a3, after cleaning of the side wall of the disassembled electric energy meter is finished, the electric energy meter is conveyed to the position below a clamping jaw of a first station mechanical arm by a first placing table, the electric energy meter conveying mechanism moves forwards towards the feeding rotating disc, and the first station mechanical arm continues to grab the side discharging electric energy meter on the feeding rotating disc;
