阅读说明:本技术 一种便携配用在单长杆雨伞或多杆折叠雨伞顶部的杂异型盛水容器及其方法 (Portable heterotype water container matched with top of single-long-rod umbrella or multi-rod folding umbrella and method thereof (The present invention is characterized in that the water container (W) comprises: u type sleeve (1) and with the U type sleeve (1) rigid coupling by the profiled structure profile container body of multiple type that at least one fold (3) formed, has caused this container body can the elastic construction state of vertical flexible, this can cause: the water container (W) at the top is compressed downwards to suppress the unfolded umbrella framework (7) or umbrella surface (5); and thus can prevent the water container (W) arranged on the top of the umbrella from shaking along with the umbrella when people support the umbrella to walk; furthermore, the replacement of the elastic action of the pleats (3) by a tension spring (P) connecting the top of the water container (W) to the top of the umbrella stem (6) is another possible simple solution. When the water container (W) lands on the ground and is used for collecting rainwater which slides downwards, the circle of wrinkled surface (4) at the top of the upward opening (V) can also expand and collect the rainwater which slides downwards and is led to the temporary storage state.)

the folds (3) are thus capable of: the elastic structure state which enables the water container (W) to vertically extend and retract is formed by a horizontal form, a vertical form or an inclined form and a final structure form which is independent or combined with each other;

in the container body like various contours, the height (H) of the structure which can be vertically stretched and contracted when the container body is naturally unfolded is larger than the depth (H) of the part of the U-shaped sleeve (1) extending into the water container (W), and therefore:

when the water container (W) is not used, but the umbrella cover (5) positioned at the upper top of the umbrella rod (6) in the umbrella (M) is spread for shielding rain, the water container (W) positioned at the upper top of the umbrella rod (6) is forced to be compressed vertically, and the umbrella cover (5) which is unfolded downwards is naturally pressed;

or:

the structure of the water container (W) omits the fold (3) type structure, and comprises:

the water container is formed by a simple container body with a cylindrical or conical or arc-shaped peripheral outline on the cross section, and a tension spring (P) is connected between the inner top of the water container (W) and the top of the umbrella rod (6) so as to replace the vertical elastic pressing effect of the folds (3) by the structure;

when the water container (W) is grounded and positioned below the water container to collect rainwater for use, a circle of horizontal fold (3) line with the smallest upward opening (V) and a circle of contour position line with equal height formed by all vertical outer fold parts of the umbrella cover (5) after the umbrella cover (5) forming the umbrella (M) is loosely folded are in mutual contact state, so that the water container (W) ensures that:

all rainwater which is dripped downwards from the umbrella cover (5) can be collected from the lower horn-shaped opening (V) and temporarily stored in the water container (W);

the umbrella cover (5) is stretched to be used for force of hands when rain shielding is carried out, and the force is easy to realize.

changing the above-mentioned originally flush structural design to have certain interval (R) and uneven structural design scheme to, this not flush interval (R) will receive the restriction of the whole rainfall volume of landing in collecting umbrella face (5) again, and this not flush interval (R) will make it just in time accord with again:

on the premise that the water container (W) is smaller than the total outer diameter of the folding umbrella, the outward opening (V) of the water container (W) arranged at the top of the umbrella rod (6) can not touch the top ends of all folding positions in all umbrella frameworks (7) of other supporting umbrella covers (5) and the top ends of all umbrella frameworks (7), so that the umbrella cover (5) can be unfolded from the umbrella rod (6) to feel as smooth as the unfolding of the folding umbrella in the prior art.

and secondly, when the binding tightening belt (D) required to be used is short, namely the umbrella (M) is not used for shielding rain or collecting rainwater for storage, the umbrella cover (5) of the umbrella (M) is in a conventional state of being tightly bound and tightened.

4. The method of using the umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein the umbrella comprises:

firstly, the umbrella cover (5) is loosely folded;

then, the umbrella (M) which is arranged at the top of the umbrella cover (5) and is provided with a water container (W) is placed upside down, and rainwater attached to the umbrella cover (5) flows into the water container (W) in a sliding manner and is temporarily stored.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a heterotype water container which is conveniently matched with the top of a single long rod umbrella or a folding umbrella and a method thereof.

Background

After the existing umbrella is used for shielding rain, once the umbrella is placed, rainwater on an umbrella cover of the existing umbrella can slowly slide downwards to drip, and if a special rainwater container or a local position for collecting the rainwater which drips downwards is not provided, how to treat the rainwater which drips downwards is very annoying.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned "annoying" matters.

The key of the invention is that: the umbrella is provided with an additional rainwater collecting device which is simple and does not influence the using function of the umbrella at all and a using method thereof, so as to help solve the problem of 'annoyance'. The premise is that: can not influence the use comfort degree of the umbrella when the umbrella is used for shielding rain and can not leak rain water when the umbrella slides downwards in the process of collecting the rain water.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the characteristics that:

because the umbrella can be provided with a special device for collecting rainwater sliding downwards on the umbrella cover, conditions are created for solving the 'annoying' problem.

Detailed Description

In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following techniques are adopted: h is

The structure of the water container W comprises:

the water container W has a structure including:

the structure container body of the outer edge non-smooth wall surface of the similar conical contour or the similar straight cylinder contour formed by the connecting sleeve ring/surface 2 on the U-shaped sleeve 1 and at least one fold 3 fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve ring/surface, or the similar conical contour or the similar straight cylinder contour formed by the horizontal folds 3, or the similar special-shaped contour formed by combining the vertical folds 3 externally connected on the basis of the former two, thereby causing the elastic structure state that the container body can vertically extend and contract;

the pleats 3 are thus able to: the elastic structure state which enables the water container W to vertically extend and retract is formed by a horizontal form, a vertical form or an inclined form and a final structure form which is independent or combined with each other;

in the container bodies like various contours, the height H of the structures which can be vertically stretched and contracted when the structures are naturally unfolded is larger than the depth H of the part of the U-shaped sleeve 1 extending into the water container W, and therefore, the following steps can be carried out:

when the water container W is not used, but the umbrella cover 5 positioned at the upper top of the umbrella rod 6 in the umbrella M is spread for shielding rain, the water container W positioned at the upper top of the umbrella rod 6 is forced to be compressed vertically, and the umbrella cover 5 which is unfolded downwards is naturally pressed to be elastic;

or:

the structure of the water container W omits the above-mentioned fold 3 type structure, and it includes:

the water container is formed by a simple container body with a cylindrical or conical or arc-shaped peripheral outline on the cross section, and a tension spring P is connected between the inner top of the water container W and the top of the umbrella rod 6, so that the structure replaces the vertical elastic pressing effect of the folds 3;

when the water container W is grounded and positioned below the water container W for collecting rainwater, a circle of horizontal folding 3 line with the minimum upward opening V and a circle of contour position line with equal height formed by all vertical outer folding parts of the umbrella cover 5 after the umbrella cover 5 forming the umbrella M is loosely folded are in a mutual contact state, so that the water container W is ensured:

all rainwater dropping from the umbrella cover 5 in a downward sliding way can be collected from the lower horn-shaped opening V and temporarily stored in the water container W;

the water container W is made of light waterproof raw materials including plastics.

The purpose of the above-mentioned "spring-pressing" is: when people open the umbrella to shield rain, the water container W arranged at the top of the umbrella rod 6 forming the umbrella can not shake along with the shaking of human body, so that the uncomfortable feeling of the human body is mainly avoided, and the short life easily caused by frequent shaking of the water container 1 can not be influenced.

When the water container W is grounded and positioned below the water container W for collecting rainwater, a circle of horizontal upward looking lines formed by the folded surfaces 4 close to the upward opening and a circle of contour position lines with equal height formed by all vertical outer folded parts of the umbrella covers 5 after the umbrella covers 5 forming the umbrella M are loosely folded are in a mutual contact state, so that the water container W is ensured to be in a state that:

the rain water dropping from the umbrella cover 5 can be collected from the lower flared opening V and temporarily stored in the water container W.

The purpose of the lifting "in mutual contact" and the "upward opening V for reliable collection of rainwater" is obvious, but it is a matter of construction that must be guaranteed.

In addition, when the umbrella cover 5 is slightly forced to open on the umbrella rod 6 by human hands to shield rain, it should be easy to do:

the process of unfolding the umbrella cover 5 can not be implemented by hand force or labor force because of the addition of the water container W.

Secondly, a connecting and installing method of the water container W and the umbrella M comprises the following steps:

when the water container W is reversely buckled at the top of the unfolded umbrella cover 5, two connection installation methods are adopted on the premise of ensuring that the water container W has elastic pressure on the umbrella cover 3:

firstly, the bottom surface of the seal of the U-shaped sleeve 1 forming the water container W is aligned with the upper top of the umbrella rod 6 forming the umbrella M, and the upper top of the umbrella rod 6 is screwed tightly by a screw T in a mode of penetrating through the bottom surface of the seal of the U-shaped sleeve 1 to implement firm positioning. The connection and installation method of the two and the related binding site thereof can be seen in the schematic diagram of the related site of fig. 2.

Adapted by means of screws T to both the umbrella M and the water container W formed by a wooden umbrella stem 6

The umbrella M formed by the wooden umbrella rod 6 is firmly positioned, generally belongs to the category of a conventional long single-rod umbrella, and if the umbrella rod 6 is too long, the top section of the umbrella rod 6 can be cut off to be shortened.

Stainless steel self-tapping screws serving as screws T penetrate through the bottom surface of the seal of the U-shaped sleeve 1 and then are directly tied into the top of the umbrella rod 6 to be screwed down, so that the umbrella can be conveniently and reliably positioned, and the work can be smoothly finished by a user of the umbrella M manually; generally, various conventional washers should be added between the head of the screw T and the shaft 6 as required, and these matters belonging to the conventional prior art are not described in detail here.

Or:

firstly, the seal of the end of the U-shaped sleeve 1 forming the water container W is cut off, the upper top section of the umbrella rod 6 forming the umbrella M passes through the U-shaped sleeve 1, and the contact part of the two is firmly positioned by the nails embedded by the viscose glue or/and the transverse nails. The joint positioning of the two should take into consideration the conventional requirement of achieving waterproof sealing, and the joint installation method of the two and the related joint part thereof can be specifically shown in the schematic diagram of the related part in fig. 3.

The long-history long single-rod umbrella has the umbrella rod 6 exposed out of the top section of the umbrella cover 5 and is generally longer, the umbrella rod 6 is generally made of wood and metal materials and is suitable for the connection and installation of the method, and the key adhesive is preferably epoxy glue suitable for mutually bonding wood, metal and plastic.

Obviously: the water container W is most suitable for the direct fitting of a non-folding umbrella, i.e. a conventional single long rod umbrella, and for the fitting of a folding umbrella, it is also necessary to consider that the folding umbrella can also be adapted to the situation that the umbrella belongs to the mutual fitting property, i.e. it is simply implemented with a local improved design, and then it can be conveniently used as a multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella in the prior art, as described in detail in the third section below.

(III) if the design scheme of replacing the elastic action of the folds 3 in the structure is adopted, namely the design scheme of connecting the inner top of the water container W with the top of the umbrella rod 6 by using the tension spring P, the structure is easier to process, and the technology itself should belong to the field which can be solved by the prior art, and is not described more.

Thirdly, the folding umbrella is a local improvement scheme for adapting to the matching of the water container W:

before the improvement: when drawing in the scalable folding umbrella of prior art multi-rod, the top of all folding positions and all umbrella frame 7's top in the last top of the umbrella pole 6 that constitutes umbrella M and all umbrella frame 7 that support umbrella face 5 flushes, and is to its modified structural design:

after the improvement: become foretell original flush structural design for there being certain interval R and uneven structural design scheme to, this not flush interval R will receive the restriction of the whole rainfall volume of landing in collecting umbrella face 5 again, and this not flush interval R will make it just in time accord with again:

on the premise that the water container W is smaller than the total outer diameter of the folding umbrella, the outward opening V of the water container W arranged at the top of the umbrella rod 6 can not touch the top ends of all folding positions in all umbrella frameworks 7 of other supporting umbrella covers 5 and the top ends of all umbrella frameworks 7, so that the umbrella covers 5 can be unfolded from the umbrella rod 6 as well as the unfolding of the folding umbrella in the prior art.

Whether it can be considered that: the purpose of the matching can be achieved by improving the part of the umbrella cover 5 supported by the multi-section umbrella cover framework corresponding to the upper section part of the umbrella rod 6 of the multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella in the prior art into a matching structure pattern completely similar to that of the top section of the water container W matched with the single long rod umbrella. Because, the long rod umbrella with simple structure is directly matched with the water container W, the smooth expansion and contraction of the umbrella surface 5 can not be hindered.

Obviously, the structure of the multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella in the prior art and the structure of the water container W are not directly matched and conveniently used, and the simplest method for solving the problem is to make the existing multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella have certain improvements which are in accordance with the requirements of the invention and are implemented on the local structural design, so that the requirements of mutual matching can be met:

when the multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella of the prior art is folded, the top ends of the rods 6 constituting the umbrella M and the top ends of all folding positions in all umbrella frames 7 supporting the umbrella cover 5 are "flush" with the top ends of all umbrella frames 7 (see the schematic diagram of the left part in fig. 4), and the design scheme for improving the structure should be:

changing the original 'flush' into a structural design scheme that the umbrella is not flush with the top end of the multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella at a certain distance R (see the schematic diagram of the right part in figure 4), so that the top ends of all umbrella frameworks 7 and the top ends of the folding positions of all umbrella frameworks 7 formed after the umbrella is completely folded can never contact with the flared outward opening V of the water container W positioned at the top end of the umbrella rod 6 (the existing folding umbrella can not do the point during the matching), and the umbrella is ensured as follows:

under the premise that the water container W can generate the spring action on the umbrella framework 7 which is unfolded below or the umbrella cover 3 supported by the water container W, the horn shape of the water container W can not hinder the umbrella cover 5 which belongs to the multi-rod telescopic folding umbrella part in the non-prior art after improvement from smoothly unfolding and contracting.

It can be seen that: the above-mentioned "non-flush" spacing R is determined by both the constraint of collecting all the rain water that slides down the canopy 5 and the constraint of the overall diameter of the umbrella after being folded (the diameter should be as small as possible). Of course, the greater the "non-flush" presence spacing R, the greater the ease provided in the handling of its structure.

Therefore, the most desirable solution is to consider the water container W as a whole with any type of conventional prior art folding umbrella, and to make a design of the local modifications thereof compatible with each other in terms of their structure, and it is also the most desirable design solution that can be easily obtained in the above-mentioned mutually compatible solution in the structure, on the premise that the features of the prior art multi-rod collapsible umbrella are fully retained.

If the multi-rod collapsible umbrella is considered as an integral design, the connection and installation method of the above-mentioned "2- (two)" is suggested to be adopted when the umbrella is used with a water container W, because the structure can be easily handled and the integral strength after bonding is better.

Fourthly, the requirements of the binding and tightening belt D adopted by the umbrella cover 5 when the water container W is matched:

the umbrella surface 5 relates to a binding tightening belt D used when the umbrella surface is tightened and bound, and is provided with two tightening button positioning positions with a spacing distance, which can be generally within the range of 5cm to 10cm, so that:

when the binding tightening belt D required to be used is short, that is, the umbrella M is not used for shielding rain or collecting rain for storage, the umbrella cover 5 constituting the umbrella M is in a non-use (storage-facilitating) state in which the umbrella M is normally tightly bound and tightened as in the prior art.

When the binding tightening belt D which needs to be used is longer, the length of the binding tightening belt D is 8cm (the difference between two tightening buttons is 8cm) more than that in the section I, namely, the umbrella cover 5 can be in a loose and tightened state when rainwater is collected, namely, the rainwater can slowly and downwards slide and drip the rainwater along each vertical gap in the umbrella cover 5 of the umbrella M placed in an inverted mode, the increased length is particularly most suitable, and the length can be accurately determined according to different types of umbrellas M and the specific conditions of experiments.

Fifthly, a using method for collecting rainwater after the water container W is matched with the umbrella M is as follows:

the method of use is simple and is shown in detail in the schematic of fig. 4.

Firstly, loosely furling the umbrella fabric 5, at this moment, the umbrella fabric 5 forming the umbrella M is generally in a state completed by an automatic furling mechanism on the umbrella rod 6, namely, the loose umbrella fabric 5 is just in a state of not being tightly bound, and the umbrella fabric 5 has an obvious vertical fold shape, so that when the umbrella is placed upside down later, rainwater can smoothly drop downwards along a gap formed by the vertical fold.

Then, the umbrella M provided with the water container W on the top of the umbrella cover 5 is placed upside down by means of the vertical wall surface, so that the rainwater attached to the umbrella cover 5 slowly and smoothly flows into the water container W placed on the ground along the vertical wrinkle gap formed when the umbrella cover 5 is loosely folded and is temporarily stored.

Sixthly, the pure structure state which is used as a special part of the matched umbrella and independently exists in the connection installation method of the matched umbrella of the water container W is as follows:

a structural container body which is formed by a connecting sleeve ring/surface 2 on a U-shaped sleeve 1 and at least one fold 3 fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve ring/surface and comprises a straight-like cylindrical profile or a conical profile formed by horizontal folds 3 or a profiled profile-like non-smooth wall surface formed by adding vertical folds 3 combined on the basis of the former two, thereby causing an elastic structural state that the container body can vertically stretch;

the height H of the container body when the container body is naturally unfolded is larger than the depth H of the part of the U-shaped sleeve 1 extending into the water container W.

Or:

and (II) a simple container body with a cylindrical or conical or arc-shaped peripheral outline on the cross section, and a tension spring P which can be connected with the upper top of the umbrella rod 6 at any time is positioned at the inner top of the water container W to replace the elastic structural state caused by the folds 3.

Seventh, the proposal of the material selection and other requirements of the water container W in the manufacturing:

the U-shaped sleeve and the connecting ring/surface 2 which form the water container W can be made of thick plastic with the thickness of about 5mm, the fold surface 4 which forms the fold 3 can be made of thin plastic with the thickness of 0.5-1 mm, and the water container W is preferably made by adopting a one-time plastic molding process of a composite grinding tool.

If the action of the tension spring P is used to replace the elastic pressing force of the folds 3, the former can be made of stainless steel wire with the diameter of about 0.2mm, and the cylindrical, trapezoidal, conical or arc-shaped (including circular or oval) water container W can be made of thin 0.5-1 mm plastic, and the formed water container W is preferably made of composite abrasive one-time plastic molding technology.
