1. An improved respirator is characterized by comprising a supporting mechanism (10), a fixing mechanism (20) and an oxygen supply mechanism (30);

the support mechanism (10) is arranged on one side of the oxygen supply mechanism (30), and the support mechanism (10) is used for supporting the head of a patient;

the fixing mechanism (20) is arranged in the supporting mechanism (10), and the fixing mechanism (20) is used for fixing the oxygen supply mechanism (30) at the mouth and nose of the patient;

the oxygen supply mechanism (30) is arranged on one side of the support mechanism (10), and the oxygen supply mechanism (30) is used for supplying oxygen to patients.

The improved respirator of claim 2, wherein the fixing mechanism (20) comprises a fixing belt (23) and a U-shaped plate (25), the U-shaped plate (25) is symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side of the inside of the housing (11), a rotating shaft (26) is rotatably connected to the inside of the U-shaped plate (25), a wire roller (21) is installed on one side of the rotating shaft (26), one end of the fixing belt (23) is fixedly connected with the wire roller (21), and one end of the fixing belt (23) penetrates through the housing (11).

The improved respirator of claim 2, wherein two limiting plates (24) are arranged on two sides of the cushion (14), four clamping grooves (1) are formed in the top of the shell (11), clamping blocks (27) are clamped in the clamping grooves (1), and one side of each clamping block (27) is fixedly connected with one limiting plate (24).

An improved respirator according to claim 7, wherein a single-chip microcomputer (12) is mounted on one side of the interior of the housing (11), a touch switch (15) is mounted on one side of the interior of the cushion (14), an electrical output of the touch switch (15) is electrically connected to an electrical input of the single-chip microcomputer (12), and an electrical output of the single-chip microcomputer (12) is electrically connected to an electrical control terminal of the motor (22).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of respirators, in particular to an improved respirator.

Background

The respirator is a self-sufficient open type air respirator, which is widely applied to departments such as fire control, chemical engineering, ships, petroleum, smelting, warehouses, laboratories, mines and the like, and is used for fire extinguishment, rescue and relief work and rescue work of firemen or rescue and rescue personnel under various environments such as dense smoke, toxic gas, steam or oxygen deficiency and the like. The series products are provided with a full mask which has wide visual field, brightness and good air tightness, and the air supply device is provided with a novel air supply valve which has smaller volume, light weight and stable performance; selecting a high-strength back plate and a high-quality high-pressure gas cylinder with a high safety coefficient; the pressure reducing valve device is provided with a residual gas alarm, and can send out a sound signal to a wearer within a specified gas cylinder pressure range to remind the user of timely withdrawing from the scene.

The severe room needs to place a connected respirator at the head of a bed for rescue convenience, but the existing respirator needs to lift the head of a patient when in use, the respirator is extruded after the patient is fixed by an EC (EC) technique, the thorax fluctuation and vital signs are observed, the convenience is poor when in use, the rescue time needs to be further shortened, and therefore, the improved respirator is provided.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, there is a need for an improved respirator.

An improved respirator comprises a supporting mechanism, a fixing mechanism and an oxygen supply mechanism;

the support mechanism is arranged on one side of the oxygen supply mechanism and is used for supporting the head of the patient;

the fixing mechanism is arranged in the supporting mechanism and used for fixing the oxygen supply mechanism at the mouth and nose of the patient;

wherein, one side of supporting mechanism is located to the oxygen suppliment mechanism, the oxygen suppliment mechanism is used for carrying out the oxygen suppliment to the disease.

By adopting the technical scheme: the supporting mechanism is arranged to support the head of the patient, the breathing mask is automatically fixed at the mouth and nose of the patient when the head of the patient is placed on the supporting mechanism through the fixing mechanism, and the oxygen supply mechanism supplies oxygen to the patient according to the preset amount.

In one embodiment, the support mechanism includes a housing and a cushion fixedly attached to a top side of the housing.

By adopting the technical scheme: the shell is matched with the cushion to support the head of the patient, so that discomfort of the head of the patient is reduced.

In one embodiment, the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing belt and a U-shaped plate, the U-shaped plate is symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side of the inside of the shell, a rotating shaft is connected to the inside of the U-shaped plate in a rotating mode, a wire roller is installed on one side of the rotating shaft, the fixing belt is fixedly connected with the wire roller through one end, and one end of the fixing belt penetrates through the shell.

By adopting the technical scheme: the fixing belt is wound by the U-shaped plate matching line roller, so that the breathing mask can be fixed conveniently.

In one embodiment, two limiting plates are arranged on two sides of the cushion, four clamping grooves are formed in the top of the shell, clamping blocks are clamped in the clamping grooves, and one sides of the clamping blocks are fixedly connected with the limiting plates.

By adopting the technical scheme: set up the limiting plate and carry on spacingly to the fixed band, prevent that the fixed band from causing the reining injury to disease body skin.

In one of the embodiments, the oxygen supply mechanism comprises a gas cylinder and a breathing mask, one end of the fixing band is fixedly connected with the breathing mask, and a gas pipe is installed on one side of the gas cylinder and communicated with the breathing mask.

By adopting the technical scheme: the air bottle is matched with the air delivery pipe to facilitate oxygen supply to patients.

In one embodiment, a supply valve is mounted on one side of the gas delivery pipe.

By adopting the technical scheme: the supply valve is arranged to facilitate the adjustment of the oxygen supply amount according to the demand.

In one embodiment, a motor is mounted on one side of the U-shaped plate, and an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft.

In one embodiment, a single chip microcomputer is installed on one side of the inside of the shell, a touch switch is installed on one side of the inside of the soft pad, an electrical output end of the touch switch is electrically connected with an electrical input end of the single chip microcomputer, and an electrical output end of the single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with an electric control end of the motor.

By adopting the technical scheme: when the single chip microcomputer is matched with the touch switch and the head of the patient is placed on the soft cushion, the breathing mask is automatically fixed at the mouth and the nose of the patient.

In one embodiment, a battery is mounted to one side of the interior of the housing.

By adopting the technical scheme: a storage battery is arranged to supply power to the motor.

The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:

1. when the improved respirator is used, the head of a patient is supported by arranging the soft cushion and matching with the shell, when the head of the patient is placed on the soft cushion, the touch switch is extruded to start the motor, and the fixing band is wound, so that the respirator can automatically fix the position of the breathing mask, the workload of manual operation of medical personnel is reduced, and the rescue efficiency is improved;

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Referring to fig. 1-6, an improved respirator includes a support mechanism 10, a fixing mechanism 20, and an oxygen supply mechanism 30.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, the support mechanism 10 includes a housing 11, a cushion 14 and a touch switch 15, the cushion 14 is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the housing 11, the support mechanism 10 is disposed on one side of the oxygen supply mechanism 30, the support mechanism 10 is used for supporting the head of the patient, and the housing 11 is disposed to cooperate with the cushion 14 to support the head of the patient, so as to reduce discomfort of the head of the patient.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the fixing mechanism 20 includes a fixing band 23, a U-shaped plate 25 and a thread roller 21, the U-shaped plate 25 is symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side of the inside of the housing 11, the inside of the U-shaped plate 25 is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft 26, the thread roller 21 is installed on one side of the rotating shaft 26, one end of the fixing band 23 is fixedly connected to the thread roller 21, one end of the fixing band 23 penetrates through the housing 11, the fixing mechanism 20 is installed inside the supporting mechanism 10, the fixing mechanism 20 is used for fixing the oxygen supply mechanism 30 in the mouth and nose of a patient, and the U-shaped plate 25 is arranged to cooperate with the thread roller 21 to wind up the fixing band 23, so as to fix the breathing mask 34.

For example, in order to limit the fixing band 23, two limiting plates 24 are arranged on two sides of the cushion 14, four clamping grooves 1 are formed in the top of the shell 11, a clamping block 27 is clamped inside the clamping grooves 1, and one side of the clamping block 27 is fixedly connected with the limiting plates 24.

For example, in order to rapidly wind the fixing band 23, the motor 22 is installed on one side of the U-shaped plate 25, and an output shaft of the motor 22 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 26.

For example, in order to fix the breathing mask 34 to the mouth and nose of the patient, the single chip microcomputer 12 is installed on one side inside the housing 11, the touch switch 15 is installed on one side inside the cushion 14, the electrical output end of the touch switch 15 is electrically connected with the electrical input end of the single chip microcomputer 12, and the electrical output end of the single chip microcomputer 12 is electrically connected with the electrical control end of the motor 22.

For example, in order to supply power to the motor 22, the battery 13 is mounted on one side of the interior of the housing 11, and the charging port 2 is opened on one side of the housing 11.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the oxygen supply mechanism 30 includes a gas cylinder 31, a breathing mask 34 and a gas pipe 32, one end of the fixing band 23 is fixedly connected to the breathing mask 34, the gas pipe 32 is installed on one side of the gas cylinder 31, the gas pipe 32 is communicated with the breathing mask 34, the oxygen supply mechanism 30 is installed on one side of the support mechanism 10, the oxygen supply mechanism 30 is used for supplying oxygen to a patient, and the gas cylinder 31 is arranged to cooperate with the gas pipe 32 to facilitate oxygen supply to the patient.

For example, to facilitate adjustment of the amount of oxygen supplied as required, a supply valve 33 is mounted on one side of the gas pipe 32.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
