Hereinafter, an information processing system, a server, and a recording medium according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. The present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described below.

The configuration of the information processing system according to the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. As shown in fig. 1, the information processing system 1 of the embodiment includes a wallet server 10, a first user terminal 20, a second user terminal 30, and a settlement operator server 40.

In the information processing system 1, the wallet server 10, the first user terminal 20, the second user terminal 30, and the settlement operator server 40 are configured to be able to communicate with each other via the network NW. The network NW is configured by, for example, an internet network, a mobile phone network, or the like.

The wallet server 10 is a server for comprehensively managing the wallet system, and it is managed by an administrator of the wallet system. As shown in fig. 2, the wallet server 10 includes a communication unit 11, a control unit 12, and a storage unit 13.

The communication unit 11 is configured by, for example, a lan (local Area network) interface board, a wireless communication circuit for performing wireless communication, and the like. The communication unit 11 is connected to a network NW such as the internet as a public communication network. The communication unit 11 is connected to the network NW, and thereby performs communication with the first user terminal 20, the second user terminal 30, and the settlement operator server 40.

The control unit 12 includes a processor and a memory. The Processor is composed of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and the like. The Memory is a main Memory device, and is composed of a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), and the like. The control unit 12 loads a program stored in the storage unit 13 into a work area of a memory (main storage device) and executes the program, and controls each component and the like by executing the program, thereby realizing a function suitable for a predetermined purpose.

The storage unit 13 is configured by a recording medium such as an EPROM (Erasable Programmable ROM), a Hard Disk Drive (Hard Disk Drive) and a removable medium. Examples of the removable medium include disk recording media such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus) memory, a CD (Compact Disc), a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), and a BD (Blu-ray Disc). The storage unit 13 can store an Operating System (OS), various programs, various tables, various Databases (DBs), and the like. The storage section 13 has a user information database 131 and a wallet information database 132.

The user information database 131 stores information (hereinafter, referred to as "user information") related to users who utilize the information processing system. Examples of the user information include a user ID, a password, a user name of a user who has performed login using the wallet system, a contact information (e.g., an address, a telephone number, an email address, etc.) of the user, a login history, information on a payment method registered as a deposit method, information on a payment method registered as a settlement method, a secret code at the time of settlement, a classification, the presence or absence of an approver, and the presence or absence of a use restriction. The user ID and the password in the user information are used for authentication processing such as login to the wallet server 10.

The wallet information database 132 stores information (hereinafter, referred to as "wallet information") relating to electronic wallets of the information processing system 1. The wallet information includes a user ID, a balance of electronic money, a history of deposit of electronic money, a history of use of electronic money, and the like. Further, the wallet information database 132 stores information related to settlement of the wallet system (hereinafter, referred to as "settlement information"). The settlement information includes a user ID, a settlement method used for settlement (e.g., electronic money payment, scan payment, code payment, etc.), a settlement history, and the like. In addition, electronic money settlement is non-contact settlement.

Further, the storage unit 13 stores wedding ceremony information, invitation information, presence absence confirmation information, presence information, deposit request information, progress information of the collection status, information of the attendees, amount information of the gift, catalog information, information of the return gift, information of the number of points required for exchange, and the like. In addition, event information such as wedding ceremony information may be stored in a server other than the wallet server 10. In short, the wallet server 10 only needs to be configured to be able to acquire the event information.

The first user terminal 20 is a computer terminal owned by an attendee or an invited guest as the first user. As the first user terminal 20, a smartphone, a mobile phone, a tablet terminal, a wearable computer, a personal computer, or the like owned by the user can be cited. Since a person who goes to an event is a plurality of persons, and a guest who is invited to a wedding ceremony is a plurality of persons, etc., a plurality of first user terminals 20 will exist in the information processing system 1.

The first user terminal 20 includes a communication unit 21, a control unit 22, a storage unit 23, and a display unit 24. The communication unit 21, the control unit 22, and the storage unit 23 of the first user terminal 20 are physically the same as the communication unit 11, the control unit 12, and the storage unit 13 of the wallet server 10. The first user terminal 20 may be any portable terminal that can transmit and receive information to and from the wallet server 10 via the network NW.

The control unit 22 functions as a display control unit, a deposit method registration unit, a settlement method registration unit, a deposit processing unit, and a settlement processing unit by executing the program stored in the storage unit 23.

The control unit 22 controls the display contents on the display unit 24 when functioning as a display control unit. The control unit 22 displays various screens on the display unit 24 based on user operations (touch operations, slide operations, and the like). Examples of the display screen include a login screen when logging in to the wallet system, a settlement screen when performing settlement by scan payment or the like, a use history screen showing a list of use histories such as settlement or the like, a payment history detailed screen showing details of the payment history, and a deposit screen when performing deposit of electronic money into the electronic wallet. Then, the control unit 22 shifts each screen based on the user operation.

When functioning as a deposit method registration unit, the control unit 22 registers a deposit method for depositing electronic money. The deposit method means a method for depositing electronic money to an electronic wallet as a virtual depositing and withdrawing account. As the deposit method, a bank account in the payment method and a credit card are included. By logging in a bank account and a credit card as a deposit method, it becomes possible to deposit electronic money to an electronic wallet. The payment method is a method of paying principal when settlement is performed. As a payment method, a balance of electronic money in a bank account, a credit card, and an electronic wallet is included. The credit card is associated with a bank account, and the amount of money to be used for each card is deducted from the bank account at a later date.

The control section 22 transmits a deposit method registration request for registering a plurality of different payment methods operated by a plurality of operators as a deposit method to an electronic wallet to the wallet server 10. Upon receiving a deposit method registration request from the first user terminal 20, the control unit 12 of the wallet server 10 stores the payment method included in the deposit method registration request as user information in the user information database 131 of the storage unit 13. Thereby, in the user information database 131, the payment method is registered as a deposit method.

When functioning as a settlement method registration unit, the control unit 22 also registers a payment method registered as a deposit method as a settlement method. The settlement method means a method of implementing settlement using a payment method. As the settlement method, scan payment, electronic money payment, and code payment can be cited. The scan payment, the electronic money payment, and the code payment are all settlement methods using the balance of electronic money in the electronic wallet.

For example, the control unit 22 transmits a settlement request for making a settlement with electronic money deposited in the electronic wallet by using any one of a plurality of settlement methods (electronic money payment, scan payment, code payment) set in advance to the wallet server 10 or the store terminal. At this time, when the electronic money payment is performed, the control unit 22 transmits a payment request to the store terminal via the short-range wireless communication unit. The scan payment is a settlement performed by reading a barcode or a QR code (registered trademark) published in a store with a camera or the like of the first user terminal 20. When the code payment is performed, the control unit 22 causes a reading unit such as a code reader of the store terminal to read a barcode or a QR code (registered trademark) displayed on the first user terminal 20, thereby transmitting a payment request to the store terminal. In the scan payment, the first user terminal 20 may read a barcode or a QR code (registered trademark) displayed on a store terminal such as a cash register.

When functioning as a deposit processing unit, the control unit 22 deposits electronic money into the electronic wallet. The control section 22 transmits a deposit request for causing the electronic wallet to deposit electronic money by the payment method registered as the deposit method to the wallet server 10. When receiving a deposit request from the first user terminal 20, the control unit 12 of the wallet server 10 increases the balance of the electronic money in the electronic wallet based on the deposit amount information included in the deposit request. That is, the control section 12 updates the wallet information stored in the storage section 13 in accordance with the amount of increase in the balance of the electronic money in the electronic wallet.

When functioning as a settlement processing unit, the control unit 22 performs settlement by a payment method. For example, when the scan payment is performed, the control unit 22 transmits a payment request (settlement request) to the wallet server 10 by reading a QR code (registered trademark) or the like published in a store with a camera or the like of the first user terminal 20.

When functioning as a settlement processing unit, the control unit 22 can also perform settlement by a payment method (e.g., a bank account or a credit card) other than the balance of the electronic money in the electronic wallet. For example, when a crediting method login request is transmitted from the first user terminal 20 to the wallet server 10, the control section 22 transmits a login request for logging in a payment method included in the crediting method login request as a settlement method to the wallet server 10. That is, when a certain payment method (for example, the bank account of the X bank) is registered as the deposit method in the wallet server 10, the control unit 22 also automatically registers the payment method (the bank account of the X bank) as the settlement method. "registering a payment method as a settlement method" means that the payment method is set as a payment source and a settlement is enabled. That is, the case where the bank account of X bank is used as a payment source to enable scanning payment is referred to. Upon receiving a login request from the first user terminal 20, the control unit 12 of the wallet server 10 stores a payment method included in the login request as user information in the user information database 131. Thereby, the payment method is registered as the settlement method. Also, the control section 22 transmits a payment request for making a payment by any one of a plurality of settlement methods through a bank account or a credit card to the wallet server 10. Upon receiving a payment request (settlement request) from the first user terminal 20, the control unit 12 of the wallet server 10 transmits settlement amount information included in the payment request to the settlement operator server 40. Also, the settlement process is carried out through information communication between the wallet server 10 and the settlement operator server 40.

The storage unit 23 stores data of various screens that the control unit 22 causes the display unit 24 to display. The storage unit 23 temporarily stores user information, wallet information, and the like as necessary.

The display unit 24 is configured by, for example, a touch panel display, and has an input function of receiving an operation performed by a user's finger, a pen, or the like, and a display function of displaying various information under the control of the control unit 22.

The second user terminal 30 is a computer terminal owned by a sponsor as the second user. Examples of the second user terminal 30 include a smartphone, a mobile phone, a tablet terminal, a wearable computer, and a personal computer used by the second user.

The second user terminal 30 includes a communication unit 31, a control unit 32, a storage unit 33, and a display unit 34. The communication unit 31, the control unit 32, the storage unit 33, and the display unit 34 of the second user terminal 30 are physically similar to the communication unit 21, the control unit 22, the storage unit 23, and the display unit 24 of the first user terminal 20. The second user terminal 30 may be any portable terminal that can transmit and receive information to and from the wallet server 10 via the network NW.

The settlement operator server 40 is a server for managing the account of the user and the credit card, and is provided in a financial institution (e.g., a bank, a credit vault, a credit cooperative, a labor vault, etc.) and a credit card company. The settlement operator server 40 includes a communication unit 41, a control unit 42, and a storage unit 43. The communication unit 41, the control unit 42, and the storage unit 43 of the settlement operator server 40 are physically the same as the communication unit 11, the control unit 12, and the storage unit 13 of the wallet server 10.

The storage unit 43 stores account information and credit card information of each user of the wallet system. The account information includes a user's name, account number, account balance, and deposit/withdrawal history. The credit card information includes the name of the user, the credit card number, the expiration date of the credit card, the usage limit, and the card usage history.

The information processing system 1 configured as described above is configured so that a host of an event or the like can grasp a plurality of participants in advance, and charges for going to participate in the event can be collected in advance using an electronic wallet associated with each user. Examples of the event include a meeting where a participation fee must be secured and seats for a plurality of participants must be provided, a wedding ceremony where a gift money must be delivered and confirmation of absence of attendance by a plurality of invited guests is required, and the like.

Fig. 3 is a sequence diagram showing a control flow at the time of presence processing. In addition, a control flow exemplified by a wedding ceremony is shown in fig. 3.

The first user terminal 20 reads the QR code (registered trademark) published on the invitation card (step S101), and displays invitation information corresponding to the QR code (registered trademark) on the display section 24 (step S102). In step S101, the QR code (registered trademark) including the invitation information to the wedding ceremony is read by the reading section of the first user terminal 20. In step S102, on the display portion 24 of the first user terminal 20, presence/absence confirmation information of presence or absence of the wedding ceremony and input request information for deciding the amount of money to be paid when the wedding ceremony is present are displayed as invitation information. The first user terminal 20 displays the presence absence confirmation information and the input request information through an image that can be operated by the first user.

The first user terminal 20 detects, as an operation performed by the first user, an operation of selecting the presence of the invited wedding ceremony (step S103). In step S103, it is detected that the display button for selecting the presence wedding ceremony is selected for the presence absence confirmation information displayed on the display unit 24.

Further, the first user terminal 20 decides the amount of the gift money according to the operation performed by the first user (step S104). In step S104, a user operation indicating that a decision button for deciding in a state where the amount of the gift money is input is selected is detected with respect to the input request information displayed on the display unit 24. In step S104, a user operation indicating that a gift is selected from a plurality of options in a pull-down manner and the gift is determined may be detected.

Then, the first user terminal 20 transmits a settlement request of presence information and a gift corresponding to the invitation information to the wallet server 10 when the presence absence confirmation information for the invitation information and the user operation for inputting the request information are completed (step S105). In step S105, a settlement request using an electronic wallet associated with the first user is implemented as a settlement request for the gift.

The wallet server 10, upon receiving the presence information corresponding to the invitation information of the wedding ceremony and the request for settlement of the gift money, performs the presence confirmation process of deciding the user as the predetermined participant (step S106). In step S106, the presence information for which wedding ceremony is specified based on the identification information included in the presence information. Further, the wallet server 10 can total how many persons the predetermined attendees to the wedding ceremony are totaled according to the attendance information.

Also, the wallet server 10 performs a settlement process using an electronic wallet having a correspondence relationship with the first user based on the settlement request of the gift money (step S107). In step S107, first, wallet information associated with the first user is specified with reference to the storage unit 13 based on the user identification information included in the presence information. For example, when the received settlement request for the gift is a settlement request that specifies any one of a plurality of settlement methods registered in the electronic wallet, the wallet server 10 performs settlement using the specified settlement method. The wallet server 10, when performing a settlement process of a gift using an electronic wallet, performs information communication between it and the settlement operator server 40 with which the electronic wallet is associated, thereby performing the settlement process.

The wallet server 10 transmits presence information related to the first user and a notification indicating that payment of the gift realized by the electronic settlement is completed to the second user terminal 30 when the presence confirmation process and the settlement process of the gift are completed (step S108). In step S108, a completion notification indicating that the information processing of the participant is completed is transmitted toward the sponsor terminal in which the sponsor as the wedding ceremony is registered.

Further, the wallet server 10 stores the amount information of the gift money in the storage 13 for each attendee, respectively (step S109). In step S109, the user who answered to be present and the user who answered to be absent among the invited guests are stored in the storage section 13, and the amount of money paid by the user who answered to be present is stored in the storage section 13 as amount information.

The second user terminal 30 displays the information of the attendee and the amount information of the gift on the display part 34 upon receiving the presence information and the notification of payment completion from the wallet server 10 (step S110). In step S110, the information of the attendees and the amount information of the gift money are temporarily stored in the storage 33 of the second user terminal 30.

Fig. 4 is a sequence diagram showing a control flow in the gift-return processing.

The wallet server 10 calculates a gift score corresponding to the amount of the gift money for each attendee, for each user who is invited to answer the user who will attend (step S201). In step S201, the gift points are calculated separately for each attendee using the ratio of the gift points to the amount of the gift. The ratio used in step S201 is a value set in advance. The ratio may be set to vary according to the amount of money, or may be set to the same ratio uniformly regardless of the amount of money. In step S201, the gift score may be calculated at the time when the process of step S106 in fig. 3 is performed.

The wallet server 10 gives the return points to the attendees when a predetermined end time of the wedding ceremony has elapsed (step S202). In step S202, a scheduled end time of the wedding ceremony is registered as the wedding ceremony information, so that the wallet server 10 can determine that the scheduled end time of the wedding ceremony has elapsed based on the wedding ceremony information. Further, the gift back point is given to the electronic wallet in which the correspondence relationship with the attendees is established. That is, the wallet server 10 gives the gift back point calculated in step S201 to the electronic wallet used for the settlement processing of the gift of each attendee.

When the assignment of the gift back point to the attendee is completed, the wallet server 10 notifies the first user terminal 20 of information indicating that the gift back point has been assigned (step S203). In step S203, a notification is transmitted to the first user terminal 20 corresponding to each attendee.

Then, the first user terminal 20 displays the information of the bonus point on the display section 24 when receiving the notification indicating that the giving of the bonus point is completed (step S204). In step S204, the gift back score given to the electronic wallet of the first user is screen-displayed.

Further, the wallet server 10 executes a cancellation process of making use of the gift points possible when the giving notification of the gift points to all the attendees has been completed (step S205). In step S205, the restriction is released, for example, so that the gift score that is restricted to be unusable at the calculation time point in step S201 becomes usable at the notification time point in step S203.

Fig. 5 is a sequence diagram showing a control flow in the case of integration use.

The first user terminal 20 transmits a request for use of the gift points to the wallet server 10 (step S301). In step S301, a request for information of a gift back that can be redeemed with a gift back credit is transmitted to the wallet server 10.

The wallet server 10 specifies information of the gift return and information of the number of points required for redemption based on the request for use of the gift return points (step S302). In step S302, the directory information to be a gift return object is specified.

The wallet server 10 sends back the information of the gift and the information of the required integration number to the first user terminal 20 (step S303).

The first user terminal 20, upon receiving the information of returning the gift, displays the information on the display portion 24. Then, the first user terminal 20 sends back a redemption request of the gift and the gift back point to the wallet server 10 upon detecting a user operation from the first user deciding to return the gift (step S304). In step S304, the redemption request may be a redemption request that consumes all of the bonus points or a redemption request that consumes a portion of the bonus points.

Then, the wallet server 10 carries out the redemption process of the gift back points and the gift back based on the redemption request from the first user terminal 20 (step S305). In step S305, the number of points required in the redemption of the gift returns is subtracted from the gift returns.

As described above, according to the embodiment, the host of the wedding ceremony can easily perform the confirmation of the absence of attendance of the scheduled participant and the collection of the gift money. Thereby, it becomes unnecessary to collect the gift on the day of the wedding ceremony.

In addition, as a modification of the embodiment, the fare to be given to the invited guest from a distant place among the invited guests who have attended the wedding ceremony can be given as the point. In this case, when the participant settles the transportation fee using the electronic wallet, the wallet server 10 gives the points corresponding to the transportation fee to the electronic wallet as the fare in the form of the points. This makes it possible to accurately calculate the vehicle cost. In this case, the gift to be paid by the participant may be cancelled by the actual fare of the transportation fee in the electronic wallet. In addition, when the upper limit value is set in the fare and the traffic fare of the actual fare exceeds the upper limit value, the credit corresponding to the upper limit value is given to the electronic wallet.

Further effects and modifications can be easily deduced by those skilled in the art. Therefore, the broader aspects of the present invention are not limited to the specific details and representative embodiments shown and described above. Therefore, various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
