Technical Field

The invention relates to a static contact component and an isolating switch.

Background

The GIS equipment plays an important role in the high-voltage electric transportation process, and an isolating switch in the GIS equipment is used as an important component of the GIS equipment, and whether the opening and closing between a moving contact and a static contact of the GIS equipment are in place determines the circuit on-off of the whole GIS equipment.

When the switch-on of a moving contact and a static contact of the isolating switch is not in place, the connecting resistance between the moving contact and the static contact is increased, so that under the condition of larger load current, the two contacts generate great heat, and even the two contacts can be burnt to cause insulation degradation breakdown, thereby causing short-circuit fault; when a certain part of the GIS equipment breaks down, the isolating switch needs to be switched off, the moving contact and the static contact are disconnected, and then the whole GIS equipment circuit is disconnected. Therefore, whether the disconnecting switch is switched on or off in place needs to be clearly judged and indicated so as to protect the personal safety of related workers.

In the prior art, an opening and closing indication of an isolating switch is often displayed through an opening and closing indication device, the opening and closing indication device and a body moving contact of the isolating switch are arranged in a split mode and are in transmission connection with an operating mechanism through a transmission mechanism, the operating mechanism controls the opening and closing indication device to synchronously work in the process of controlling the opening and closing of the moving contact and a fixed contact of the isolating switch body, when the moving contact and the fixed contact complete the opening and closing, the opening and closing indication device displays the completion of the opening and closing, and when the moving contact and the fixed contact complete the opening and closing, the opening and closing indication device displays the completion of the opening and closing.

The invention aims to provide a static contact component to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, switching-on indication is not accurate enough due to the fact that a switching-on indication device and a static contact are arranged in a split mode. The invention further provides an isolating switch, and the technical problem that in the prior art, the switching-on indication is not accurate enough due to the fact that the switching-on indication equipment and the isolating switch are arranged in a split mode is solved.

the indicating piece is provided with a closing indicating mark and an opening indicating mark which are sequentially arranged along the front and back direction;

the inner observation hole is arranged on the static end conductive seat and used for observing a closing indication mark and an opening indication mark;

the closing indication mark and the opening indication mark are arranged at set positions, so that the closing indication mark can be seen only through the inner observation hole when the isolating switch is closed in place.

The beneficial effects are that: according to the static contact assembly provided by the invention, the static contact assembly is arranged on the shell of the isolating switch through the static end conductive seat, the indicating cylinder is assembled on the static end conductive seat in a guiding manner, the indicating cylinder is provided with the closing indicating mark and the opening indicating mark, the moving contact pushing indicating part on the isolating switch moves from front to back, so that the closing indicating mark and the opening indicating mark are driven to move from front to back, and the positions of the two indicating marks are set, so that the closing indicating mark is completely exposed from the inner observation hole when the isolating switch is closed, and the opening indicating mark is completely shielded. The specific embodiment 1 of the isolating switch provided by the invention:

in the prior art, the switching-on and switching-off indicating equipment and the isolating switch are arranged in a split mode, but with the continuous increase of the operating time of the switching-on and switching-off indicating equipment, the transmission mechanism between the switching-on and switching-off indicating equipment and the operating mechanism is likely to break or wear seriously, so that the matching degree between the switching-on and switching-off indicating equipment and the operating mechanism is reduced, the switching-on and switching-off indicating equipment cannot accurately indicate the switching-on and switching-off of the isolating switch, further, short circuit or major safety accidents are caused, and the safety is not high. In the isolating switch provided by the invention, the indicating barrel is arranged on the static contact component, the red color band and the green color band are arranged on the indicating barrel, the movable conducting rod in the movable contact component pushes the indicating barrel to move forwards, when the outer observation window on the isolating switch shell is observed to be red completely, the indicating that the switch-on is in place is performed, when the outer observation window on the isolating switch shell is observed to be green completely, the indicating that the switch-on is not performed, and when the outer observation window on the isolating switch shell is observed to be red and green, the indicating that the switch-on is not in place is performed, so that the integral structure of the isolating switch is simplified, and the switch-on indicating accuracy is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the isolating switch is an isolating switch in a GIS, the isolating switch includes a housing 1, the housing 1 is mainly formed by a cylinder of the GIS and supporting insulators on two sides, a moving contact component 2 and a static contact component 3 are fixedly installed in the housing 1, the moving contact component 2 is located in front of the static contact component 3, a moving conductive rod 22 on the moving contact component 2 moves from front to back in a fixed tube 21, after the moving conductive rod 22 is inserted into the static contact component 3, the moving conductive rod 22 continues to move backwards to push an indicating cylinder 31 in the static contact component 3 to move from front to back to complete a closing operation, when the closing is in place, a red color band 3121 on the indicating cylinder 31 is completely exposed from an inner observation hole, a green color band 3122 is completely shielded to indicate the closing, and indicate the closing is in place; when the red color strip 3121 and the green color strip 3122 are observed from the inner observation hole, it indicates that the switch-on is not in place; when the movable conducting rod 22 moves backward and moves away from the fixed contact assembly 3, the indicating cylinder 31 is driven by the reset pressure spring 39 to move backward and forward so as to complete the switching-off operation, and when only the green color band 3122 is observed in the inner observation hole, the disconnecting switch is indicated to be not switched on.

The shell 1 extends along the front-back direction, the front end and the rear end of the shell are both provided with outward-turning edge structures, bolt mounting holes are formed in the outward-turning edge structures, and the bolt mounting holes in the outward-turning edges on the two sides are correspondingly communicated with the bolt mounting holes in the post insulators on the two sides; the two-side post insulator is divided into a front post insulator 110 and a rear post insulator 120, a rear middle fixing plate 11 is arranged at the front end of the rear post insulator 120, a bolt mounting hole which extends through the rear middle fixing plate 12 in a front-rear direction is formed in the rear middle fixing plate 12, the bolt mounting hole in the rear middle fixing plate 12 is communicated with the bolt mounting hole in the rear outward-turned edge of the shell 1 forwards and communicated with the bolt mounting hole in the rear post insulator 120 backwards, and a rear fastening bolt 9 is arranged in the bolt mounting hole in a penetrating manner, so that the shell 1 and the rear post insulator are fixedly mounted; similarly, the housing 1 is fixedly mounted to the front post insulator 110 via the front intermediate fixing plate 11; a front side conductive mounting seat 111 is arranged on the front side middle fixing plate 11, and the front side conductive mounting seat 111 is used for supporting and mounting the moving contact component 2; a back side conductive mounting seat 121 is arranged on the back side middle fixing plate 12, and the back side conductive mounting seat 121 is used for supporting and mounting the static contact assembly 3.

The static contact component 3 integrally comprises four parts, namely a static end conductive seat, an indicating cylinder 31, a static end shield cover 37 and a static end contact finger 34, a guide hole is formed in the static end conductive seat to guide and move the indicating cylinder 31 for assembly, the static end shield cover 37 is fixedly installed on the outer peripheral side of the static end conductive seat to perform arc extinguishing operation when a movable conductive rod 22 in the movable contact component is close to the indicating cylinder 31, and the static end contact finger 34 is located on the inner side of the static end shield cover 37 and is supported and sleeved on the static end conductive seat.

The static end conductive socket includes a connecting socket 38 and a static contact socket 32, and the static contact socket is fixedly mounted on the front side of the connecting socket.

The connecting seat 38 is integrally of a cylindrical structure, a cylinder body extends along the front and back direction, a cylinder cavity of the cylinder body forms a rear guide hole 302, the rear guide hole 302 extends along the front and back direction, the front end of the rear guide hole 302 forwards penetrates through the connecting seat device 38 for the guiding insertion of the indicating cylinder 31, the rear end of the rear guide hole 302 backwards penetrates through the connecting seat 38, and the diameter of the rear end is smaller than that of the front end to form a bolt mounting hole; the rear side of the connecting seat is provided with a rear connecting part 6, the rear connecting part 6 is integrally of a cup-shaped structure, the diameter of the front end of the rear connecting part 6 is larger than that of the rear end, the front end is provided with a bolt mounting hole, the bolt mounting hole is correspondingly communicated with a bolt mounting hole formed by the guide hole of the connecting seat 38, and the connecting seat 38 is fixedly mounted at the front end of the rear connecting part 6 by penetrating and mounting a middle fastening bolt 390; the rear end of the rear connecting part 6 is provided with a turned edge, the turned edge is provided with a bolt mounting hole, the turned edge is fixedly mounted on the rear conductive mounting seat 121 through a bolt, and then the connecting seat 38 is supported and mounted on the rear middle fixing plate.

A plurality of inner observation holes 4 are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the connecting seat 38, the inner observation holes 4 extend in the radial direction of the connecting seat respectively, and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the connecting seat 38, so that an operator can observe the color tape on the indicating cylinder 31 through the inner observation holes 4.

A plurality of bolt mounting holes are formed on the front side surface of the connecting base 38 around the rear guide hole 302, and the static contact base 32 is mounted on the front side of the connecting base 38 by inserting the connecting base fastening bolt 7.

The static contact seat 32 integrally extends along the front-back direction and specifically comprises a fixed disk and a boss which are integrally arranged, the boss is positioned on the front side of the fixed disk, the diameter of the mounting disk is larger than that of the boss, a plurality of bolt mounting holes are formed in the mounting disk, and the bolt mounting holes are correspondingly communicated with bolt mounting holes in the front side surface of the connecting seat 38 so as to be penetrated by fastening bolts 7 of the connecting seat; the fixed disk and the boss are provided with a front guide hole 301 in a penetrating way, the diameter of the front guide hole 301 in the boss is slightly smaller so as to be used for guiding and inserting the pushing part 311 of the indication barrel 31, and the diameter of the front guide hole 301 in the fixed disk is slightly larger so as to be used for guiding and inserting the indication part 312 of the indication barrel 31.

A plurality of bolt mounting holes are also formed in the outer peripheral surface of the stationary contact block 32 at intervals, and are fixedly mounted to the stationary end shield 37 by fastening screws 320.

The static end shield cover 37 is sleeved outside the static contact seat 32, the static end shield cover is integrally of a cylindrical structure, a through hole with a smaller diameter is arranged at the front end of the static end shield cover, the movable conducting rod 22 in the movable contact assembly 2 is inserted into the static end jack of the petal-shaped contact finger in a matching mode, and a plurality of bolt mounting holes correspondingly communicated with the bolt mounting holes in the outer peripheral face of the static contact seat 32 are arranged at the rear end of the static end shield cover so that the fastening screws 320 can penetrate through the static end shield cover.

The stationary end contact finger 34 specifically comprises a plurality of petal-shaped contact fingers, the multi-petal contact finger structure is arranged in a surrounding mode to form a stationary end jack for the insertion of the movable conducting rod 22, the outer peripheral side of each petal-shaped contact finger is provided with a holding spring 35 to inwardly compress and hold the petal-shaped contact finger, and the rear end of each petal-shaped contact finger is sleeved on the stationary contact seat 32 and is in pressing contact with the outer peripheral surface of the stationary contact seat to transmit the current on the petal-shaped contact finger to the stationary contact seat; when the movable conducting rod 22 is inserted, the conductive contact point with the inward contraction of the petal-shaped contact finger is in pressing contact with the movable conducting rod 22 so as to transmit current to the petal-shaped contact finger from the movable conducting rod 22, the rear end part of the petal-shaped contact finger is in pressing contact with the contact finger protection pad 33, the contact finger protection pad 33 performs buffer protection on the petal-shaped contact finger, and the contact finger protection pad 33 is sleeved at the bottom of the boss of the static contact seat 32; the front end of petal shape feeler is equipped with spacing pad 36, spacing pad 36 is with the front end of outwards strutting the petal shape feeler to it is spacing to carry out the axial to the petal shape feeler, prevents that the front end of petal shape feeler from shrinking inwards, and spacing pad 26 and the cooperation of contact finger protection pad 33 are in order to carry out along ascending location of fore-and-aft direction to the petal shape feeler.

The front guide hole 301 on the stationary contact seat is butted with the rear guide hole 302 on the connecting seat to form a guide hole for guiding the indicator to move.

The indication barrel 31 extends along the front-back direction and is divided into a pushing part 311 and an indication part 312, the pushing part 311 is specifically a pushing column, the pushing column is located in front of the indication part 312, the diameter of the pushing column is smaller than that of the indication part 312, and the front end of the pushing column is used as the pushing end of the indication barrel 31; for pushing the movable conducting rod 22 of the movable contact assembly 2.

The indicating part 312 is internally provided with a cylinder cavity, the cylinder cavity is internally provided with a reset pressure spring 39, the reset pressure spring 39 extends along the front-back direction, the front end of the reset pressure spring 39 is pushed against the front end of the cylinder cavity through a protection pad 313, the rear end of the reset pressure spring 39 is pushed against the rear end of the rear guide hole 302 of the connecting seat 38, so that when the movable conducting rod 22 moves forwards, the reset pressure spring is used as a reset elastic piece to restore the deformation and generate elasticity for the indicating part 312, and the indicating cylinder 31 is driven to move forwards to complete the opening operation.

Annular red color bands 3121 and green color bands 3122 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the indication part 312 in a front-back border manner, the specific positions of the two color bands are obtained through correlation calculation, the widths of the two color bands are consistent with the diameter of the internal observation hole 4, and the two color bands move from front to back along with the indication part 312.

The moving contact assembly 2 comprises a fixed tube 21, the fixed tube 21 extends along the front-back direction, and the front end of the fixed tube 21 is fixedly installed with the front installation seat 111 through a bolt so as to install the fixed tube 21 on the front fixing plate 11; the rear end of the fixed tube 21 is provided with a movable end conductive seat 27, the movable end conductive seat 27 is sleeved outside the movable conductive rod 22, the movable end conductive seat 27 is supported and installed with the fixed tube 21 through a bolt, the peripheral surface of the movable end conductive seat 27 is provided with a bolt installation hole, and the movable end shielding cover 25 is fixedly installed outside the movable end conductive seat 27 through a bolt; a movable end contact finger 24 is arranged between the movable end conductive seat 27 and the movable end shielding cover 25, the front end of the movable end contact finger 24 is in contact with the movable end conductive seat 27 through a contact finger protection pad, the front end of the movable end contact finger is clamped between the static end conductive seat and the movable end shielding cover 25, a contact finger protection pad is arranged at the position where the front end of the movable end contact finger 24 is in contact with the movable end conductive seat 27, the contact finger protection pad is sleeved on the movable end conductive seat 27, and the contact finger protection pad isolates the movable end contact finger 24 from a bolt inserted on the movable end conductive seat 27 so as to prevent current from being directly transmitted to the movable end contact finger 24 through the fixed tube 21; the rear end of the moving end contact finger 24 is also provided with a limiting pad to outwardly expand the moving end contact finger 24, and a conductive contact point of the moving end contact finger 24, which points to the moving conductive rod 22, is in pressing contact with the moving conductive rod 22, so that current is transmitted from the moving end contact finger 24 to the moving conductive rod 22.

The fixed tube 21 is internally provided with a guide cavity, the guide cavity is internally provided with a gear 23 and a movable conducting rod 22, the front half part of the movable conducting rod 22 is provided with a rack structure to be driven by the gear 23 to move forwards and backwards so as to drive the front half part of the conducting rod 22 to move forwards and backwards, the rear end of the movable conducting rod 22 is provided with a groove 26 to push the pushing end of the indicating cylinder 31 in a matching manner, a cushion 28 is arranged in the groove 26, the cushion 28 is fixed with the inner surface of the groove 26 in a fitting manner so as to prevent the process of pushing the indicating cylinder 31 by the movable conducting rod 22 from wearing the groove 26.

When the movable conducting rod 22 in the movable contact assembly 2 pushes the indicating barrel 31, the current is transmitted from the movable conducting rod 22 to the static contact base 32 through the static contact finger 34, then transmitted to the connecting base 38 through the static contact base 32, and then transmitted to the relevant electrical equipment located at the rear side of the isolating switch in the GIS equipment through the connecting base 38, the rear connecting portion 6, the rear side conducting mounting base 121 and the rear side middle fixing plate 12 in sequence.

When the isolating switch is switched on, the corresponding driving operating mechanism is started, the movable conducting rod 22 in the movable contact component 2 is driven by the gear 23 in the fixed pipe 21 to move from front to back, and gradually approaches to the pushing end of the indicating cylinder 31, after the pushing end is contacted, the gear 23 continuously drives the conducting rod 22 to move, the pushing indicating cylinder 31 moves from front to back in the guide hole, the two color bands on the indicating part 312 of the indicating cylinder 31 move from front to back along with the indicating cylinder 31, and when the movable conducting rod 22 pushes the indicating part 312 to move back to the rearmost end of the guide hole, the switching-on operation is completed. At this time, the green color tape 3122 on the indication portion 312 is completely inserted into the guide hole on the connecting seat 38, which is located at the rear side of the inner observation hole 4, the red color tape 3121 and the inner observation hole 4 are located at the same line in the radial direction, when an operator observes the interior of the disconnecting switch through the outer observation window 13 on the disconnecting switch shell 1, only red can be seen, indicating that the switching-on is in place, and when the operator observes that red and green coexist when observing the interior of the disconnecting switch through the outer observation window 13, indicating that the switching-on is not in place, the safety hazard exists.

According to the isolating switch provided by the invention, the indicating barrel is arranged on the static contact component, the red color band and the green color band are arranged on the indicating barrel, the movable conducting rod in the movable contact component pushes the indicating barrel to move forwards, when the red color is observed through the outer observation window on the isolating switch shell, the complete switching-on is indicated, and when the red color and the green color are observed through the outer observation window on the isolating switch shell, the meter switching-on is not in place, so that the overall structure of the isolating switch is simplified, and the switching-off indicating accuracy of the isolating switch is improved.

The specific embodiment 2 of the isolating switch provided by the invention is as follows:

the difference from the embodiment 1 is mainly that in the embodiment 1, a red color band and a green color band are arranged on the indication part in a front-back border manner, the red color band represents closing, and the green color band represents opening. In this embodiment, two color bands having different colors from those in embodiment 1 are arranged in the indicating portion in the front-rear direction.

The specific embodiment 3 of the isolating switch provided by the invention is as follows:

the difference from embodiment 1 is mainly that in embodiment 1, the return pressure spring is provided in the cylinder chamber of the indication cylinder indication part. In the implementation, an annular boss is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the front side of the indicating cylinder, the reset pressure spring is arranged and sleeved outside the indicating cylinder, the front end of the reset pressure spring is pushed against the annular boss, the rear end of the reset pressure spring is pushed against the rear end of the rear guide hole, so that the pushing indicating cylinder moves forwards from the rear when the isolating switch is switched off, and the reset pressure spring is sleeved outside the indicating cylinder, so that the aperture of the guide hole needs to be correspondingly enlarged.

The specific embodiment 4 of the isolating switch provided by the invention is as follows:

the difference from the embodiment 1 is mainly that in the embodiment 1, the diameter of the pushing column of the indicating barrel is smaller than that of the indicating part, so that the indicating barrel is too stepped integrally. In this embodiment, the diameter of the pushing column is consistent with that of the indicating part, so that the indicating barrel is of a straight structure as a whole, and the inner circumferential surface of the front end of the front guide hole is provided with an annular boss which contracts inwards to prevent the straight indicating barrel from extending out of the guide hole forwards.

The specific embodiment 5 of the isolating switch provided by the invention:

the difference from the embodiment 1 is mainly that in the embodiment 1, the rear end of the movable conducting rod in the movable contact assembly is provided with a groove, and a buffer pad is arranged in the groove. In this embodiment, the recess is not provided with the cushion pad, the cushion pad is arranged at the pushing end of the indicator so as to play a role of buffering protection when the movable conducting rod pushes the indicator, and the cushion pad arranged at the pushing end of the indicator is easier to operate than the cushion pad arranged in the recess.

The specific embodiment 6 of the isolating switch provided by the invention:

the difference from the embodiment 1 is mainly that in the embodiment 1, a return pressure spring is inserted into a cylinder cavity of the indicating cylinder. In this embodiment, a disc spring is inserted into a cavity of the indicating barrel, a front end of the disc spring is pushed against the indicating barrel, and a rear end of the disc spring is pushed against the connecting seat, so that the pushing indicating barrel moves from back to front when the isolating switch is opened.
