4. The folding chair of claim 1, further comprising a locking mechanism including a locking member disposed on said armrest portion adjacent said backrest portion, whereby said armrest portion and said backrest portion are locked by said locking member.

5. The folding chair as claimed in claim 4, wherein said backrest part is provided with locking holes, and said armrest part and said backrest part are locked by said locking members passing through said locking holes.

The folding chair as claimed in claim 5, wherein one end of said locking member is connected to said armrest portion, and the other end of said locking member is rotatably connected to a stopper; the locking piece is positioned in the locking hole by the aid of the stop piece penetrating through the locking hole, and the stop piece is rotated to be bent relative to the locking piece and to be stopped outside the locking hole, so that the armrest part and the backrest part are locked.

7. The folding chair of claim 1, wherein said armrest portion is of unitary construction with said support leg portion.

8. The folding chair of claim 7, wherein said armrest portion and said support leg portion are bent from the same profile.

9. The folding chair of claim 1, wherein said armrest portion is provided with a blocking member, said folding chair is unfolded, said blocking member blocks said backrest portion from tilting away from said seat portion.

The folding chair of claim 1, further comprising an adapter fixedly attached to said armrest portion, said adapter including a fixed portion and a rotating portion, said armrest portion being fixedly attached to said support leg portion by said fixed portion, said armrest portion being rotatably attached to said seat portion by said rotating portion.

11. The chair of claim 1, wherein said chair is unfolded and said support legs are in a splayed configuration.

12. The folding chair of claim 1, wherein said seat portion, support legs, backrest portion and armrests are of tubular or flat plate construction.

13. The folding chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seat portion and the backrest portion are each provided with a flexible structural support member in a taut configuration.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a chair for people to rest, in particular to a foldable folding chair.

Background

With the development of science and technology and the advancement of humanity, the seat is gradually one of the seats which are most frequently used by people. With the development of industry in recent years, the demand of people for material culture is generally improved, and higher experience and pursuit are provided for the seat, so that the folding chair appears. The folding chair is favored by people due to the characteristic of being freely folded and unfolded, can be unfolded to sit when needed, and can be folded when not needed, so that the space is not wasted, and the portability is strong. The folding chair on the market is inconvenient to fold and has a complex structure, so that the reasonability of the folding chair is questioned.

Therefore, there is a need for a folding chair with a reasonable design, easy folding, and a different folding manner from the previous one.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a folding chair with a folding mode different from the prior art, which has reasonable structural design and is convenient to fold.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a folding chair, which comprises a seat part provided with a seat surface, wherein supporting leg parts are symmetrically and rotatably arranged below the left side and the right side of the seat part in the width direction; the folding chair is unfolded by locking the armrest part and the backrest part; the support legs are folded and attached to the lower part of the seat part and the backrest part is folded and attached to the upper part of the seat part by unlocking the armrest part and the backrest part.

Compared with the prior art, the folding chair has the advantages that the whole folding chair can be locked through locking of the armrest part and the backrest part, so that the folding chair is in a locked unfolded state for a user to use, the unfolded folding chair simultaneously pulls the supporting leg part and the backrest part through the armrest part, the three parts form a mutual correlation stress relation, the damage caused by overlarge stress of a single part is avoided, and the stability of the structure is ensured. When the folding chair needs to be folded, the locking of the armrest part and the backrest part is released, the supporting leg part is rotated towards the lower part of the seat part to be attached to the seat part, the folding of the supporting leg part is completed, the backrest part is rotated towards the upper part of the seat part to be attached to the seat part, the folding of the backrest part is completed, the whole folding chair is in a plate-shaped structure after being folded, the folding operation is simple, the space after being folded is regular and minimum, and the folding chair is convenient to store and transport. Therefore, the folding chair has a folding mode different from the prior folding mode, and the folding chair has reasonable structural design, is convenient to fold and is easy to store and transport.

Preferably, a connecting line between the connecting point of the armrest part and the support leg part and the locking point of the armrest part and the backrest part of the folding chair of the present invention forms a triangle.

Preferably, the triangle of the folding chair of the invention is an obtuse triangle.

Preferably, the folding chair of the invention further comprises a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking piece, the locking piece is arranged on the armrest part close to the backrest part, and the armrest part and the backrest part are locked by the locking piece.

Preferably, the backrest of the folding chair of the invention is provided with a locking hole, and the armrest part and the backrest are locked by the locking piece passing through the locking hole.

Preferably, one end of the locking piece of the folding chair of the invention is connected with the armrest part, and the other end of the locking piece is also rotatably connected with a stop piece; the locking piece is positioned in the locking hole by the aid of the stop piece penetrating through the locking hole, and the stop piece is rotated to be bent relative to the locking piece and to be stopped outside the locking hole, so that the armrest part and the backrest part are locked.

Preferably, the folding chair of the invention further comprises an adapter fixedly connected to the armrest part, wherein the adapter comprises a fixed part and a rotating part, the armrest part is fixedly connected with the support leg part by means of the fixed part, and the armrest part is rotatably connected with the seat part by means of the rotating part.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like element numerals represent like elements.

As shown in fig. 1-8 c, the folding chair of the present invention comprises a seat part 1 having a seat surface, supporting legs 2 symmetrically rotatably disposed below the left and right sides of the seat part 1 in the width direction, armrest parts 3 symmetrically rotatably disposed above the left and right sides of the seat part 1 in the width direction, a backrest part 4 rotatably disposed at the rear end of the seat part 1, and the armrest parts 3 fixedly connected to the supporting legs 2. Specifically, the folding chair of the invention also comprises an adapter 5 fixedly connected to the armrest part 3, the adapter 5 comprises a fixed part 51 and a rotating part 52, the armrest part 3 is fixedly connected with the supporting leg part 2 by the fixed part 51, and the armrest part 3 is rotatably connected with the seat part 1 by the rotating part 52; more specifically, the fixed portion 51 and the rotating portion 52 are both sleeve structures, the fixed portion 52 is fixedly sleeved on the tube of the armrest portion 3, the rotating portion 52 is rotatably sleeved on the tube of the seat portion 1, and the fixed portion 51 and the rotating portion 52 are fixedly connected in a staggered manner through the two pins 54 and 55 by the middle connecting member 53. The folding chair is unfolded by locking the armrest part 3 and the backrest part 4; by unlocking the armrest parts 3 and the backrest part 4, the support legs 2 are rotated, folded and attached to the lower part of the seat part 1, and the backrest part 4 is rotated, folded and attached to the upper part of the seat part 1. Therefore, the folding chair can be locked by locking the armrest part 3 and the backrest part 4, so that the folding chair is in a locked unfolded state for a user to use, the unfolded folding chair pulls the supporting leg part 2 and the backrest part 4 through the armrest part 3, the three parts form a mutual correlation stress relationship, the damage caused by overlarge stress of a single part is avoided, and the stability of the structure is ensured. Therefore, the folding chair has a folding mode different from the prior folding mode, and the folding chair has reasonable structural design, is convenient to fold and is easy to store and transport. The folding chair of the present invention is described in further detail below with continued reference to figures 1-6:

as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, preferably, in order to further increase the stability and the structural novelty of the folding chair of the present invention, the connecting point A, B between the armrest part 3 and the support leg part 2 and the connecting line between the armrest part 3 and the locking point C of the backrest part 4 form a triangle D (see fig. 5 for details); the stability of the folding chair is further improved by effectively utilizing the stability of the triangle, and meanwhile, the traditional quadrilateral armrest design concept is effectively broken through the triangle structure formed among the armrest part 3, the supporting leg part 2 and the backrest part 4, and the structural design is novel and reliable. Specifically, the triangle is an obtuse triangle, and the backrest part of the folding chair has a tendency of inclining by utilizing the outward expansion tendency of two sides of the obtuse triangle, so that the stability of the structure is improved, and the comfort in use is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8a, the folding chair of the present invention preferably further comprises a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking member 6, the locking member 6 is disposed on the armrest portion 3 adjacent to the backrest portion 4, and the armrest portion 3 and the backrest portion 5 are locked by the locking member 6, so that the unfolded folding chair is locked. Specifically, a fixed ring member 30 is fixedly sleeved on the pipe of the armrest portion 3, a locking member 6 formed by protruding is arranged on the fixing member 30, a locking hole 41 is arranged on the backrest portion 4, a fixing member 42 is arranged on the backrest portion 4, the fixing member 42 is in a sleeve structure, the pipe fixing the backrest portion 4 is sleeved and fixed by the sleeve structure of the fixing member 42, the locking hole 41 is arranged on the fixing member 42, and the armrest portion 3 and the backrest portion 4 are locked by the locking member 6 passing through the locking hole 41. Furthermore, one end of the locking piece 6 of the invention is connected with the armrest part 3, and the other end of the locking piece 6 is also rotatably connected with a stop piece 7; the stop member 7 passes through the locking hole 41 to make the locking member 6 located in the locking hole 41, and the stop member 7 is rotated to be bent relative to the locking member 6 and stopped outside the locking hole 41, so as to lock the armrest portion 3 and the backrest portion 4.

It should be noted that in the unfolded state of the present invention shown in fig. 1 and 5, the locking member 6 and the stopper 7 both pass through the locking hole 41, but the stopper 7 is not yet bent to further lock. In the unfolded state shown in fig. 2 and 6, the blocking member 7 rotates relative to the locking member 6 to form a bent shape, and further locking is performed, so that the locking member 6 is prevented from being withdrawn from the locking hole 41 due to shaking, shaking and other factors during use, and accidents are prevented.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the armrest part 3 and the support leg part 2 of the folding chair of the present invention are preferably formed in an integrated structure. The armrest part 3 of the folding chair of the invention is sleeved with a protective sleeve 32 with a flexible structure. The leg support 2 of the folding chair of the invention is provided with an anti-skid part 21 for preventing skid when contacting with the ground. In order to further improve the stability of the folding chair and ensure the safety, the folding chair of the folding chair is unfolded, and the two supporting legs 2 are in an outward splayed structure.

Preferably, the seat part 1, the support leg part 2, the backrest part 4 and the armrest part 3 of the folding chair of the invention are all tubular structures. With reference to fig. 1-8 c, the folding chair of the present invention can complete the locking of the whole folding chair by the locking of the armrest part 3 and the backrest part 4, so that the folding chair is unfolded and locked for the user to sit on. When the folding chair needs to be folded, the armrest parts 3 and the backrest parts 4 are unlocked, the supporting leg parts 2 are rotated towards the lower part of the seat part 1 to be attached to the seat part 1, the folding of the supporting leg parts 2 is completed, the backrest parts 4 are rotated towards the upper part of the seat part 1 to be attached to the seat part 1, the folding of the backrest parts 4 is completed, the whole folding chair is in a plate-shaped structure after being folded, the folding operation is simple, the space is regular and minimum after being folded, and the folding chair is convenient to store and transport. The folding chair has a folding mode different from the previous folding mode, and the folding chair has reasonable structural design, is convenient to fold, and is easy to store and transport.
