The invention relates to the technical field of communication engineering, in particular to a metalized cross-shaped framework high-speed network cable.

Background

With the continuous development of communication, network and computer technologies, people put higher demands on the performance of the comprehensive wiring system. Twisted pair cables, in which the conductors are present in pairs, 2 in a pair, are commonly used in network transmission and are twisted around each other. The conductors in the twisted pair should be 4 pairs in total, for a total of 8.

Currently, network transmission rates have increased from previous 10Mb to 100Mb, and to 155Mb, 622Mb asynchronous transfer modes and higher gigabit local area network technologies. The transmission frequency evolves from 100MHz to 250MHz, 500MHz, and the effects of electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic coupling become more pronounced. Currently, more than 5 types of twisted pairs are generally adopted in networking, and 3 types of twisted pairs belong to obsolete products. Higher requirements are put on cable technical indexes, especially crosstalk. The frequency response of a cable having one or more twisted pairs of signal lines is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention discloses a metalized cross-shaped framework high-speed network cable, which comprises an insulating layer 1, a twisted pair 2, a metalized framework 3 and a shielding layer 4, wherein the twisted pair is composed of eight conductors, and each two conductors are paired and twisted with each other; the twisted pair is wrapped by the shielding layer 4, the insulating layer 1 is wrapped by the shielding layer 4, the metalized framework 3 is installed in the shielding layer 4, and each pair of wires is separated by the metalized framework 3.

The metallized framework is an insulating cross framework, and four pairs of wires of the twisted pair are respectively arranged in four grooves of the insulating cross framework; without the cruciform separation, one pair of wires in the cable may become trapped in a gap between two wires of another pair, and the spacing between the pairs is reduced, which exacerbates the crosstalk problem.

In the present invention, there are two implementation manners of the shielding layer 4, the first implementation manner: the shielding layer 4 comprises an electromagnetic shielding film and an aluminum foil layer, and the electromagnetic shielding film and the aluminum foil layer are wrapped on the twisted pair wires and distributed from inside to outside. The shielding layer 4 can prevent external electromagnetic interference, and ensures the stability of signal transmission.

The second implementation mode comprises the following steps: the shielding layer 4 is of a braided red copper structure, is non-magnetic, wear-resistant and good in sound insulation, and can effectively filter electron beams.
