Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lead sealing, in particular to an RFID electronic lead sealing system.

Background

A lead seal is a device like a latch that is applied by a particular person after the cargo is loaded into the container and the door is properly closed. Lead seals can be classified into customs seals, business tests seals, and business seals according to the personnel applying the lead seals. Once the lead seal is properly locked, it cannot be opened unless it is violently broken (i.e., sheared off), and the broken lead seal cannot be reused. Each lead seal is provided with a unique serial number mark, and as long as the appearance of the container is complete, the door of the container is correctly closed, and the lead seal is normally locked, the container can be proved to be not opened privately in the transportation process, and the condition in the container is supervised and responsible by a container loader during container loading.

However, the traditional lead seal structure is simple and easy to copy and open, authenticity is difficult to distinguish by simple lead seal codes, two-dimensional codes, bar codes and the like, the current anti-cheating requirements cannot be met, and great potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the RFID electronic lead sealing system, which can reduce the possibility of lead sealing counterfeiting, prevent the electric meter box and the electric equipment from being stolen or damaged, and effectively ensure the normal operation of the electric power system.

The method comprises the following steps: the lead sealing device comprises a lead sealing body, handheld equipment and background host equipment;

the lead sealing body is arranged on the packaging equipment to package the packaging equipment;

an electronic tag is arranged on the lead seal body;

the handheld device is used for reading the electronic tag on the lead seal body and the identification bar code of the packaging device, and uploading the identification bar codes of the lead seal body and the packaging device to the background host device in a wireless or wired transmission mode according to a matching relationship;

and the background host equipment is used for storing the data information uploaded by the handheld equipment and counting, classifying and summarizing the uploaded data information.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, an electronic chip is installed in the lead sealing body, and the electronic chip is electrically connected with a metal sheet vertically arranged in the inner cavity of the lead sealing body;

the metal sheet is provided with a through hole which is communicated with and penetrates through the lead sealing body to form a lead sealing wire channel;

a plurality of metal elastic sheets are fixedly arranged on one side of the wire inlet of the lead sealing wire channel;

the free ends of a plurality of metal elastic sheets are encircled to form a conical structure;

the maximum diameter of the conical structure is equal to the diameter of the lead sealing wire entering channel, and the minimum diameter is smaller than the diameter of the flexible steel cable;

one end of the flexible steel cable is fixedly installed on the electronic chip, and the other end of the flexible steel cable is inserted into the lead sealing line inlet channel in a one-way mode to form a closed circuit with the electronic chip, so that a handheld device can read the electronic tag of the lead sealing body.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the flexible steel cable is composed of a plurality of unit sections, the unit sections are of an inverted truncated cone-shaped structure, the edge of the inverted truncated cone-shaped structure is arranged as an arc-shaped edge, and an inverted slot for inserting the metal elastic sheet is formed between every two unit sections.

As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the flexible steel cable is a spiral structure;

the spiral structure comprises a steel cable core body, and spiral blades are sleeved outside the steel cable core body;

the spiral blade is arranged along the axial direction of the steel cable core body;

an inverted slot for inserting the metal elastic sheet is formed between the spiral blade and the cable core.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the flexible steel cable is provided with a cable core;

a plurality of inverted trapezoidal bodies are arranged outside the steel cable core body;

the plurality of inverted trapezoidal bodies are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the steel cable core body;

the background host equipment configures the use duration, the point inspection time point and the replacement time point of each lead seal body; when a certain lead sealing body reaches a point inspection time point, sending a point inspection instruction to the handheld equipment to enable an inspector to carry out point inspection on the specified lead sealing body;

when a certain lead sealing body reaches the replacement time point, a replacement instruction is sent to the handheld device, so that a maintainer can replace the appointed lead sealing body.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, an electronic chip of each lead sealing body is connected with a communication module, and the electronic chip is in communication connection with background host equipment;

when the electronic chip is arranged on the packaging equipment, sending lead seal in-place information and an electronic tag to background host equipment every time a preset time length passes, receiving the lead seal in-place information and the electronic tag by the background host equipment, and judging whether a current lead seal body is good or not;

if the preset time length is passed, the background host equipment does not receive the lead seal in-place information sent by the lead seal body and the electronic tag, the background host equipment sends in-place inspection information to the handheld equipment, and the detection personnel performs field detection on the lead seal body which does not send the lead seal in-place information.

As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the packaging device is provided with a device communication module and a device NFC module;

the device communication module is used for enabling each packaging device to be in communication connection with the background host device in a wired mode or a wireless mode and sending state information of the packaging devices;

and the handheld device reading device NFC module acquires the information of the packaging device.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the lead sealing bodies communicate with each other through the communication module, and when a certain lead sealing body cannot be in communication connection with the background host device, the lead sealing body is in communication connection with other lead sealing bodies and then with the background host device, and sends lead sealing in-place information and the electronic tag;

when a certain lead sealing body is connected to the background host equipment through other lead sealing bodies, the background host equipment sends a fault alarm to the handheld equipment, and meanwhile, the electronic tag of the lead sealing body is attached.

According to the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:

the RFID electronic lead sealing system provided by the invention can fundamentally eliminate the possibility of counterfeiting by using the uniqueness of the RFID through the lead sealing body, the handheld device and the background host device, improve the anti-counterfeiting performance of the electric power metering seal, prevent electric power from being stolen, improve the electricity larceny prevention performance of the metering device, realize the digital management of the metering device and bring a qualitative leap to the metering management level of a power supply unit.

The system can reduce the possibility of lead sealing counterfeiting, prevent the electric meter box and the electric equipment from being stolen or damaged, and effectively ensure the normal operation of the electric power system.

The Wireless internet Access technology in the present invention may include a Wireless Local Area network (Wi-Fi, WLAN), a Wireless broadband (Wibro), a worldwide interoperability for microwave Access (Wimax), a High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA), and the like.

As an embodiment of the invention, an electronic chip is installed in the lead sealing body 1, and the electronic chip and the lead sealing body 1 are integrally arranged and cannot be taken out, so that the electronic chip cannot be recognized after being taken out, and cannot be recognized after being damaged by using a matched handheld device 2, so that the electronic lead sealing can be recognized as being damaged artificially, processing and various measures can be carried out, and the anti-counterfeiting performance and the electricity larceny prevention performance of the electric power metering sealing are improved. The electronic chip is electrically connected with a metal sheet 4 vertically arranged in the inner cavity of the lead sealing body 1.

The electronic chip may be implemented using at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a processor, a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor, and an electronic unit designed to perform the functions described herein, and in some cases, such an implementation may be implemented in the controller. For a software implementation, the implementation such as a process or a function may be implemented with a separate software module that allows performing at least one function or operation. The software codes may be implemented by software applications (or programs) written in any suitable programming language, which may be stored in memory and executed by the controller.

The metal sheet 4 is provided with a through hole which is communicated with and penetrates through the lead sealing body 1 to form a lead sealing wire channel 5; a plurality of metal elastic sheets 6 are fixedly arranged on one side of the wire inlet of the lead sealing wire channel 5; the free ends of a plurality of metal elastic sheets 6 are encircled to form a conical structure; the maximum diameter of the conical structure is equal to the diameter of the lead sealing wire entering channel 5, and the minimum diameter is smaller than the diameter of the flexible steel cable 7; one end of the flexible steel cable 7 is fixedly installed on the electronic chip, and the other end of the flexible steel cable is inserted into the lead sealing line inlet channel 5 in a one-way mode to form a closed circuit with the electronic chip, so that the handheld device 2 can read the electronic tag of the lead sealing body 1.

The flexible steel cable 7 has various forms in the invention, and each structural form can be used in different environments according to requirements to meet the use requirements.

One of the structural forms is that the flexible steel cable 7 is composed of a plurality of unit sections 8, the unit sections 8 are of an inverted circular truncated cone structure, the edges of the inverted circular truncated cone structure are arc-shaped edges 9, and an inverted insertion groove 10 for inserting the metal elastic sheet 6 is formed between every two unit sections 8.

The packaging equipment is provided with an equipment communication module and an equipment NFC module; the device communication module is used for enabling each packaging device to be in communication connection with the background host device 3 in a wired mode or a wireless mode and sending state information of the packaging devices; and the handheld device 2 reads the device NFC module to acquire the packaged device information. According to the invention, lead seal bodies 1 are communicated with each other through a communication module, when a certain lead seal body 1 cannot be in communication connection with a background host device 3, the lead seal body 1 is connected with other lead seal bodies 1 and then in communication connection with the background host device 3, and lead seal in-place information and an electronic tag are sent;

when a certain lead sealing body 1 is connected to the background host device 3 through other lead sealing bodies 1, the background host device 3 sends a fault alarm to the handheld device 2, and meanwhile, the electronic tag of the lead sealing body 1 is attached.
