1. A flow stop device adapted for use in an inspection well, comprising:

the residue filtering module is used for primarily filtering impurities in the sewage;

the bracket is arranged between the filter residue module and the cut-off device shell and used for supporting the filter residue module; the bottom of the cut-off equipment shell is closed;

the sealing module is arranged between the cut-off equipment shell and the mounting snap ring in the well and is used for sealing the cut-off equipment and the inspection well;

the overflow hole is arranged on the shell of the cut-off device and is used for overflowing accumulated water in the device; the overflow hole is provided with a filtering device for further filtering impurities in the sewage to prevent the blockage of the overflow hole;

the air vent is arranged in the closure device shell and is used for ventilating the inspection well with the outside through the closure device; and the lower end of the vent is provided with a floating valve for opening the vent when the liquid level descends and closing the vent when the liquid level ascends, so that the ventilation of the inspection well is realized and the backflow of the vent is prevented.

pressing the cut-off device to be horizontally fixed, and connecting the hook of the support with the groove at the edge of the inspection well, thereby fixing the cut-off device.

Background

The inspection well is an inspection well which is set up on a drainage pipeline system for inspecting and cleaning pipelines, is mainly used for a sewage discharge pipeline and can be used for maintenance workers to inspect and clean auxiliary buildings of foreign matters, and has the main functions of two points: firstly, the pipeline is convenient to regularly check and evacuate, and the pipeline is prevented from being blocked; and the second is the ventilation function of connecting pipe sections and a pipeline system. In order to ensure that the inspection well mouth is effectively locked, sewage is reduced to enter the inspection well, and a cut-off device needs to be arranged below the inspection well cover.

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the intercepting device suitable for the inspection well, which is used for realizing the effective locking and good ventilation of the inspection well, can achieve the effects of locking the inspection well mouth, ventilating, deodorizing and reducing sewage from entering a pipe network in the inspection well only by installing the device on the original inspection well, and has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure and convenient installation.

The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:

a flow stop apparatus adapted for use in an inspection well, comprising:

the residue filtering module is used for filtering impurities in the sewage;

the bracket is arranged between the filter residue module and the cut-off device shell and used for supporting the filter residue module; the bottom of the cut-off equipment shell is closed;

A method for installing a cut-off device suitable for an inspection well,

placing the cut-off device into an inspection well, and connecting the cut-off device with an in-well installation clamp ring which is connected with the inspection well;

pressing the cut-off device to be horizontally fixed, and connecting the hook of the support with the groove at the edge of the inspection well, thereby fixing the cut-off device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:

(1) the intercepting device suitable for the inspection well is installed in the original inspection well, does not relate to the reconstruction of the inspection well, is simple and convenient to install and can be popularized and used; (2) the intercepting device without the electric appliance component suitable for the inspection well provided by the invention belongs to an energy consumption-free device, is convenient to maintain and has low operation cost; (3) the intercepting device suitable for the inspection well provided by the invention has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, strong wear resistance, reliable structure and long service life; (4) the intercepting device suitable for the inspection well provided by the invention can effectively block sewage from entering the inspection well, the water inflow is accurately controlled, and the performance is reliable.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a flow stopping device for an inspection well of the present embodiment includes: the filter residue tray comprises a filter residue tray 1, a cross-shaped support 2, a sealing outer ring 3, a screw 4, a locking device shell 5, a floating valve 6, a fixing device 7, a screw 8, a hole cover 9 and a filtering device 10.

The upper end of the filter residue tray 1 is provided with a concave part, and the upper end surface and the side surface of the concave part are provided with small holes which are used as water filtering holes and can primarily filter impurities in sewage. The upper surface of the filter residue tray 1 is provided with a cross-shaped belt 12 for facilitating taking of the filter residue tray, a cross-shaped support 2 is arranged below the filter residue tray 1, the filter residue tray 1 and the cross-shaped support 2 can be assembled and connected with a locking device shell, and the cross-shaped support 2 is positioned between the filter residue tray 1 and the locking device shell 5 and fixedly connected with the locking device shell 5 through a screw 4; the cross-shaped bracket is made of stainless steel materials and is firm and stable; the periphery of the cross-shaped support 2 is provided with a sealing outer ring 3 which can be assembled and connected with the locking device shell. The sealing outer ring 3 is arranged between the locking device shell 5 and the mounting snap ring 11 in the well and used for sealing between the cut-off device and the inspection well. The sealing outer ring 3 is made of elastic wear-resistant rubber and is firm and stable; the locking device shell 5 is internally designed with an arc-shaped ventilation opening for ventilation of the inspection well with the outside through the locking device shell 5. The lower end of the ventilation opening is provided with a floating valve 6, a fixing device 7 is arranged below the floating valve 6 and used for supporting the floating valve 6, and the fixing device 7 is fixed in the locking device shell 5 through a screw 8. When accumulated water falls to a certain height, the floating valve 6 can be automatically opened to ensure ventilation of the inspection well, and can be automatically closed when the water level in the device rises to prevent water from flowing back to the ventilation opening, and the floating valve 6 can be automatically closed or opened according to the height of the water level in the locking device. When the floating valve 6 is opened, the inspection well can be well ventilated with the outside through the ventilation opening, and the inspection well is prevented from being corroded by weight. The locking device shell is provided with an overflow hole, and the overflow hole can be used for overflowing after rain. The overflow hole is provided with a filtering device 10 for further filtering sewage and preventing impurities in the accumulated water from blocking the overflow hole. The lowest part of the locking device shell 5 is provided with a hole cover 9 which can effectively prevent sewage from entering the inspection well. The handhole door 9 can pass through threaded connection with blocking device shell 5 for the clearance of aquatic deposit, only need take off device below spiral handhole door 9, the clean up can, it is convenient to maintain.

Example 2

The second aspect of the present invention provides a method for installing a cut-off device, which is implemented by the following steps:

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the non-precipitation period, sewage is filled in the water inlet, the water volume is small, the water level in the cut-off device is low, the floating valve is in an open state under the action of gravity, and the air in the inspection well circulates with the outside air through the device ventilation opening and the filter residue tray 1; during the precipitation period, the water inlet flow increases, and the water level rises in the cut-off equipment, and floating valve 6 rises under the buoyancy and makes floating valve 6 be in the closed condition, and the vent is closed, and sewage passes through filter equipment 10 with the low velocity of flow in the device and discharges in the well through the overflow hole, and along with the water level reduces in the device, floating valve 6 falls under the action of gravity and makes floating valve 6 open gradually to resume initial condition.
