark 5-1-3; the projection spot of the laser 6 is adjusted to the area needing light supplement by adjusting the adjusting bracket 3. The binding band 5 and the laser lamp 6 can be detached and recycled.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application provides a light supplement lamp kit, which includes a light supplement lamp 4 and the light supplement lamp dimming assembly provided in the above embodiment, wherein the fixing section 5-1 is used to fittingly surround a circumferential surface of a light emitting end of the light supplement lamp 4. The light supplement lamp dimming component and the light supplement lamp 4 can be boxed together. The beneficial effect of the light supplement lamp kit can refer to the foregoing discussion of the light supplement lamp dimming component.
