1. A sorting cart, comprising:

the frame (10) is provided with a travelling wheel;

the storage table (20) is arranged on the frame (10), and a storage groove (21) is formed in the storage table (20);

the first reel and the second reel are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the storage table, one end of the belt is wound on the first reel, and the other end of the belt is wound on the second reel;

the first driving piece can drive the first reel to rotate positively and negatively, and the second driving piece can drive the second reel to rotate positively and negatively.

As the preferred technical scheme of the sorting trolley, the first driving piece and the second driving piece are both motors.

In an initial state, the bearing platform covers the notch of the storage groove 21, when goods are placed on the bearing platform, the driving assembly can drive the bearing platform to sink into the storage groove 21, the goods sink into the storage groove 21 along with the bearing platform, the goods are enclosed and fixed by the storage groove 21, and the goods are not easy to fall out of the storage groove 21 even if the speed of the sorting trolley is high in the transportation process of the sorting trolley, so that the speed of the sorting trolley is not limited, and the sorting efficiency is improved; after the sorting trolley reaches the designated position, the driving assembly can drive the bearing table to rise to the initial position, and the goods on the bearing table can be conveniently unloaded.

Referring to fig. 4, the first winding shaft 41 rotates forward, the second winding shaft 42 rotates backward, the first winding shaft 41 and the second winding shaft 42 release the wound belt 30 at the same time, the length of the belt 30 at the notch of the storage tank 21 is increased, and the belt 30 can sink into the storage tank 21; referring to fig. 5, the first winding shaft 41 rotates reversely while the second winding shaft 42 rotates forwardly, the first winding shaft 41 and the second winding shaft 42 wind the belt 30 simultaneously, the length of the belt 30 in the storage groove 21 is shortened, and the belt 30 can be tensioned to cover the notch of the storage groove 21; further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first reel 41 and the second reel 42 are simultaneously rotated in the forward direction or in the reverse direction, and the goods can be unloaded to the second reel 42 side or the first reel 41 side of the sorting cart. Preferably, the first drive member and the second drive member are both motors. Further, the opposite side walls of the storage slot 21 are respectively provided with a first guide wheel 51 and a second guide wheel 52, and the first guide wheel 51 and the second guide wheel 52 are used for guiding the belt 30 when switching between the first state and the second state, so that the belt 30 can be smoothly switched between the first state and the second state.

The sorting trolley further comprises a first sensing piece, the first sensing piece is used for detecting whether articles are put into the bearing table or not, the first sensing piece is in communication connection with the driving assembly, when the first sensing piece senses that the articles are put into the bearing table, a signal can be sent to the driving assembly, and the driving assembly can drive the bearing table to sink into the storage groove 21. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the first sensing element senses that an article is put into the loading platform, a signal is sent to the first driving element and the second driving element, the first driving element drives the first reel 41 to rotate forward, the second driving element drives the second reel 42 to rotate backward, the first reel 41 and the second reel 42 release the wound belt 30 at the same time, the length of the belt 30 at the notch of the storage slot 21 is increased, and the belt 30 can sink into the storage slot 21. Alternatively, the first sensing member may be, but is not limited to, a weight sensor disposed on the carrier.

The sorting trolley further comprises a second sensing piece, the second sensing piece is used for detecting whether the sorting trolley reaches an appointed position or not, the second sensing piece is in communication connection with the driving assembly, when the second sensing piece senses that the sorting trolley reaches the appointed position, a signal can be sent to the driving assembly, and the driving assembly can drive the bearing platform to rise to the notch covering the storage groove 21. In the embodiment, when the second sensing member senses that the sorting trolley reaches the designated position, a signal is sent to the first driving member and the second driving member, the first driving member drives the first winding shaft 41 to rotate reversely, the second driving member drives the second winding shaft 42 to rotate normally, the first winding shaft 41 and the second winding shaft 42 wind the belt 30 simultaneously, the length of the belt 30 in the storage groove 21 is shortened, and the belt 30 can be tensioned to cover the notch of the storage groove 21; then, the first driving member and the second driving member drive the first reel 41 and the second reel 42 to rotate forward or backward simultaneously, so as to unload the goods to the second reel 42 side or the first reel 41 side of the sorting trolley. Alternatively, the second sensing element may be, but is not limited to, a position sensor disposed on frame 10.

Example two

The present embodiment provides a sorting cart, which has a structure substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, and for the sake of simplicity, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, the bearing platform is a lifting platform, the driving assembly can drive the lifting platform to lift, and when the driving assembly drives the lifting platform to lift, the lifting platform can cover the notch of the storage groove 21, that is, the lifting platform can be kept in the first state; when the drive assembly drives the lifting platform to descend, the lifting platform can sink into the storage groove 21, and the lifting platform can be kept in the second state. Specifically, drive assembly is the cylinder, and the cylinder sets up in storing groove 21, and the telescopic link and the liftable platform of cylinder are connected.
