1. A lock tongue assembly for a lock, characterized by;

the lock tongue component comprises a locking piece, a lock tongue swing arm, a first elastic piece and a second elastic piece, wherein the first end of the first elastic piece is abutted against the locking piece, the second end of the first elastic piece is abutted against the shell, the lock tongue piece is abutted against the lock tongue swing arm, the first end of the second elastic piece is abutted against the shell, the second end of the second elastic piece is abutted against the lock tongue swing arm, and the lock tongue piece is movably inserted into a lock tongue groove of the lock,

the shifting wheel assembly of the lockset comprises a first shifting wheel, a second shifting wheel and a shifting piece, wherein the shifting piece is abutted against the first shifting wheel and the second shifting wheel, and the shifting parts of the first shifting wheel and the second shifting wheel are close to the latch piece of the latch piece assembly relative to the shifting wall of the latch piece assembly;

With the development of economy, the demand of locks in daily life is also gradually increasing. The invention mainly aims to provide a lockset which is convenient to use.

In order to achieve the main purpose, the latch bolt assembly for the lock provided by the invention comprises a locking piece, a latch bolt swing arm, a first elastic piece and a second elastic piece, wherein a first end of the first elastic piece abuts against the locking piece, a second end of the first elastic piece abuts against the shell, the latch bolt piece abuts against the latch bolt swing arm, a first end of the second elastic piece abuts against the shell, a second end of the second elastic piece abuts against the latch bolt swing arm, the latch bolt piece is movably inserted into a latch bolt groove of the shell, a poking wheel assembly of the lock comprises a first poking wheel, a second poking wheel and a poking piece, the first poking wheel and the second poking wheel are both abutted against poking pieces, and poking parts of the first poking wheel and the second poking wheel are close to the latch bolt piece of the latch bolt assembly relative to a poking wall of the latch bolt assembly; when the bolt piece retracts inwards, the bolt piece releases the positioning of the locking piece, the locking piece is inserted into the bolt groove, and the locking piece abuts against the oblique bolt component of the oblique bolt component to position the oblique bolt component; the first shifting wheel or the second shifting wheel drives the locking piece to move away from the latch bolt frame of the latch bolt assembly through the shifting piece, the locking piece is separated from the latch bolt groove, and the latch bolt swing arm pushes the latch bolt piece to enable the latch bolt piece to extend outwards.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a lock 100 provided in this embodiment includes a housing and a latch bolt assembly movably assembled to the housing, the lock 100 further includes a latch bolt assembly and a safety assembly, the latch bolt assembly includes a locking member 1, a latch bolt 2, a latch bolt swing arm 3, a first elastic member 4 and a second elastic member 5, a first end of the first elastic member 4 abuts against the locking member 1 by hooking, a second end of the first elastic member 4 abuts against a bottom cover 6 of the housing by hooking, the latch bolt 2 abuts against the latch bolt swing arm 3, a first end of the second elastic member 5 abuts against the bottom cover 6 of the housing by hooking, a second end of the second elastic member 5 abuts against the latch bolt swing arm 3 by hooking, a positioning post of the bottom cover 6 passes through the latch bolt swing arm 3, a main body of the second elastic member 5 is sleeved to the positioning post, the latch bolt swing arm 3 abuts against the latch bolt 2, and the latch bolt 2 is movably inserted into a latch bolt slot 7 of the bottom cover 6, the first elastic member 4 and the second elastic member 5 are both torsion springs.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first positioning portion 8 of the locking member 1 is aligned with the opening of the latch groove 7, and the second positioning portion 9 of the locking member 1 is disposed opposite to the latch piece 10 of the latch assembly in the moving direction of the latch piece 2.

The first positioning portion 8 and the second positioning portion 9 are respectively trapezoidal, the first positioning portion 8 is provided with a first sliding surface 11 and a first driven surface 12, the first sliding surface 11 abuts against the first sidewall of the latch groove 7, and the latch piece 2 abuts against the first driven surface 12 when retracting.

The first positioning part 8 comprises a first positioning surface 13, when the bolt piece 2 extends outwards, the bolt piece 2 abuts against the first positioning surface 13 so as to separate the second positioning part 9 from the inclined bolt piece 10; when the bolt piece 2 retracts inwards, the bolt piece 2 is separated from the first positioning surface 13, and the first elastic piece 4 drives the locking piece 1 to enable the oblique bolt positioning surface 16 of the second positioning part 9 to be fixed on the oblique bolt piece 10.

The first sliding surface 11 is a vertical surface, the first positioning surface 13 is a horizontal surface, and an included angle between the first driven surface 12 and the first positioning surface 13 is an obtuse angle.

The locking piece 1 comprises a first hooking part 14 and a second hooking part 15, the main body of the first elastic piece 4 is connected to the first hooking part 14 through sleeving, the first end of the first elastic piece 4 abuts against the second hooking part 15, and when the locking tongue piece 2 retracts inwards, the locking piece 1 is driven by the first elastic piece 4 and is inserted into the locking tongue groove 7 so that the oblique tongue positioning surface 16 of the second positioning part 9 abuts against the oblique tongue component.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the latch member 2 includes a latch portion 17, a first pillar portion 18 and a second pillar portion 19, the latch portion 17 is disposed on the first pillar portion 18, and the first pillar portion 18 and the second pillar portion 19 are disposed opposite to each other. First post portion 18 and second post portion 19 are all movably inserted and are located spring bolt groove 7, and first post portion 18 sets up in the lateral surface of second post portion 19 relatively and is equipped with wedge portion 20, and wedge portion 20 butt is in spring bolt swing arm 3. An accommodating area 21 is provided between the first column part 18 and the second column part 19, and when the latch member 2 retracts, the first positioning part 8 protrudes into the accommodating area 21.

Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the safety assembly includes a main rod 22 and a positioning element 23, the positioning element 23 is rotatably inserted into a first end of the main rod 22, the positioning element 23 is provided with a positioning portion 24 and a rotating portion 25, the positioning portion 24 protrudes from an end surface of the rotating portion 25 to the thumb wheel assembly, and the gourd-shaped cylinder 26 of the lock 100 pushes the main rod 22 to move.

The main rod 22 is movably abutted against a limiting part 27 of the bottom cover 6, a driven part 28 is arranged at the second end of the main rod 22, and the driven part 28 is abutted against a thumb wheel of the gourd lock core.

The driven part 28 is provided with a first driven wall 29 and a second driven wall 30 which are oppositely arranged, a positioning block 31 of the safety component is movably arranged between the first driven wall 29 and the second driven wall 30, and the positioning block 31 is arranged in an inverted U shape.

The driven portion 28 has a hollow connecting portion 32 between the first driven wall 29 and the second driven wall 30, the safety assembly has a third elastic member 33 and a positioning ball 34, the third elastic member 33 is inserted into the connecting portion, a portion of the positioning ball 34 is located in the connecting portion, another portion of the positioning ball 34 is exposed out of the connecting portion, the third elastic member 33 is pressed by the positioning block and the positioning ball 34, and the third elastic member 33 is a spring.

The positioning portion 24 is provided with a rotating column 35, the rotating column 35 is inserted into the main rod 22, the rotating column 35 is provided with a driven port 37, the safety component is provided with a positioning plate 36, and the positioning plate 36 abuts against the positioning portion 24 to position the positioning portion.

The base body 38 of the positioning member 23 is a cylindrical body, the positioning portion 24 is a square cylindrical body, the rotating portion 25 is a cylindrical body, the positioning portion 24 is disposed on a first end surface of the base body 38, and the rotating portion 25 is disposed on a second end surface of the base body 38. The second end face of the base body 38 is provided with positioning projections 39, and the positioning projections 39 are arranged opposite to the positioning portions 24 in the radial direction of the base body 38.

The dial wheel assembly of the lock 100 includes a dial piece 40, a first dial wheel 41 and a second dial wheel 42, the first dial wheel 41 and the second dial wheel 42 are both abutted with the dial piece 40, and the dial parts 43 of the first dial wheel 41 and the second dial wheel 42 are close to the latch piece 10 of the latch assembly relative to the dial wall 44 of the latch assembly.

When the positioning piece 23 rotates to the first position, the positioning part 24 abuts against the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42; when the positioning member 23 rotates to the second position, the positioning portion 24 abuts against the first thumb wheel 41 and the second thumb wheel 42 of the thumb wheel assembly.

The oblique tongue component comprises an oblique tongue piece 10, an oblique tongue frame 45 and a connecting rod 46, wherein the connecting rod 46 penetrates through the oblique tongue frame 45, one end of the connecting rod 46 is fixedly abutted against the oblique tongue frame 45, one end of the connecting rod 46 is fixedly connected to the oblique tongue piece 10, the oblique tongue frame 45 drives the connecting rod 46 to move, and the connecting rod 46 drives the oblique tongue piece 10 to move synchronously.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, when the door is closed, the latch bolt 2 and the latch bolt 10 abut against the buckle plate 43 along with the rotation of the door body, the latch bolt 2 and the latch bolt 10 retract under the action of the buckle plate 43, the latch bolt 2 is separated from the first positioning surface 13 to release the positioning of the locking piece 1, after the latch bolt 10 is inserted into the buckle plate 43, the locking piece 1 moves under the driving of the first elastic piece 4 and is inserted into the latch bolt groove 7, and the latch bolt positioning surface 16 of the locking piece 1 abuts against the latch bolt bracket 45 of the latch bolt assembly to position the same, so that the door body is reliably in a closed state; when a user needs to open the door, the user can rotate the handle and push the door body, the first thumb wheel 41 and the second thumb wheel 42 are respectively connected with the handle, the handle drives the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42 to rotate, the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42 drives the locking piece 1 to move away from the latch bracket 45 and separate from the latch groove 7 through the toggle piece 40, moreover, the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42 rotates and abuts against the toggle wall 44 of the latch bracket 45 of the latch assembly, the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42 drives the latch bracket 45, the latch bracket 45 drives the latch piece 10 to retract inwards, the user can open the door body, in the opening process of the door body, the second elastic body 5 drives the latch swing arm 3 to rotate, the latch swing arm 3 drives the latch piece 2 to extend outwards, and the latch piece 2 is pushed by the latch swing arm 3 to extend outwards.

The first thumb wheel 41 and the second thumb wheel 42 are respectively connected with a handle, when the door is closed, the bolt piece 2 retracts under the action of the buckle plate 43, the bolt piece 2 releases the positioning of the locking piece 1, the locking piece 1 positions the latch bolt frame 45 under the driving of the first elastic piece 4, so that the latch bolt piece 10 is fixedly inserted into the buckle plate 43, and the closing of the door body is completed; the first thumb wheel 41 and the second thumb wheel 42 are respectively connected with a handle, the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42 drives the locking piece 1 to move away from the latch bolt piece 10 through the toggle piece 40, the toggle part 43 of the first thumb wheel 41 and the second thumb wheel 42 is close to the latch bolt piece 10 of the latch bolt component relative to the toggle wall 44 of the latch bolt component, so that the latch bolt piece 10 does not need to be driven by the handle connected with the first thumb wheel 41 or the second thumb wheel 42 when the latch bolt is closed and retracted, a user only needs to rotate the door body to a door closing position, the lock 100 can be automatically in a door closing state, the user can close the door without holding the handle, the use is convenient, direct flexible connection formed between the handle and the latch bolt through a spiral spring can be avoided, and the use stability of the lock 100 is ensured.
