The invention aims to provide a small radio frequency coaxial contact which can meet the transmission requirements of high frequency, low loss, miniaturization, integration and modularization in a radio frequency transmission system.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a small radio frequency coaxial contact element comprises a pin contact element, a jack contact element, a pin inner contact element, a pin insulator, a pin outer contact element, a jack inner contact element, a jack insulator and a jack outer contact element, wherein the pin inner contact element is fixed by the pin insulator and is arranged in the pin outer contact element, the jack inner contact element is fixed by the jack insulator and is arranged in the jack outer contact element, when the pin contact element and the jack contact element are inserted, the pin inner contact element is inserted into the jack inner contact element, and the jack outer contact element is inserted into the pin outer contact element, so that the transmission of radio frequency signals is completed.

The inner contact piece and the outer contact piece of the contact pin of the radio frequency coaxial contact piece are respectively provided with a taper structure, the contact pin has automatic alignment and positioning functions when being inserted and closed, the contact length is larger than 1.5 mm, the diameter phi is 0.5 mm, and 40GHz radio frequency signals can be transmitted.

The maximum outer circle diameter of the contact piece outside the contact pin and the jack of the radio frequency coaxial contact piece is not more than phi 4.5 mm, the overall structure size is small, the radio frequency coaxial contact piece can be used in a multi-core integrated connector, and the light weight and the miniaturization of the connector are facilitated.

The small radio frequency coaxial contact element has the advantages of small overall dimension, high transmission frequency, low loss, reliable connection, capability of glass sintering, air sealing function and suitability for light-weight small multi-core integrated connectors.
