In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the color clay crayon comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-30 parts of water, 0.5-2 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of silicone oil, 10-30 parts of solid paraffin, 3-10 parts of polyethylene wax, 2-10 parts of stearic acid, 10-20 parts of calcium stearate, 10-15 parts of filler, 1-3 parts of pigment and 0.2-1 part of borax.

The filler is one or more of kaolin, talcum powder and calcium carbonate.

A preparation method of a color clay crayon comprises the following steps:

step 1, preparing glue solution: adding 2-10 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol and 10-30 parts by mass of water at the temperature of 70-100 ℃ to completely dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol in the water, and continuously stirring for 1-4h at the temperature. Then 0.5-2 parts by mass of glycerol is added for moisturizing the material and slowing down the dehydration speed of the material; and finally, adding 5-10 parts by mass of silicone oil, wherein the silicone oil is added to ensure that the material is not easy to have the phenomena of pulverization and cracking after being dried, and the polyvinyl alcohol sol and the silicone oil are fully mixed.

Furthermore, the polyvinyl alcohol and water are soaked for 1 hour at room temperature, so that the polyvinyl alcohol and water are more easily dissolved.

Step 3, preparing color clay: 10-20 parts by mass of calcium stearate is added into the sol synthetic wax, and the calcium stearate can increase internal lubricity so that the crayon can write more smoothly. With reference to fig. 1, a specific embodiment of the present invention is described in detail, but the present invention is not limited in any way by the claims.

Example 1

A color clay crayon is prepared by the following steps:

step 1, preparing glue solution: adding 2 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol and 30 parts by mass of water at the temperature of 70 ℃ to completely dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol in the water, and continuously stirring for 1-4h at the temperature. Then 0.5 part by mass of glycerin is added; finally, adding 8 parts by mass of silicone oil to obtain a glue solution;

furthermore, the polyvinyl alcohol and water are soaked for 1 hour at room temperature, so that the polyvinyl alcohol and water are more easily dissolved.

Step 2, preparing synthetic wax: melting 15 parts by mass of solid paraffin, 5 parts by mass of polyethylene wax and 4 parts by mass of stearic acid at the temperature of 70 ℃, adding the molten synthetic wax into the glue solution, and continuously stirring for 2 hours at the temperature;

step 3, preparing color clay: adding 20 parts by mass of calcium stearate into the synthetic wax, then adding 10 parts by mass of kaolin, 2 parts by mass of talcum powder and 3 parts by mass of calcium carbonate, and continuously and fully stirring for 0.5 h; and adding 1 part by mass of pigment, fully stirring for 1 hour, finally adding 0.5 part by mass of borax, fully stirring, discharging, and cooling to obtain the colored mud.

The colored mud and the shaped and cured model of example 1 are shown in fig. 1.

Example 2

A color clay crayon is prepared by the following steps:

step 1, preparing glue solution: at a temperature of 100 ℃, 10 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol and 30 parts by mass of water were added so that the polyvinyl alcohol was completely dissolved in the water, and stirring was continued at this temperature for 4 hours. Then adding 2 parts by mass of glycerol; finally, adding 6 parts by mass of silicone oil to obtain a glue solution;

furthermore, the polyvinyl alcohol and water are soaked for 1 hour at room temperature, so that the polyvinyl alcohol and water are more easily dissolved.

Step 2, preparing synthetic wax: melting 15 parts by mass of solid paraffin, 4 parts by mass of polyethylene wax and 6 parts by mass of stearic acid at the temperature of 100 ℃, adding the molten synthetic wax into the glue solution, and continuously stirring for 4 hours at the temperature;

step 3, preparing color clay: adding 10 parts by mass of calcium stearate into the synthetic wax, then adding 10 parts by mass of kaolin, 2 parts by mass of talcum powder and 3 parts by mass of calcium carbonate, continuing to fully stir for 1.5h, then adding 1 part by mass of pigment, fully stirring for 2h, finally adding 1 part by mass of borax, fully stirring, then discharging, and cooling to obtain the color mud.

Example 3

A color clay crayon is prepared by the following steps:

step 1, preparing glue solution: adding 8 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol and 20 parts by mass of water at the temperature of 90 ℃ to completely dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol in the water, and continuously stirring for 3 hours at the temperature; then 0.5 part by mass of glycerin is added; finally, adding 8 parts by mass of silicone oil to obtain a glue solution;

furthermore, the polyvinyl alcohol and water are soaked for 1 hour at room temperature, so that the polyvinyl alcohol and water are more easily dissolved.

Step 2, preparing synthetic wax: melting 20 parts by mass of solid paraffin, 8 parts by mass of polyethylene wax and 6 parts by mass of stearic acid at the temperature of 90 ℃, adding the molten synthetic wax into the glue solution, and continuously stirring for 3 hours at the temperature;

step 3, preparing color clay: adding 15 parts by mass of calcium stearate into the synthetic wax, then adding 7 parts by mass of kaolin, 2 parts by mass of talcum powder and 3 parts by mass of calcium carbonate, continuing to fully stir for 1 hour, then adding 2 parts by mass of pigment, fully stirring for 2 hours, finally adding 0.8 part by mass of borax, fully stirring, then discharging, and cooling to obtain the color mud.

The performance of the color muds of the embodiments 1 to 3 is tested, and the color muds of the embodiments 1 to 3 can be made into various shapes by using a mold at room temperature, and can also be kneaded into various shapes by hands as common color muds, so that good plasticity is shown. After naturally standing for 24-48 hours at room temperature, the color clay of the embodiment 1-3 becomes hard after dehydration, can be used for writing and drawing, and has the function of a crayon; the color paste can be recovered after a proper amount of water is added into the crayon, has plasticity, and can be continuously formed by hands or moulds.
