In specific use, when materials need to be heated, the motor 18 is rotated through the control box 20 to drive the gear 17 to rotate, the toothed plate 16 drives the stop block 15 to move towards the discharge pipe 14, the discharge pipe 14 is closed, the materials enter the heating pipeline 1 through the feed pipe 11, the first heating rod 6 and the second heating rod 7 are used for heating the materials through the control box 20, the temperature sensor 19 senses the temperature of the materials in real time, when the materials are heated to a set temperature, the control box 20 automatically cuts off the power and reminds a worker, the worker enables the motor 18 to rotate reversely through the control box 20, the stop block 15 moves towards the gear 17, the discharge pipe 14 is opened, and the materials flow to the next device through the discharge pipe 14; if the pressure in the heating pipeline 1 is too high during heating, the valve 13 is automatically opened, the gas in the pipeline is discharged through the exhaust pipe 12, and the valve 13 is automatically closed after the gas is discharged to a certain degree.
