A waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation is characterized by comprising a wall body, wherein waterproof connectors are reserved on the periphery of the wall body; the waterproof connecting port comprises grooves respectively arranged on the left edge, the right edge and the upper edge of the wall body, and a tongue-and-groove or a flat arranged on the lower edge of the wall body.

8. A construction method of the decorative enclosure heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall of any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, producing a waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation in a factory;

transporting the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation to a construction site, and hoisting the waterproof prefabricated partition wall to a position of a floor member storage yard through a hoisting mechanism;

placing a cushion block at the bottom surface of a preset waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation on the floor and paving water cement-based slurry;

step four, vertically placing the decorative, enclosing and heat-preserving integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall on the cement-based slurry with the bottom surface facing downwards;

fifthly, installing a decorative, enclosure and heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall and a tool connecting piece between adjacent members;

pouring concrete of a cast-in-place structural wall connected with the left end and the right end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam connected with the upper end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation; or installing the partition wall connected with the left end and the right end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with the decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and pouring concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam connected with the upper end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with the decoration, enclosure and heat preservation; or pouring post-cast concrete between the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls connected with the left end and the right end of the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls and concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam connected with the upper end of the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls;

and seventhly, disassembling the tool connecting piece.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building partition walls, in particular to a waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and a construction method thereof.

Background

The method for manufacturing the building partition wall in the prior art mainly comprises the following steps: (1) the construction process is formed by building blocks, surface decoration is needed after on-site masonry plastering, a large amount of on-site manual wet operation is needed, the flow is complex, the construction efficiency is low, and the surface is easy to crack, so that the water seepage problem is caused. (2) The method adopts battens, wherein the common battens comprise ALC boards (autoclaved aerated concrete boards), GRC light partition boards (glass fiber reinforced cement), ceramsite boards and the like; because the surface of the strip plate is not decorated, the surface decoration is needed to be done on site, and the member is heavy, which brings certain cost and safety problems for transportation and hoisting. (3) The keel composite wallboard generally adopts light steel or wood as a framework, the interior of the keel composite wallboard is filled with heat insulation materials, and a thin plate is laid on the exterior of the keel composite wallboard to form a whole; although the partition board has the functions of heat preservation and heat insulation, the problems of poor waterproof performance, high cost and the like are solved, and the production and installation processes are complicated, so that the market acceptance is not high.

Therefore, a building partition wall which integrates a decorative layer and a heat insulation layer, has good waterproof and heat insulation performances and a good decorative effect, can be used for a peripheral retaining wall and an indoor partition wall with waterproof requirements, is convenient to produce and quick to install, and has good engineering advantages and economic benefits is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a building partition wall which integrates a decorative layer and a heat-insulating layer, has better waterproof and heat-insulating properties and decorative effects, can be used for a peripheral retaining wall and an indoor partition wall with waterproof requirements, and is convenient to produce and quick to install.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation, which comprises a wall body formed by combining a first prefabricated decoration layer, a heat preservation layer and a second prefabricated decoration layer, and waterproof connectors around the wall body; the waterproof connecting port comprises grooves on the left edge, the right edge and the upper edge of the wall body and a tongue-and-groove or a flat on the lower edge of the wall body;

a first steel wire mesh is arranged in the first prefabricated decorative layer; a second steel wire mesh is arranged in the second prefabricated decoration layer; the first prefabricated decorative layer, the heat preservation layer and the second prefabricated decorative layer are integrally fixed in a pulling mode through steel tie bars.

The first prefabricated decorative layer is cast integrally by a decorative material and a first steel wire mesh;

the second prefabricated decorative layer is cast integrally by a decorative material and a second steel wire mesh;

the tie steel bars penetrate through the heat insulation layer, are perpendicular to the plane of the first steel wire mesh and are fixedly tied, and the tie steel bars penetrate through the heat insulation layer, are perpendicular to the plane of the second steel wire mesh and are fixedly tied;

the decorative material comprises common concrete, stone, fair-faced concrete and colored concrete;

the materials used for the heat-insulating layer comprise organic heat-insulating materials and inorganic heat-insulating materials.

A construction method of a waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation comprises the following steps:

firstly, producing a waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation in a factory;

transporting the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation to a construction site, and hoisting the waterproof prefabricated partition wall to a position of a floor member storage yard through a hoisting mechanism;

placing a cushion block at the bottom surface of a preset waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation on the floor and paving water cement-based slurry;

step four, vertically placing the decorative, enclosing and heat-preserving integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall on the cement-based slurry with the bottom surface facing downwards;

fifthly, installing a decorative, enclosure and heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall and a tool connecting piece between adjacent members;

pouring concrete of a cast-in-place structural wall connected with the left end and the right end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam connected with the upper end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation; or installing the partition wall connected with the left end and the right end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with the decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and pouring concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam connected with the upper end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrated with the decoration, enclosure and heat preservation; or pouring post-cast concrete between the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls connected with the left end and the right end of the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls and concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam connected with the upper end of the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls;

and seventhly, disassembling the tool connecting piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention discloses a decorative, enclosure and heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall, which comprises a wall body formed by combining a first prefabricated decorative layer, a heat preservation layer and a second prefabricated decorative layer, and waterproof connectors around the wall body; the waterproof connecting port comprises grooves on the left edge, the right edge and the upper edge of the wall body and a tongue-and-groove or a flat on the lower edge of the wall body; the first steel wire mesh, the second steel wire mesh and tie bars which penetrate through the heat insulation layer and are connected with the steel wire mesh form a steel bar framework of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall which integrates decoration, enclosure and heat insulation together; the first prefabricated decorative layer, the heat insulation layer and the second prefabricated decorative layer are poured in a layered mode; the first prefabricated decorative layer can be used as a template in the production of the heat-insulating layer; the insulating layer can serve as a template for the production of the second prefabricated decorative layer.

The waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation realizes the integration of the decoration layer and the heat preservation layer, has better waterproof and heat preservation performances and decoration effect, can be used for peripheral retaining walls and indoor partition walls with waterproof requirements, and has convenient production, quick installation and better engineering advantages and economic benefits.

According to the decoration, enclosure and heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall and the preferred embodiment thereof, referring to fig. 1-4, a wall body formed by combining a first prefabricated decoration layer 11, a heat preservation layer 12 and a second prefabricated decoration layer 13 and waterproof connectors around the wall body are provided; the waterproof connecting port comprises a left groove 14 at the left edge of the wall body, a right groove 15 at the right edge of the wall body, an upper groove 16 at the upper edge of the wall body, and a lower tongue-and-groove 17 or a lower flat mouth 18 at the lower edge of the wall body.

A first steel wire mesh 21 is arranged in the first prefabricated decoration layer 11; a second steel wire mesh 22 is arranged in the second prefabricated decoration layer 13; the first prefabricated decoration layer 11, the heat preservation layer 12 and the second prefabricated decoration layer 13 are fixed into a whole through the tie bars 23 in a tie layered pouring mode.

The first prefabricated decorative layer 11 is cast integrally by a decorative material and a first steel wire mesh 21; the second prefabricated decorative layer 13 is cast integrally by a decorative material and a second steel wire mesh 22; the tie bars 23 penetrate through the heat preservation layer 12, are perpendicular to the plane of the first steel wire mesh 21 and are fixedly tied, and the tie bars 23 penetrate through the heat preservation layer 12, are perpendicular to the plane of the second steel wire mesh 22 and are fixedly tied.

In this application, the decorative material includes ordinary concrete, stone, fair-faced concrete, color concrete. The materials used for the heat-insulating layer comprise organic heat-insulating materials and inorganic heat-insulating materials.

A construction method of a waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation comprises the following steps:

firstly, producing a waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation in a factory;

transporting the waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation to a construction site, and hoisting the waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 to a position of a floor member yard through a hoisting mechanism;

placing a cushion block 41 at the bottom position of the preset waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation on the floor 5 and paving a water-scraping cement-based slurry 42;

step four, vertically placing the decorative, enclosure and heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 on the cement-based slurry 42 with the bottom surface facing downwards;

fifthly, installing a decorative, enclosure and heat preservation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 and a tool connecting piece between adjacent members;

sixthly, pouring concrete of a cast-in-place structural wall 2 connected with the left end and the right end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam 4 connected with the upper end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation; or installing the partition wall 2 connected with the left end and the right end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation and pouring concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam 4 connected with the upper end of the waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 integrated with decoration, enclosure and heat preservation; or pouring post-cast concrete 3 between the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition walls 1 connected with the left end and the right end of the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1 and concrete of a cast-in-place structural beam 4 connected with the upper end of the decorative, enclosure and thermal insulation integrated waterproof prefabricated partition wall 1;

and seventhly, disassembling the tool connecting piece.

The waterproof prefabricated partition wall integrating decoration, enclosure and heat preservation realizes the integration of the decoration layer and the heat preservation layer, has better decoration effect and heat preservation performance, can be used for indoor partition walls and peripheral protection walls, is convenient to produce and quick to install, and has better engineering advantages and economic benefits.
