The screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure method adopts the screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure tubular column, and if the screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure tubular column does not contain the second chemical plugging adjustment agent injection check valve 9 and the second production check valve 11, the screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure method comprises the following steps:

preparing before work, and completing the well by using a screen pipe 15 for a horizontal well;

step 1, throwing the screen pipe well completion segmented plugging regulating measure pipe column to a preset position of a horizontal segment of a horizontal well through an oil pipe by a releasing packer 12, as shown in figure 1;

step 2, in the production process, when water channeling occurs and the segmented plugging is required to be adjusted, inserting an oil pipe into the metal pipe 16, namely, the lower end of the oil pipe sequentially penetrates through the guide mechanism 13, the releasing packer 12 and the inserting sealing element 14 to enter the metal pipe 16;

step 3, injecting a packer into the metal pipe 16 through the tubing, wherein the pressure in the metal pipe 16 is a first pressure P1, the first pressure P1 is greater than or equal to the injection pressure of the first inflatable packer 2, the first pressure P1 is less than the opening pressure of the first chemical packer injection check valve 6, the packer only enters the first inflatable packer 2, the second inflatable packer 3, the third inflatable packer 4 and the fourth inflatable packer 5, the packers, the first inflatable packer 2, the second inflatable packer 3, the third inflatable packer 4 and the fourth inflatable packer 5, keep the inflatable packing state, the first inflatable packer 2, the second inflatable packer 3, the third inflatable packer 4 and the fourth inflatable packer 5, block the annular space between the screen and the metal pipe 16, when the packer has not completely solidified, carrying out the next step;

step 4, continuing to inject the packing agent into the metal pipe 16 through the oil pipe and increasing the pressure in the metal pipe 16, wherein the pressure in the metal pipe 16 is a second pressure P2, and the second pressure P2 is greater than the opening pressure of the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6, so that the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7 are both in an open state, the packing agent enters an annular space between the metal pipe 16 and the sieve pipe 15 through the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7, and the packing agent performs the next step when the sealing effect is basically achieved outside the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7 but the packing agent is not completely solidified;

step 5, injecting a plugging agent into the metal pipe 16 through the oil pipe, wherein the pressure in the metal pipe 16 is a third pressure P3, the third pressure P3 is greater than the second pressure P2, the third pressure P3 is greater than the opening pressure of the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8, so that the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8 is in an open state, the plugging agent enters the annular space between the metal pipe 16 and the sieve tube 15 through the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8, the plugging agent also enters the annular space between the metal pipe 16 and the sieve tube 15 through the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical plugging agent injection check valve 7, and the next step is performed when the plugging agent does not exist in the metal pipe 16 or the plugging agent is not completely solidified;

and 6, injecting acid liquor into the metal pipe 16 through the oil pipe, wherein the acid liquor dissolves the packing agent and the plugging agent in the region around the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6, the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7 and the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8, the acid liquor also dissolves the packing agent and the plugging agent in the region around the first production check valve 10, the pressure of the formation liquid passes through the opening pressure larger than that of the first production check valve 10, and the formation liquid enters the metal pipe 16 through the sieve tube 15 and the first production check valve 10 in sequence, so that normal production is realized.

The experimental process can be simulated in a laboratory to obtain actual parameters, and the screen pipe well completion segmented plugging regulation measure method can be implemented underground.

The screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure method adopts the screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure tubular column, and if the screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure tubular column contains a second chemical plugging adjustment agent injection check valve 9 and a second production check valve 11, the screen pipe completion subsection plugging adjustment measure method comprises the following steps:

step 4, continuing to inject the packing agent into the metal pipe 16 through the oil pipe and increasing the pressure in the metal pipe 16, wherein the pressure in the metal pipe 16 is a second pressure P2, and the second pressure P2 is greater than the opening pressure of the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6, so that the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7 are both in an open state, the packing agent enters an annular space between the metal pipe 16 and the sieve pipe 15 through the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7, and the packing agent performs the next step when the sealing effect is basically achieved outside the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7 but the packing agent is not completely solidified;

step 5, injecting a plugging agent into the metal pipe 16 through the oil pipe, wherein the pressure in the metal pipe 16 is a third pressure P3, the third pressure P3 is greater than the second pressure P2, and the third pressure P3 is greater than the opening pressure of the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8, so that the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8 and the second chemical plugging agent injection check valve 9 are both in an open state, the plugging agent enters an annular space between the metal pipe 16 and the sieve pipe 15 through the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8 and the second chemical plugging agent injection check valve 9, the plugging agent also enters the annular space between the metal pipe 16 and the sieve pipe 15 through the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 6 and the second chemical plugging agent injection check valve 7, and the next step is performed when the plugging agent does not exist in the metal pipe 16 or the plugging agent is not completely solidified;

and 6, injecting acid liquid into the metal pipe 16 through the oil pipe, wherein the acid liquid dissolves the packing agent and the plugging agent in the areas around the first chemical packing agent injection check valve 6, the second chemical packing agent injection check valve 7, the first chemical plugging agent injection check valve 8 and the second chemical plugging agent injection check valve 9, the acid liquid also dissolves the packing agent and the plugging agent in the areas around the first production check valve 10 and the second production check valve 11, the pressure of formation liquid passes through the opening pressure which is larger than that of the first production check valve 10 and the second production check valve 11, and the formation liquid enters the metal pipe 16 through the sieve pipe 15, the first production check valve 10 and the second production check valve 11 in sequence, so that normal production is realized.

The packer and the profile control agent are both existing products, the performance of the packer and the performance of the profile control agent are approximately the same, and the packer and the profile control agent are low in viscosity during flowing and fast solidified during standing so as to form a chemical packer and separate a formation annulus between the sieve tube and the metal tube.
