In an embodiment of the present invention, the first housing 4 is movably sleeved on an outer surface of the housing 1, the second housing 5 is movably sleeved on one end of the connection line 3 close to the housing 1, and both the first housing 4 and the second housing 5 are made of a silica gel material, so that the outer surfaces of the housing 1 and the connection line 3 can be plastically packaged, thereby avoiding the risk of electric leakage, and the first housing 4 and the second housing 5 can be replaced after each use, thereby avoiding cross infection.
