The second power generation equipment is an emergency generator which is a diesel generator and is connected with an LE section busbar of the emergency low-voltage distribution board through a circuit breaker ACB-04, namely the second input end of the emergency low-voltage distribution system.

When the power supply of the main power supply of the platform fails, the transformers TR-001 and TR-002 lose power, and the ACB-001, ACB-003 and ACB-007 are in undervoltage tripping. And the LB and LE section busbars lose power and respectively send busbar voltage loss signals to the Essential generator and the emergency generator.

The emergency generator and the sensing generator are automatically started after receiving the voltage loss signals, and after the stable voltage is established, closing signals are respectively sent to the circuit breakers ACB-002 and ACB-004. The automatic starting of the two generators and the closing of the corresponding circuit breakers are completed within 30 seconds and not more than 45 seconds at most, so that the power supply of a low-voltage power distribution system and an emergency low-voltage power distribution system is realized.

Both the Essential generator and the emergency generator have a black start function of the main power generation equipment. When the main power generation equipment needs to be started, the ACB-005 or ACB-007 can be manually switched on to supply power to the LC section busbar of the distribution board of the auxiliary equipment of the main generator, and the main power generation equipment is started.

Due to other working conditions, the low-voltage power distribution system and the emergency low-voltage power distribution system lose power, send the voltage loss signals to the first power generation equipment and the second power generation equipment, and start the first power generation equipment and the second power generation equipment. The first power generation device and the second power generation device can be started respectively or simultaneously according to the power loss condition.
