Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of machining measuring tools, in particular to a dial indicator capable of preventing collision damage.

Background

The dial indicator is a general length measuring instrument of a meter type made by utilizing a precise rack and pinion mechanism, and basically comprises a measuring head, a measuring rod, a shockproof spring, a rack, a gear, a hairspring, a round dial and a pointer.

However, the currently used dial gauge has the following defects: (1) easy to damage: in the machining process of a machine tool, a dial indicator is generally used for measuring a machined workpiece, however, when the shape of a part to be machined is large at the top and small at the bottom (as shown in fig. 1), and the part needs to be turned around up and down, an operator often forgets to turn the dial indicator by an angle to directly lift the dial indicator due to hurry or negligence, so that a measuring rod of the dial indicator directly impacts the upper part of the workpiece, the head of the dial indicator is damaged, and the dial indicator is directly scrapped, so that waste is caused; (2) is not favorable for accurate fixation: the dial indicator used at present is basically fixed by a small universal meter base, but the small universal meter base is too many in connection links and is easy to loosen, and the magnetic base of the small universal meter base is easy to loosen, so that errors or errors are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, provides the dial indicator capable of preventing the dial indicator from being damaged by collision, is convenient to fix and not easy to loosen, can effectively prevent the indicator head of the dial indicator from being damaged due to the fact that the measuring rod directly collides with a workpiece, and prolongs the service life.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

One end of the fixed rod component is provided with a straight rod and a chuck which are used for being arranged on a main shaft of the machine tool; the straight rod is inserted into the cylindrical hole in the middle of the chuck, and the straight rod is in interference fit with the cylindrical hole in the middle of the chuck, so that the straight rod and the chuck are integrated after being inserted into the cylindrical hole in the middle of the chuck;

the other end of the fixed rod component is provided with 4 long elastic round steels and 2 large clamping plates; 2 large splints form a large cylindrical cavity with a hole with the diameter size of 8 (negative deviation) millimeters; the diameter size of the large cylindrical cavity is 8mm (negative deviation) which is slightly smaller than the diameter size of the measuring rod 2, namely 8 mm.

One end of the meter joint component is a meter joint main body, the meter joint main body is provided with an internal thread, and the internal thread is connected with an external thread of the measuring head; preferably, the first small clamping plate and the second small clamping plate are arc-shaped plates, and an M2.5 internal thread is arranged in the joint main body and is used for being connected with an M2.5 external thread on the measuring head;

the other end of the joint assembly is provided with an open small cylindrical cavity, and the open small cylindrical cavity is used for clamping the measuring rod; the diameter of the small cylindrical cavity of the opening is determined by a measuring rod of a dial indicator: optimally, the outer diameter of the measuring rod of the dial indicator is 4 mm, and the diameter of the small open cylindrical cavity is also 4 (negative deviation) mm; in this way, a tighter fit is produced; formation of the small cylindrical cavity of the opening: the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are connected to the joint main body through elastic round steel to form an open small cylindrical cavity in a combined mode.

The outer contour of the chuck of the fixing rod component is a cuboid with 16 mm X16 mm X8 mm, and the diameters of the through holes in the middle are all 1.5 mm; the distance between the 2 small through holes is consistent in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and optimally, the distance is 12 mm.

The outer contour of the joint body of the joint assembly is an incomplete cylinder with a diameter of 10 mm X5 mm and with a front surface and a rear surface cut off, namely the height of the joint body is 5 mm, wherein the threaded through hole with the middle lunch in the up-down direction is M2.5; the diameters of the 4 small through holes are all 1.5 mm; the centers of the 4 small through holes are on a circle with the diameter of 7 mm, and are at the position with the distance of 1.2 mm from the front and back symmetrical planes.

4 long elastic round steels of the fixed rod assembly and 4 short elastic round steels of the joint assembly; preferentially: the length of the long and short elastic round steel of the fixed rod assembly is 22 mm, and the diameter of the long and short elastic round steel is 1.5 mm; the short resilient round steel of the joint assembly is 14 mm long and 1.5 mm in diameter.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) simple structure, fixed back are difficult not hard up: before the dial indicator is used, the straight rod of the fixing rod is installed on a main shaft of a machine tool and fixed, and then the measuring rod of the dial indicator body is clamped to the first through hole of the clamping head, so that the dial indicator can be used;

because the long elastic round steel provides elastic force to the large clamping plate, the dial indicator body is firmly fixed on the fixed rod and is not easy to loosen,

due to the fact that the short elastic round steel is arranged, elastic force can be provided for the small clamping plate, the measuring head is firmly fixed on the measuring rod of the dial indicator, and looseness is not prone to occurring;

compared with the traditional mode of fixing the dial indicator by using a universal small gauge stand, the fixing rod has a simpler and firmer structure and can better meet the requirement of finding the center of a workpiece for tool setting;

(2) is not easy to be broken by collision: when the dial indicator body needs to be lifted when the size of a measured workpiece is measured, if the dial indicator is forgotten to be rotated away and is directly lifted, misoperation of enabling the joint or the measuring head to collide with the workpiece is caused, the joint is sleeved with the measuring rod, the dial indicator body can be deviated or dropped at most, the breakage and the damage of the dial indicator head cannot be caused, and the purpose of protecting the dial indicator is achieved.

Detailed Description

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and explanatory of the invention, and are not restrictive thereof;

as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic use diagram of a conventional dial indicator, when a lower portion of a workpiece 8 is measured, if the dial indicator is lifted up after the dial indicator is forgotten to be rotated away, a measuring rod 2 or a measuring head 7 may collide with the upper portion of the workpiece 8, so that the measuring rod 2 is deformed or broken or a screw of the measuring head 7 is deformed or broken, and the whole dial indicator may lose transmission performance and be directly discarded;

as shown in FIG. 2, the anti-collision dial indicator of the invention comprises a dial indicator body, a fixing rod and a joint;

the dial indicator body comprises a round dial plate 1, a sleeve 10 connected to the round dial plate 1 and a measuring rod 2;

as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing rod assembly comprises a straight rod 3 for being mounted on a machine tool spindle, a chuck 4 is connected to the straight rod, and the chuck 4 is clamped on a measuring rod 2 of the joint assembly;

Preferably, the measuring rod 2 and the slot 5 are matched under the clamping force generated by short elastic round steel with the diameter of 1.5 mm, so that the assembly is firm and the looseness is not easy to occur.

Preferably, the total height of the fixing rod assembly is 146 mm, wherein the height of the straight rod 2 is 128mm, the height of the clamping head assembly is 26mm, the clamping head assembly comprises 8mm in height, 4 pieces of long elastic round steel are 26mm in height, and 2 large clamping plates are 12 mm in height;

the overall length of the joint assembly is 14 mm, with a joint body 5 mm long, 4 long resilient round bars and 2 cleats each 14 mm long and 5 mm long.
