1. A manufacturing method of one-piece dress is characterized by comprising the following steps:

selecting raw materials: selecting a plurality of first fabrics, a plurality of second fabrics, a plurality of third fabrics and a plurality of lining cloths;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clothing production, in particular to a method for manufacturing a one-piece dress.

Background

With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of living standard of people, people wear clothes in a diversified and personalized way. One-piece dress is a kind of dress that is popular with women. The one-piece dress is a skirt integrated with the upper part and the lower part as the name suggests, is comfortable and convenient to wear, has aesthetic feeling, and can perfectly show the stature and the temperament of women.

However, the existing one-piece dress is monotonous in whole and less in surface decoration, and the adopted cloth is polyester, chemical fiber and the like, so that the wearing comfort is low, and the pursuit of modern women on the aesthetic quality and the comfort level of the one-piece dress cannot be met; therefore, it is necessary to design a new dress.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to design a silk one-piece dress which is strong in stereoscopic impression, prominent in color, green, environment-friendly, close to nature and comfortable to wear.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the manufacturing method of the one-piece dress is provided, and comprises the following steps:

selecting raw materials: selecting a plurality of first fabrics, a plurality of second fabrics, a plurality of third fabrics and a plurality of lining cloths;

inspecting raw materials: inspecting the quantity, appearance and quality of the plurality of first fabrics, the plurality of second fabrics, the plurality of third fabrics and the plurality of lining cloths;

cutting: cutting the plurality of first fabrics, the plurality of second fabrics, the plurality of third fabrics and the plurality of lining cloth into a plurality of first fabric pieces, a plurality of second fabric pieces, a plurality of third fabric pieces and a plurality of lining cloth pieces by using a numerical control cutting machine;

manufacturing a first skirt body: sewing and splicing a part of the first panel, a plurality of the second panels, a part of the third panel and a plurality of the lining cloth panels to obtain a first skirt body;

preparing a lotus leaf edge: selecting a part of the first face material piece, and performing wrinkle extraction on one side of the selected first face material piece through a sewing machine and a wrinkle extraction presser foot to obtain a plurality of first wrinkle extraction face material pieces; one side of the first crumpling surface material pieces is subjected to edge locking through edge locking and pressing feet to obtain a plurality of lotus leaf edges;

manufacturing a second skirt body: selecting a part of the first face material sheet, and sewing a plurality of the lotus leaf edges at the outer side of the selected first face material sheet to obtain a second lotus leaf edge skirt body; selecting a part of the third surface material sheet, and sewing the selected third surface material sheet on the inner side of the second scallop skirt body to obtain a second skirt body;

manufacturing the one-piece dress: and sewing and splicing the first skirt body and the second skirt body to obtain a finished product one-piece dress.

Further, the step of cutting further comprises:

cutting the first fabrics into a plurality of first fabric pieces by using the numerical control cutting machine; cutting the plurality of second surface materials into a plurality of second surface material pieces matched with the first surface material pieces by using the numerical control cutting machine; cutting the plurality of third panels into a plurality of third panels using the data cutter; and cutting the plurality of pieces of lining cloth into a plurality of pieces of lining cloth matched with the first surface material piece by using the numerical control cutting machine.

and (3) wrinkle removal treatment: selecting a part of the first face material sheet, and performing wrinkle extraction on the selected first face material sheet through the sewing machine in cooperation with the wrinkle extraction presser foot to obtain a plurality of first wrinkle extraction face material sheets;

manufacturing a first lotus leaf edge: selecting a first face material piece, and performing wrinkle extraction on one side of the selected first face material piece through the sewing machine and the wrinkle extraction presser foot to obtain a first lotus leaf edge wrinkle extraction face material piece; the sewing machine is matched with the overlock presser foot to overlock one side, far away from the wrinkle, of the first lotus leaf edge wrinkle-removing face material piece to obtain a first lotus leaf edge;

manufacturing a third base fabric: selecting a part of the first surface material sheet and a part of the third surface material sheet, and sewing the selected third surface material sheet on the inner side of the selected first surface material sheet to obtain a plurality of third base fabrics;

sewing the lotus leaf edges: sewing a plurality of second lotus leaf edges at the positions, close to the upper end of the third base cloth, of the outer side of the third base cloth; sewing the first lotus leaf edges at the positions, below the second lotus leaf edges, of the outer sides of the third base fabrics in an obliquely winding manner to obtain a plurality of third lotus leaf edge base fabrics;

sewing a second skirt body: and splicing and sewing the plurality of third lotus leaf side base fabrics according to the design drawing to obtain a second skirt body.

Further, the first base cloth comprises a first back base cloth, a first waist base cloth and a first front chest base cloth;

the step of manufacturing the second base fabric further comprises:

selecting a part of the third surface piece, and sewing the selected third surface piece to the inner side of the first back base cloth to obtain a second back base cloth;

selecting a part of the third surface material sheet, and sewing the selected third surface material sheet to the inner side of the first waist base cloth to obtain a second waist base cloth;

and selecting a part of the third surface piece, and sewing the selected third surface piece to the inner side of the first front breast base cloth to obtain the second front breast base cloth.

Further, the sewing the first skirt further includes:

splicing and sewing the second back base cloths and the second front chest base cloths according to the design drawing, and sewing a molding strip at the splicing and sewing position to obtain a first sub-skirt body;

and splicing and sewing the lower end of the first sub-skirt body and the second waist base cloth to obtain the first skirt body.

Further, the step of sewing the second skirt further includes:

and according to the design drawing, splicing and sewing a plurality of third lotus leaf side base cloths, sewing an invisible zipper at the left-side underarm waist line position, and sewing pockets at the left-side and right-side waist line positions to obtain the second skirt body.

Further, the first fabric, the second fabric and the third fabric are all silk.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The first fabric is a shell fabric, the second fabric is a cloth liner fabric, and the third fabric is a lining fabric.
