Technical Field

The invention relates to a novel water heater, in particular to a water heater which fully utilizes heat energy generated by an ore machine during working.

Background

The water heater is a household appliance, and the gas water heater and the electric water heater respectively utilize gas combustion and electric energy to heat water. The heat energy of the water heater is recycled by using other heat sources, and the water heater for producing domestic hot water is not reported.

The invention aims to provide an energy-saving, environment-friendly and low-carbon water heater directly heated without gas and electric energy by fully utilizing heat energy generated by an ore machine during working.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention adopts the following technical scheme: the invention consists of a water mixing valve, a water heater, a circulating pipe A, a circulating pump, a main switch, a power line, a circulating pump power supply, a circulating pipe B, a router, an ore machine, a heat collector, a router and the like.

The structure and the principle of the invention are as follows: the electric water heater is a common water storage type electric water heater, a 220V power line is connected with a heating rod to heat water, the power line of the invention is not connected with the heating rod, instead, the mine machine, the circulating pump power supply and the router are led out of the water heater, the output end of the circulating pump power supply is connected with a power supply interface of the circulating pump, the input end of the circulating pipe A is connected with the bottom of the water storage tank in the water heater, the output end of the circulating pipe A is connected with the input end of the circulating pump, the output end of the circulating pump is connected with the input end of the circulating pipe B, the output end of the circulating pipe B is connected with the top of the water storage tank in the water heater, meanwhile, the circulating pipe B is partially embedded in the heat collector, the heat collector is tightly attached to an ore machine heating device to heat water flowing through the circulating pipe B, the heated water flows into a water storage tank in the water heater, the circulating pipe A and the circulating pipe B are sleeved with heat insulation layers, the ore machine is connected with the output end of the router, and the input end of the router is connected with the internet.

The invention has the advantages that: when the mining machine works, the self working task can be completed, and meanwhile, the heat energy generated by the mining machine is fully utilized, so that the energy is fully utilized. Has wide application prospect.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further described with reference to the following examples in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2.

Referring to the attached figure 1, the invention is composed of a water mixing valve (1), a water heater (2), a circulating pipe A (3), a circulating pump (4), a main switch (5), a power line (6), a circulating pump power supply (7), a circulating pipe B (8), a router (9), an ore machine (10) and a heat collector (11). The water heater (2) is a general water storage type electric water heater sold on the market, an electric heating rod power line (6) connected with the inside of the water heater (2) is separated from an electric heating rod, the electric heating rod power line is led out of the water heater (2) and is connected with a power supply interface of a circulating pump power supply (7), a power supply interface of a router (9) and a power supply interface of an ore machine (10), the output end of the circulating pump power supply (7) is connected with the power supply interface of a circulating pump (4), the input end of a circulating pipe A (3) is connected with the bottom of a water storage tank in the water heater (2), the output end of the circulating pipe A (3) is connected with the input end of the circulating pump (4), the output end of the circulating pump (4) is connected with the input end of a circulating pipe B (8), the output end of the circulating pipe B (8) is connected with the top of the water storage tank in the water heater (2), meanwhile, the circulating pipe B (8) is partially embedded in the heat collector (11), and the heat collector (11) is tightly attached to a heating element of the mining machine (10). When the mining machine (10) works, the heat collector (11) collects heat energy generated by the mining machine (10) and heats water in the water storage tank of the water heater through the circulating pipe A (3), the circulating pump (4) and the circulating pipe B (8). The water temperature is adjusted through the water mixing valve (1).

The water mixing valve (1) is made of metal or plastic, is distributed with a water heater and can be purchased in the market.

The water heater (2) is a common electric water heater, and is F100-A20GA2(H) and is commercially available.

The circulating pipe A (3) is made of a metal pipe and is externally provided with a heat-insulating material.

The circulating pump (4) is a common small water pump which can be an alternating current small water pump or a direct current small water pump and is sold in the market.

The main switch (5) is a common power switch, and the parameters of the main switch are determined according to the power sum of the mining machine (10), the circulating pump power supply (7) and the router (9).

The power line (6) is a common power line, and the parameters of the power line are determined according to the total power of the mining machine (10), the circulating pump power supply (7) and the router (9).

The circulating pump power supply (7) selects a corresponding power supply according to the type of the circulating pump (4).

The circulating pipe B (8) is made of a metal pipe, and other parts except the part embedded in the heat collector (11) are externally added with heat insulation materials.

The router (9) is an electronic product, which is commercially available.

the heat collector (11) is made of aluminum section.

The invention uses the heat energy generated by the ore machine during working to replace the heat energy generated by the original electric heating rod of the water heater.
