Background

The air preheater is a heating surface for preheating air before entering the boiler to a certain temperature by smoke in a flue at the tail part of the boiler through internal radiating fins, and is equipment for improving the heat exchange performance of the boiler and reducing energy consumption. Air preheaters are generally classified into plate type, rotary type and tubular type.

The relative rotation position of air heater is many, and all are the sound sealed and operating mode environment than harsh, and the main area that leaks out has following several parts. The existing fan-shaped plate adjusting device is only suitable for the air leakage between the hot end primary and secondary air with the most serious air leakage and the flue gas and the primary and secondary air, the system is complicated, and the accuracy and the service life of feedback information from a feedback device are seriously tested in a severe working condition environment; in addition, the shape of the rotor deformed by heat is complex, which is called mushroom shape in the industry, so that the gap between the sealing piece and the sector plate is difficult to be uniform and controllable by adjusting the sector plate. The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

The embodiment of the present invention is realized as follows, and the sealing device for an air preheater shown in fig. 1 and 3 comprises:

a rotor compartment plate 1;

As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the soft fixing mechanism 3 includes:

one end of a pre-tightening bolt 31 penetrates through the sealing plate 2 and the rotor compartment plate 1;

In one case of this embodiment, under the action of the pre-tightening force of the pre-tightening spring 33, the friction force between the sealing plate 2 and the rotor compartment plate 1 can overcome the self-gravity of the sealing plate 2 and some external forces in the operation process, and meanwhile, after the friction force exceeding the pre-tightening force is applied, the sealing plate 2 and the rotor compartment plate 1 can slide relatively, and in addition, in order to ensure the stability of the sliding, a sliding hole matched with the pre-tightening bolt 31, i.e., a sliding hole sliding up and down as shown in fig. 2, is formed in the sealing plate 2, so that the sealing plate 2 can stably slide relative to the rotor compartment plate 1; and a preset gap is kept between the seal and the reference for a long time, and the contact phenomenon, namely the friction loss and the friction energy consumption do not exist.

As shown in fig. 2, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the soft fixing mechanism 3 further includes:
