And part of water (3 percent or 6 percent) at the high pressure position enters the foam tank through a water inlet pipe of the foam tank, the capsule is extruded, foam liquid in the capsule is extruded to the low pressure position of the proportioning mixer through a liquid outlet pipe of the foam tank to be mixed with water to form foam mixed liquid, and the formed foam mixed liquid is output to foam generating equipment (a medium-low high-multiple foam generator, a foam gun, a foam cannon and the like) to be mixed with air to generate foam for extinguishing. In the existing pressure type foam proportional mixing device, because the injection pressure of foam liquid is not higher than the water pressure at the low pressure part of the proportional mixer, the foam liquid can not be normally supplied sometimes in the process of fire extinguishing, thereby affecting the fire extinguishing effect.

It should be noted that, in the present invention, the first elastic element 132 and the second elastic element 122 are both springs or elastic sheets. And the outer diameter of the first baffle 133 is greater than the inner diameter of the second baffle to achieve a sealing effect.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first sealing ring is disposed at a connection position of the first baffle 133 and the support guide 11, and the first sealing ring is used for enhancing a sealing effect.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second sealing ring is provided on the outer edge of the first barrier 133, and the second sealing ring is in contact with the inner wall of the cylinder, so that the sealing effect is enhanced by the second sealing ring.

It should be further noted that, in the present invention, the foam liquid can be filled by a liquid injection pump or manually, and before filling, the liquid discharge valve, the capsule and the exhaust valve of the tank shell should be opened to discharge the residual liquid in the capsule and the water in the tank shell.

When manual filling is performed:

and slowly filling the foam liquid into the tank from the liquid filling port, opening the drain valve to drain the water in the interlayer of the storage tank and the capsule when the foam liquid reaches 3/4, and closing the air outlet valve of the capsule, the air outlet valve of the tank shell, the liquid filling valve and the drain valve when the foam liquid overflows from the air outlet of the capsule.

When filling with the priming pump:

firstly, connecting a liquid outlet pipe of a liquid injection pump with a liquid injection interface of the pump, and inserting the tail end of a liquid suction pipe of the liquid injection pump into the bottom of a foam cylinder;

opening a water drain valve, filling water into an interlayer between the storage tank and the capsule, wherein the water filling amount is 1/4 of the device, slowly opening the valve during water flushing, and closing the water drain valve after water filling is finished;

opening a liquid injection valve of the pump, starting the liquid injection pump, filling foam liquid into the tank, observing a liquid level meter, opening a drain valve to drain water in the interlayer of the storage tank and the capsule when the foam liquid reaches 3/4, and closing the liquid injection pump and then closing all other valves when the foam liquid overflows from the air outlet of the capsule.

In conclusion, the injection pressure of the foam liquid is higher than the water pressure at the low pressure of the proportioning device through the elastic damper, so that the normal supply of the foam liquid is ensured.
