Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of seats, in particular to a structure for automatically closing an opening of a seat surface sleeve.

Background

It is currently necessary to provide functional modules, such as reading lights, buttons, etc., on the seat. For example, the reading light 1 is typically disposed on the a-side 2a of the seat cover 2 (see fig. 1 and 2), and thus an opening is required in the a-side 2a of the seat cover 2 to expose the reading light or the button.

The current method comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 3 to 7, a cover clamping plate 6 is sewn on the edge of the opening of the surface a 2a of the seat cover 2, the light source base 3 or the button seat provided with the reading lamp 1 is fixed on the backrest frame 9 during assembly, and the light source base 3 is connected with the power supply 8 through a wire harness 7. The panel cover catch plate 6 is then snapped into the slot 3a of the light source base 3 and finally a plastic cover 4 is inserted over the light source base 3 or the button seat to press the open edge of the a-side 2a of the seat panel cover 2.

The method has the following problems:

1. the A surface 2a of the seat surface cover 2 is provided with a plastic cover 4, which can not meet the embedded requirement of a client. If the plastic cover 4 is eliminated, the opening of the seat pan 2 itself needs to be designed to be closed.

2. The design of the plastic cover 4 needs to meet the requirement of the blank pressing amount of BP more than or equal to 10MM, and the reading lamp 1 is small as a whole, so that the engineering requirement cannot be met.

3. The plastic cover 4 must be designed with correspondingly larger dimensions to ensure the amount of pressing, which results in an inconsistent ratio of the plastic cover 4 to the inner core of the reading lamp 1/button.

4. Manufacturing tolerances result in exposed corner stitches, burrs;

5. the seat cover 2 and the plastic cover 4 have different textures, textures and colors, which result in inconsistent seat integrity.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a self-closing structure for an opening of a seat cover, which has the advantages of optimized process, space saving, light weight and improved appearance, aiming at the technical problem existing in the arrangement of some functional modules on a seat.

In order to achieve the purpose, the self-closing structure for the opening of the seat cover comprises a cover A side cut piece with an opening, and is characterized by further comprising a middle seam piece with an opening and a flexible material plate with an opening, wherein the middle seam piece is sewn with the cover A side cut piece through a first sewing line and is positioned on the outer surface of the cover A side cut piece, and the flexible material plate with an opening is sewn with the middle seam piece through a second sewing line; after sewing, the middle seam piece with the opening and the flexible material plate with the opening are turned over from the opening of the surface cut piece of the surface cover A to the inner surface of the surface cut piece of the surface cover A with the opening.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mask further comprises a connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece is also provided with an opening, and the edge of the opening of the connecting piece is inserted between the flexible material plate with the opening and the inner surface of the A side cut piece of the mask sleeve with the opening; and the connecting piece is also provided with a buckling part for buckling and connecting the functional modules.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the size of the opening of the intermediate flap having an opening is substantially equal to the size of the opening of the side panel a of the front cover having an opening, and the size of the opening of the flexible material sheet having an opening is larger than the size of the opening of the intermediate flap having an opening and the size of the opening of the side panel a of the front cover having an opening.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the middle seam piece with the opening is non-woven fabric.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the flexible material plate with the opening is a PP plate.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:

1. the process optimization: the middle seam piece with the opening and the flexible material plate with the opening are only needed to be sewn and sewn on the outer surface of the A surface cut piece of the seat cushion surface sleeve, and then the middle seam piece with the opening and the flexible material plate with the opening are turned over to the inner surface of the A surface cut piece of the surface sleeve with the opening from the opening of the A surface cut piece of the surface sleeve together, so that an external plastic cover is omitted, and the problems of blank pressing amount, assembly scrap, difficulty in disassembly, various materials and the like of the plastic cover do not need to be considered.

4. Appearance improvement: the seat cover is free of external sewing threads and can prevent the sewing threads from being exposed, the surface cover is supported by a flexible material plate with an opening, the part is smooth and conformable, and the problems of poor seat consistency and integrity caused by leather marks, texture and color difference of the surface cover and plastic parts are solved.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 8-11, the structure for self-closing of the opening of the seat cover is shown to include a cover a panel 10. The material of the surface cut piece A10 of the surface cover is not different from the material of the surface cut piece A of the prior surface cover, and can be cloth, leather and the like.

In order to mount a reading light or some other functional module such as a button on the seat a surface, an opening 11 is cut in the cover a surface panel 10.

The invention also includes a center patch 20 having an opening 21 and a sheet of flexible material 30 having an opening 31. The method comprises the following steps: the material of the middle seam piece 20 with the opening 21 is non-woven fabric, but other materials, such as the same material as the surface panel 10 of the cover A, can be selected.

The flexible material plate 30 having the opening 31 is made of a PP plate having a certain flexibility but a certain strength, but of course, another flexible material may be used. The process of the invention is further optimized, the middle seam piece 20 with the opening 21 is sewn with the surface cut piece A of the surface cover through a first sewing line 40 and is positioned on the outer surface 12 of the surface cut piece 10 of the surface cover A, and the flexible material plate 30 with the opening 31 is sewn with the middle seam piece 20 through a second sewing line 50; when sewing, the first sewing thread 40 is sewed on the inner contour of the middle seam piece 20 with the opening 21, and the second sewing thread 50 is sewed on the outer contour of the middle seam piece 20 with the opening 21.

After the central seam panel 20 and the flexible material sheet 30 are sewn, the central seam panel 20 having the opening 21 and the flexible material sheet 30 having the opening 31 are turned over from the opening 11 of the cover a panel 10 to the inner surface 13 of the cover a panel 10 having the opening 11. Thus, the first stitches 40 and the second stitches 50, the middle stitches 20 and the flexible material plates 30 cannot be seen from the outer surface of the surface cut piece 10 of the surface cover A, so that the whole surface cover A has no external stitches and the sewing threads can be prevented from being exposed, and the problems of poor seat consistency and poor integrity caused by skin marks, texture and color difference of the surface cover and the plastic parts are solved.

After the intermediate patch 20 having the opening 21 and the flexible material sheet 30 having the opening 31 are turned together from the opening 11 of the cover a side panel 10 to the inner surface of the cover a side panel 10 having the opening 11, a slit 80 into which the connecting member 60 is inserted is formed between the flexible material sheet 30 having the opening 31 and the inner surface of the cover a side panel 10 having the opening 11.

The connecting piece 60 adopted by the invention is also provided with an opening 60a, the edge of the opening 60a of the connecting piece 60 is inserted between the flexible material plate 30 with the opening 31 and the inner surface of the surface cutting piece 10A of the surface cover with the opening 11; the connector 60 is further provided with a plurality of locking portions 60b for locking the reading lamp holder 70 of the function module (see fig. 12-13). The plurality of locking portions 60b may be symmetrically or asymmetrically disposed.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the insertion of the edge of the opening 60a of the attachment member 60 between the sheet of flexible material 30 having the opening 31 and the inner surface of the facing cover a panel 10 having the opening 11, the present invention divides the attachment member 60 into two half attachment members 61, 62, each of the two half attachment members 61, 62 being provided with a half opening 61a, 62 a. Referring to fig. 13 to 15 and 17 to 20, a plurality of insertion holes 71 are disposed on the reading lamp holder 70 corresponding to the plurality of locking portions 60b of the connecting member 60, and the reading lamp holder 70 is connected to a power source 73 through a wire harness 72. The reading lamp holder 70 can be fixed on the seat frame in advance or embedded into the seat foaming body in advance, and then the plurality of buckling parts 60b on the connecting part 60 which is inserted between the flexible material plate 30 with the opening 31 and the inner surface of the surface cover A surface cut piece 10 with the opening 11 are buckled with the inserting holes 71 of the reading lamp holder 70, so as to meet the embedded installation requirement of the reading lamp for customers.

By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, no external plastic cover cap is provided, and the problems of blank pressing amount, assembly scrapping, difficulty in disassembly, various materials and the like of the plastic cover cap do not need to be considered. Meanwhile, the requirement of plastic parts BP does not need to be met, more engineering and modeling spaces are reserved, and the weight can be reduced.
