3. The intelligent air switch cabinet of claim 2, wherein an environmental sensor is further disposed in the cabinet and is in communication with the peripheral control module for monitoring the temperature and humidity values of the surrounding environment.

The intelligent air switch box of claim 3, wherein the intelligent air switch box is provided with passwords, different passwords are endowed with different viewing and operating authorities, and an operator obtains corresponding authorities after inputting the passwords through the display and input device.

5. The intelligent air switch box of claim 4, wherein a mobile device interface is provided outside the intelligent air switch box for inserting a mobile device for authentication or importing/exporting data.

The intelligent air switch cabinet of claim 5, wherein for a plurality of air switches with upper and lower stages in the cabinet, when the upper stage air switch needs to be opened, the handler system automatically opens the lower stage air switch in the closed state, then opens the upper stage air switch, and finally restores the lower stage air switch to the original state.

The intelligent air switch cabinet of claim 6, wherein for a plurality of air switches with upper and lower stages in the cabinet, when the upper stage air switch needs to be closed, the handler system automatically opens the lower stage air switch in the closed state, then closes the upper stage air switch, and finally restores the lower stage air switch to its original state.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an air switch, in particular to an intelligent air switch box.

Background

Present intelligent air switch case adds wisdom air switch, data monitoring, gateway, communication module etc. in the box, has realized intelligent monitoring and remote control problem, can look over real-time data and historical data through the high in the clouds, can carry out remote control and time operation. However, the current intelligent air switch has the following problems: the local operation needs to be realized by pulling a mechanical buckle, so that the safety is insufficient; as the data is totally in cloud through communication, historical data and real-time data cannot be visually checked locally; the local data storage is not available or the data storage space is small, so that the historical data is easy to lose under the condition of no external network.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an improved intelligent air switch cabinet.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an intelligent air switch box which comprises a processor system in the box and a display and input device outside the box; the processor system comprises a network communication module, a peripheral control module and a data storage module; the network communication module is used for interacting with cloud services, and the peripheral control module is used for communicating with the intelligent air switch and the intelligent electric meter in the box to acquire data; the data storage module is used for storing data; display and input devices are used for data presentation and interaction with the operator.

Furthermore, the intelligent air switch is used for switching on and off control of the circuit; the intelligent electric meter is used for monitoring the circuit state including current, voltage and line temperature.

Further, an environment sensor which is communicated with the peripheral control module is arranged in the box and used for monitoring the temperature value and the humidity value of the surrounding environment.

Furthermore, the intelligent air switch box is provided with passwords, different passwords are endowed with different viewing and operating authorities by the processor system, and an operator inputs the passwords through the display and input device and then acquires corresponding authorities.

Furthermore, a mobile device interface is arranged outside the intelligent air switch box and used for inserting mobile devices for identity verification or importing/exporting data.

Furthermore, for a plurality of air switches with upper and lower stages in the box, when the upper-stage air switch needs to be opened, the processor system automatically opens the lower-stage air switch in a closing state, then opens the upper-stage air switch, and finally restores the lower-stage air switch to the original state.

Furthermore, for a plurality of air switches with upper and lower stages in the box, when the upper stage air switch needs to be switched on, the processor system automatically switches off the lower stage air switch in the switching-on state, then switches on the upper stage air switch, and finally restores the lower stage air switch to the original state.

Further, the display and input device is a touch screen.

According to the intelligent air switch box, the touch display screen is locally arranged, so that data and control equipment can be visually checked; monitoring equipment data in real time, and storing the equipment data locally to ensure that the data can be stored under the condition of no external network; local operation can be through the touch-sensitive screen, need not mechanical control, and it is more convenient to operate, and authority management is more reasonable. In addition, through the preset upper and lower stage switching gate logic, the generation of electric arcs can be avoided.

Detailed Description

The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent air switch box according to the present invention includes a core processor and a touch display, wherein the core processor includes a network communication module, a peripheral control module, and a data storage module. The network communication module is responsible for interacting with cloud service, and the peripheral control module is responsible for communicating with the intelligent air switch, the intelligent ammeter and the environmental sensor to acquire data. The data storage module is responsible for storing data. The touch display is responsible for data presentation and touch interaction.

The intelligent air switch is responsible for switching-on and switching-off control of the circuit. The intelligent electric meter is responsible for monitoring circuit states including current, voltage, line temperature and the like. The environmental sensor is responsible for monitoring the temperature value, the humidity value and the like of the surrounding environment.

The traditional air switch box needs to be opened by a mechanical key if operation is needed, and in order to prevent the key from being lost, a plurality of air switch boxes generally use the same mechanical key, so that the authorization problem exists. According to the intelligent air switch box, the software password is input on the display screen to authorize the operation permission, and the box does not need to be opened. Different air switch boxes can be provided with different passwords to authorize different people. Meanwhile, different passwords have different authorities in the same air switch box. For example, a control password of a level 1 authority can control the opening and closing state of equipment, add timing control and the like; the level 0 authority needs to be inserted into special hardware equipment, takes effect after automatic verification, and can add or delete equipment, modify a level 1 authority control password and the like.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2, since a plurality of intelligent air switching devices exist in the box, and different air switching devices have a relationship between upper and lower levels, when the upper level device is controlled to be switched off, if the lower level device is in a switched-on state, an arc may be caused; similarly, if the higher-level device needs to be switched on, and the lower-level device is in a switched-on state at the moment, the arc can be caused. In the intelligent air switch box, if the superior equipment needs to be switched off, the processor system judges whether the inferior equipment is in the switching-off state or not, if not, the inferior equipment is automatically switched off, when all the inferior equipment is switched off, the inferior equipment is switched on, and then the state of the inferior equipment is restored before all the inferior equipment is installed; if the superior equipment needs to be switched on and the subordinate equipment is in a switched-on state, the subordinate equipment is switched off first, then the superior equipment is switched on, and then the subordinate equipment is restored to the previous state.
