receiving a detection signal currently sent by an environmental parameter detection sensor accessed to the sensor interface;

processing the detection signal to obtain a corresponding environmental parameter;

and controlling the work of the air conditioning equipment or controlling the work of linkage equipment accessed to the interface of the external equipment according to the environmental parameters.

4. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: at least one working parameter output interface;

the working parameter output interface is connected with the main control device and is used for accessing external control equipment;

the master control device is further configured to:

sending the working parameters of the air conditioning equipment to the external control equipment accessed to the working parameter output interface through the working parameter output interface so that the external control equipment returns corresponding control parameters to the main control device according to the working parameters;

Technical Field

Background

A general air conditioner does not have a function of linking with other external devices (for example, a humidifier, a purifier, etc.), and it is necessary to manually and frequently control the operation of these external devices, and the operation of these external devices cannot be matched with the operation of the air conditioner.

At present, some air conditioning equipment are through newly-increased wireless communication module to let external equipment also newly-increased wireless communication module, thereby make air conditioning equipment can carry out wireless communication with external equipment and be connected, so that let both can carry out the linkage. Compared with the prior art, according to the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air conditioner is provided with at least one external device interface for externally connecting external linkage equipment, the main control device is connected with the external device interface, the main control device acquires the device type of the linkage equipment connected to the external device interface, and then controls the operation of the linkage equipment in a preset control mode corresponding to the device type according to the device type of the linkage equipment, so that the linkage between the air conditioner and the external device is realized. Therefore, the air conditioning equipment and the external equipment can be linked only by adding the external equipment interface with lower cost to the air conditioning equipment and inserting the plug of the external equipment into the external equipment interface, and the air conditioning equipment and the external equipment do not need to be added with a wireless communication module at the same time and a complex wireless communication protocol does not need to be set. Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air conditioning apparatus includes: at least one external device interface 10 and a main control device 11; at least one external equipment interface 10 is used for externally connecting linkage equipment; the main control device 11 is connected to at least one of the external device interfaces 10, and is configured to:

acquiring the equipment type of the linkage equipment accessed to the external equipment interface 10;

and controlling the work of the linkage equipment in a preset control mode corresponding to the equipment type according to the equipment type of the linkage equipment.

When an external linkage device is connected to the external device interface 10, the master control apparatus 11 may obtain a device type of the linkage device connected to the external device interface 10; when the master control device 11 knows the device type of the linkage device, the master control device 11 controls the operation of the linkage device in a corresponding control mode according to the type of the linkage device. For example, the linkage device is a humidifier, the humidifier is connected to the external device interface 10 of the air conditioning device through a connector of the humidifier, and when the master control device 11 obtains that the device type of the linkage device is the humidifier, the master control device 11 controls the humidifier to work according to a preset humidifier control mode, so that linkage between the air conditioning device and the humidifier is realized. By way of example, the humidifier control mode may be: the main control device 11 determines whether the current indoor humidity is less than a preset first humidity comfort threshold (for example, humidity 30), and if so, controls to turn on the humidifier and enables the humidifier to perform humidification according to a preset humidification mode; in the humidification working process of the humidifier, regularly judging whether the current indoor humidity is larger than a preset second humidity comfort threshold (such as humidity 60); and if so, controlling to close the humidifier.

The linkage device may be a humidifier, a purifier, a heating device, a cooling device, an air conditioning fan, an ultraviolet lamp, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein.

It should be understood that the main control device 11 may be a main control board having a control function for the air-conditioning equipment, or may be a plurality of control units distributed on different circuit boards, and the like, and is not limited specifically herein.

Illustratively, the number of the external device interfaces 10 is at least two, and the types of the linkage devices used by at least two of the external device interfaces 10 for access are different.

For example, referring to fig. 2, the external device interface 10 is a relay output interface (for example, an interface of DC12V, an interface of DC24V, or an interface of AC220V, etc.), and each relay output interface corresponds to an interface function, for example: the air conditioner comprises an external refrigeration equipment interface, an external heating equipment interface, an external humidifier interface, an external purifier interface, an external fresh air machine interface and the like. Of course, the external device interface 10 may be other conventional interfaces. It can be understood that, the wiring manner of each pin of the relay output interface may refer to the prior art, and is not described herein.

Each of the peripheral interfaces 10 may be connected to an indoor strip or to a different socket affixed to a wall, for example, via an indoor or outdoor terminal strip, with the different sockets labeled with different functional interfaces.

In the embodiment of the present invention, at least one external device interface 10 for externally connecting an external linkage device is arranged on the air conditioner, the main control device 11 is connected to the external device interface 10, and the main control device 11 controls the operation of the linkage device in a preset control mode corresponding to the device type according to the device type of the linkage device by acquiring the device type of the linkage device connected to the external device interface 10, so as to realize the linkage between the air conditioner and the external device. Therefore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the air conditioning equipment and the external equipment can be linked only by adding the external equipment interface 10 with lower cost to the air conditioning equipment and inserting the plug of the external equipment into the external equipment interface 10, and the wireless communication module 15 does not need to be additionally arranged at the same time of the air conditioning equipment and the external equipment, and a complex wireless communication protocol does not need to be set. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can reduce the production cost of the air conditioning equipment and the external equipment which can be linked, and can simplify the linkage mode of the air conditioning equipment and the external equipment.

For example, the manner of acquiring the device type of the linkage device accessing the external device interface 10 by the master control apparatus 11 may be as follows:

When the linkage device is connected to the external device interface 10 of the air conditioner, the user may enable the device type information sending terminal to establish a wireless communication connection with the wireless communication module 15 of the air conditioner, and then the user may send the device type information of the linkage device to the wireless communication module 15 through the device type information sending terminal, and the wireless communication module 15 may send the received device type information to the main control apparatus 11. For example, the device type information sending end may be a remote controller of an air conditioner, and a user may input a relevant instruction on the remote controller to indicate the device type information of the linkage device, for example, press a corresponding key on the remote controller, where the key may correspond to the device type information of the corresponding linkage device. For another example, the device type information sending end may also be a mobile phone, where the mobile phone is provided with an APP for controlling an air conditioning device, and a user may input corresponding device type information through the APP on the mobile phone, where the device type information is sent to the wireless communication module 15 of the air conditioning device through the mobile phone, and then sent to the main control apparatus 11 by the wireless communication module 15. The above are only some examples of the device type information sending end, and the type of the device type information sending end is not specifically limited.

Secondly, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner further includes an equipment type information generating device 16; the device type information generating device 16 is connected to the main control device 11, and is configured to generate corresponding device type information according to an operation of a user on the device and send the device type information to the main control device 11.

When the linkage device is connected to the external device interface 10 of the air conditioner, the user may operate the device type information generating device 16, and then the device type information generating device 16 generates corresponding device type information according to the corresponding operation of the user and sends the corresponding device type information to the main control device 11. For example, the device type information generating device 16 may be a dial provided on the air conditioning equipment, and different dials of the dial may represent different linkage device types, for example: dial 0000 indicates that only the humidifier can be linked (indicating that the current equipment type is the humidifier), similarly, dial 0001 only can be linked with the fresh air machine, dial 0010 only can be linked with the refrigeration equipment, and dial 1111 can be linked with a plurality of external equipment at the same time. For another example, the device type information generating device 16 may be a key provided in the air conditioner, the number of the keys may be one, the device type information of the corresponding linkage device may be generated according to the number of times of pressing, the number of the keys may be multiple, and different keys correspond to different device types of the linkage device. The above are only some examples of the device type information generating apparatus 16, and the kind of the device type information generating apparatus 16 is not particularly limited.

Of course, the main control device 11 may also automatically perform device type identification on the linkage device on the external device interface 10. For example, the main control device 11 is preset with a device type configuration table, when the linkage device is connected to the external device interface 10, the linkage device sends a configuration code representing the device type to the main control device 11 through the interface, then the main control device 11 matches the configuration code in the device type configuration table, and after matching is successful, the device type corresponding to the configuration code can be identified.

In the above embodiment, further, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioning apparatus further includes: at least one sensor interface 12 and a display 13; the sensor interface 12 is connected with the main control device 11 and used for accessing an environmental parameter detection sensor; the display 13 is connected with the main control device 11; the main control device 11 is further configured to:

receiving a detection signal currently sent by an environmental parameter detection sensor accessed to the sensor interface 12;

processing the detection signal to obtain a corresponding environmental parameter;

and controlling the display 13 to display the environment parameter.

In this embodiment, by setting the sensor interface 12 and the display 13 on the air conditioning equipment, when an environmental parameter detection sensor is connected to the sensor interface 12, the main control device 11 sends the environmental parameter currently detected by the environmental parameter detection sensor to the display 13 for displaying, so that the user can know the current environment condition. In addition, the user can access the related sensor according to the requirement of the user, so that the air conditioning equipment can realize various sensor detection functions according to the requirement of the user.

The environmental parameter detection sensor may be a humidity detection sensor, an odor detection sensor, a CO2 concentration detection sensor, a PM2.5 detection sensor, or a temperature detection sensor, and is not limited herein.

As another example, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner further includes: at least one sensor interface 12; the sensor interface 12 is connected with the main control device 11 and used for accessing an environmental parameter detection sensor; the main control device 11 is further configured to:

receiving a detection signal currently sent by an environmental parameter detection sensor accessed to the sensor interface 12;

processing the detection signal to obtain a corresponding environmental parameter;

and controlling the work of the air conditioning equipment or controlling the work of linkage equipment connected to the external equipment interface 10 according to the environmental parameters.

In this embodiment, by setting the sensor interface 12 on the air conditioner, when an environmental parameter detection sensor is connected to the sensor interface 12, the main control device 11 controls the work of the air conditioner or controls the connection to the work of the linkage device on the external device interface 10 according to the environmental parameter currently detected by the environmental parameter detection sensor, so that the work of the air conditioner or the work of the linkage device can be adapted to the current environmental conditions (for example, the indoor humidity condition, the indoor temperature condition, etc.). In the above embodiment, the number of the sensor interfaces 12 is at least two, and the types of the environmental parameter detection sensors used by at least two of the sensor interfaces 12 for accessing are different.

It should be noted that the installation position of the environmental parameter detection sensor connected to the sensor interface 12 may be set according to actual needs, for example, close to a place where a person sleeps or a person frequently walks, so as to detect an environment closer to the body feeling of the person.

In the above embodiment, further, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioning apparatus further includes: at least one working parameter output interface 14; at least one working parameter output interface 14, connected to the main control device 11, and configured to access an external control device; the master control device 11 is further configured to:

sending the working parameters of the air conditioning equipment to the external control equipment accessed to the working parameter output interface 14 through the working parameter output interface 14, so that the external control equipment returns corresponding control parameters to the main control device 11 according to the working parameters;

and controlling the operation of the air conditioning equipment according to the received control parameters.

In this embodiment, the working parameter output interface 14 is arranged on the air conditioning equipment, so that an external control device can be connected to the working parameter output interface 14, the external control device obtains relevant working parameters of the air conditioning equipment through the interface, then judges the working state of the air conditioning equipment according to the working parameters, and returns corresponding control parameters to the main control device 11 according to the working parameters, so that the main control device 11 controls the working of the air conditioning equipment according to the control parameters, so that the working of the air conditioning equipment is normal or meets preset requirements. For example, the working parameter sent by the main control device 11 through the interface to the external control device is a motor rotation speed parameter of the air conditioner external unit, and after receiving the motor rotation speed parameter, the external control device determines whether a difference between the motor rotation speed parameter and the set motor rotation speed parameter is greater than a preset calibration threshold, and if so, the external control device returns the corresponding control parameter to control the motor of the air conditioner external unit to operate, so that the rotation speed of the motor finally can meet the set requirement (for example, the difference between the motor rotation speed parameter and the set motor rotation speed parameter is less than the preset calibration threshold). Of course, the operating parameter may also be the operating frequency, the operating time, etc. of the frequency converter of the air conditioning system. For example, the external control device may be a speed regulating device for regulating a rotation speed of the motor, or may be a regulating device for regulating an operating frequency of the frequency converter, and the like, and is not particularly limited herein. In addition, the operation parameter output interface 14 is an analog quantity signal output interface, and may also be a common communication interface, such as an I2C interface, a 485 serial port, or the like.
