the first side plate is arranged on the inner edge of the bottom plate;

the second side plate is arranged outside the bottom plate and forms a storage space of the storage barrel together with the bottom plate and the first side plate, and every two adjacent storage barrels in the plurality of storage barrels are in pivot connection through the two second side plates.

3. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 2, wherein the second side plate is provided with intermittently distributed bosses on both sides, the foldable cutlery basket further comprising a pivot shaft that can pass through the bosses to string together two adjacent storage tubes.

8. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 7, wherein the inner plate of the trapezoidal channel plate within the spool-shaped cutlery basket is an arcuate inner plate.

9. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 2, wherein the two first side panels of each adjacent two of the plurality of cartridges abut when the plurality of cartridges are rotated circumferentially around the spool-shaped cutlery basket.

10. The foldable knife and fork basket of claim 2, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are both hollowed out plates.

Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a first aspect of the present invention provides a foldable cutlery basket including a plurality of cartridges (e.g., a start cartridge 10, a tail cartridge 20, and a middle cartridge 30 in the drawings), each adjacent two of the plurality of cartridges being connected in a relatively pivotable manner, the plurality of cartridges being capable of being rotated in a circumferential direction around a reel-shaped cutlery basket a (as shown in fig. 2) or being unfolded into a flat-shaped cutlery basket B (as shown in fig. 5) having a gradually changing height.

According to the foldable knife and fork basket of the embodiment, when the foldable knife and fork basket is in ordinary use, a plurality of storage cylinders can be enclosed to form a drum-shaped knife and fork basket A (shown in figures 2 to 4) for storing tableware such as knife, fork and chopsticks, the foldable knife and fork basket can be unfolded to be flatly laid when in a washing state and placed in a dish washer (shown in figure 5), the water passing area of the knife and fork basket can be obviously increased due to the flatly laid state, so that the washing effect of the dish washer on the tableware in the flatly laid knife and fork basket B can be improved, and in addition, the flatly laid knife and fork basket can also reduce the three-dimensional space (such as the height) occupied by the knife and fork basket in the dish washer (such as a top dish basket). Specifically, the foldable knife and fork basket comprises a plurality of storage barrels, the plurality of storage barrels can rotate in the circumferential direction to form a reel-shaped knife and fork basket A, and the reel-shaped knife and fork basket A can be of a circular reel-shaped structure or a rectangular reel-shaped structure. In this embodiment, when the plurality of storage cartridges are rotated in the circumferential direction to form the reel-shaped cutlery basket a, the plurality of bottom plates 21 of the plurality of storage cartridges are located at the bottom of the reel-shaped cutlery basket a, and the plurality of storage cartridges are located entirely in the plurality of fan-shaped areas of the reel-shaped cutlery basket a, the second side plate 23 on each storage cartridge is located in the circular arc section of the fan-shaped area, and the first side plate 22 on each storage cartridge is located in the radius sections on both sides of the fan-shaped area, so that the plurality of storage cartridges can be rotated in the circumferential direction to form the reel-shaped cutlery basket a. With continued reference to fig. 2-5, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the second side plate 23 is provided with intermittently spaced bosses 24 on both sides thereof, and the foldable cutlery basket further comprises a pivot shaft (not shown) that can pass through the bosses 24 to connect two adjacent storage tubes in series.
