Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-12, a kitchen waste crushing and drying treatment device and an operation method thereof, comprising a workbench 1, wherein an inclined side discharge chute 11 is arranged in one end of the workbench 1, a discharge channel 12 is fixedly connected to one side surface of the workbench 1, and one end of the discharge channel 12 is fixedly communicated with one end of the inclined side discharge chute 11;

the upper surface of the workbench 1 is provided with a crushing device, the bottom end of the crushing device is fixedly communicated with the upper end of the inclined side discharge chute 11, the kitchen waste is stirred and crushed after the crushing device is operated, and the crushing device comprises a stirring roller 2;

the crushing device further comprises a stirring roller 5, in order to install the stirring roller 5, the outer surface of the bottom end of the stirring roller 5 is fixed with the upper surface of the workbench 1, in order to enable kitchen waste to enter the stirring roller 5, a material receiving funnel 51 is fixedly communicated with the outer surface of the upper end of the stirring roller 5, the material receiving funnel 51 is arranged in a conical shape, the kitchen waste can be poured conveniently, in order to treat the crushed kitchen waste in the stirring roller 5, a leakage groove 52 is formed in the outer surface of the bottom end of the stirring roller 5 in a penetrating mode, the leakage groove 52 is fixedly communicated with the upper end of an oblique side discharge groove 11 in the workbench 1, the surface of the oblique side discharge groove 11 is smooth and is distributed in an oblique side downward mode, and therefore the crushed kitchen waste can smoothly reach the discharge channel 12 and enter the compression device;

in order to discharge the soot generated during the operation inside the stirring drum 5 and avoid the soot layer adhering to the inner wall of the stirring drum 5, a receiving pipe 53 is fixedly communicated with the outer surface of the stirring drum 5, in order to facilitate the extraction of the soot generated inside the stirring drum 5, an exhaust fan 54 is sleeved on the surface of the receiving pipe 53, and in order to avoid the pollution of the environment by the extracted soot, a filtering cotton bag 55 is fixedly sleeved on one side of the receiving pipe 53 to absorb the soot, and the filtering cotton bag 55 can be replaced at any time;

in order to enable the kitchen waste to be crushed by the operation inside the stirring roller 5, the outer surface of the stirring roller 2 is rotatably sleeved with the surface of the stirring roller 5, in order to drive the stirring roller 2 to rotate inside the stirring roller 5, the outer surface of one end of the stirring roller 2 is sleeved with a driven wheel 21, the outer surface of the driven wheel 21 is rotatably sleeved with a transmission belt 22, in order to drive the transmission belt 22 to drive the driven wheel 21 to rotate and further to enable the stirring roller 2 to rotate, a driving wheel 23 is connected with the transmission belt 22 in a transmission manner, in order to drive the driving wheel 23 to rotate, the inner wall of the driving wheel 23 is connected with a speed reduction motor 24 through a coupling, the speed reduction motor 24 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the workbench 1 through a supporting seat, and the transmission of the transmission belt 22, the driving wheel 23 and the driven wheel 21 has stability;

in order to enable the stirring roller 2 to rotate to crush the kitchen waste, a plurality of stirring disks 25 are fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the stirring roller 2, so that the outer surface of the stirring roller 2 is uniformly divided into a plurality of areas at intervals, further in order to enable the stirring roller 2 to rotate to crush the kitchen waste, a connecting shaft 26 is fixedly sleeved on the surface of each stirring disk 25 in an annular array, a connecting ring 27 is movably sleeved on the outer surface of the connecting shaft 26, a striking hammer 29 is arranged on one side of the connecting ring 27 in order to crush the kitchen waste, in order to enable the striking hammer 29 to have a better crushing effect, intensive cutters 291 are fixedly arranged on the surface of one side of the striking hammer 29, in order to enable the connecting ring 27 to be connected with the striking hammer 29, a telescopic rod 28 is connected between the connecting ring 27 and the striking hammer 29, in order to generate instant force when the telescopic rod 28 stretches, so that the striking hammer 29 has a better crushing effect, a return spring 281 is arranged inside the telescopic rod 28, when the rotation stops, the telescopic rod 28 can be reset;

in order to ensure that the efficiency is higher when the hammer 29 rotates to smash the kitchen waste poured into the material hopper 51, the connecting ring 27-shaped grinding block 56 is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the stirring roller 5, so that the hammer 29 drives the kitchen waste to be in extrusion contact with the surface of the kitchen waste, in order to ensure that the surface grinding effect of the annular grinding block 56 is better, the scraper 57 is fixedly connected on the surface of one side of the annular grinding block 56, in order to ensure that the residual waste on the surface of the hammer 29 when the kitchen waste is smashed is cleaned, the air blowing disc 58 is fixedly connected on the inner wall of the other side of the stirring roller 5, the air blower is connected with the outer part of the stirring roller 5 and is communicated with the air blowing disc 58, so that the surface of the stirring roller 2 is blown after the operation of the air blowing disc 58, and the sticking of the waste is avoided.

A compression device is arranged on one side of the discharge channel 12, one end of the discharge channel 12 is communicated with one end of the compression device, the kitchen waste crushed by the crushing device is subjected to briquetting treatment, and the compression device comprises a hydraulic machine 3;

the compression device further comprises a compression box 6, one side surface of the compression box 6 is fixedly communicated with one side surface of the discharge channel 12, in order to guide the broken kitchen waste falling from the inner wall of the oblique discharge chute 11 to the compression box 6, in order to carry the kitchen waste in the compression box 6, a concave receiving plate 61 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom wall of the compression box 6 through a supporting column, in order to compress the broken kitchen waste on the concave receiving plate 61 into blocks, so that the hydraulic machine 3 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the compression box 6, a pressing hammer 31 is fixedly connected to one side of a piston rod of the hydraulic machine 3, and the pressing hammer 31 is arranged inside the compression box 6, in order to facilitate the operation of the hydraulic machine 3, a pressure sensor 64 is arranged on the lower surface of the concave receiving plate 61, and when the pressure sensor 64 detects that the waste on the concave receiving plate 61 reaches a specified weight, the hydraulic machine 3 starts to operate, in order to facilitate the compression hammer 31 to compress the kitchen waste on the concave material receiving plate 61 into blocks, the inner bottom wall of the concave material receiving plate 61 is provided with a heating resistance wire 62, the side wall of the concave material receiving plate 61 is provided with a heating lamp 63, so that the heating resistance wire 62 and the heating lamp 63 on the side wall work to heat and soften the crushed kitchen waste, thereby facilitating the compression hammer 31 to compress;

in order to discharge the kitchen waste blocks out of the compression box 6, a pushing cylinder 65 is fixedly connected to one side surface of the compression box 6 through a supporting block, a push plate 66 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 65, the push plate 66 is arranged inside the compression box 6, a bin door 67 is hinged to the other side surface of the compression box 6 in order to seal the inside of the compression box 6 during working, and a slide way 68 is arranged on one side of the bin door 67 in order to receive the kitchen waste blocks pushed out.

A cutting device is arranged on one side of the compression device, the cutting device is used for drying and packaging the compressed and formed garbage blocks after cutting, and the cutting device comprises a cutting machine 4;

the cutting device further comprises a material receiving box 7, in order to enable the kitchen waste blocks to enter the material receiving box 7, one side surface of the material receiving box 7 is fixedly communicated with one side surface of the slide way 68, in order to receive the kitchen waste blocks, a movable groove 71 is formed in the upper surface of the material receiving box 7, the kitchen waste blocks on the slide way 68 slide to the inner bottom wall of the movable groove 71, in order to movably cut the kitchen waste blocks in the movable groove 71, a movable plate 76 slides on the inner bottom wall of the movable groove 71, and one side of the movable plate 76 is in contact with the kitchen waste blocks;

in order to drive the moving plate 76, a convex sliding groove 72 is formed on the inner bottom wall of the moving groove 71, an adjusting screw 73 is rotatably connected inside the convex sliding groove 72 through a bearing, a convex threaded pipe sleeve 75 is screwed on the outer surface of the adjusting screw 73, one side surface of the moving plate 76 is fixed with one side of the convex threaded pipe sleeve 75, a reinforcing rod 77 is fixedly connected to one side surface of the moving plate 76 in order to reinforce and support the moving plate 76, a rotating motor 74 is fixedly connected to one side of the adjusting screw 73 through a coupling in order to drive the adjusting screw 73, and the rotating motor 74 is arranged at one side of the material receiving box 7;

in order to cut the pushed kitchen waste blocks into pieces, the lower surface of the cutting machine 4 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of one end of the material receiving box 7, in order to receive a cutter 291 of the cutting machine 4, the cutter is convenient to locate and avoid slipping, a material cutting groove 78 is formed in the inner bottom wall of one end of the movable groove 71, in order to dry the sliced kitchen waste pieces, the kitchen waste pieces are convenient to collect and process, a communicated oven 79 is fixedly arranged on the surface of one side of the material receiving box 7, the sliced kitchen waste blocks are pushed to the communicated oven 79 by the movable plate 76 to be dried, and a worker opens a door of the oven 79 to intensively process the kitchen waste pieces after a certain time.

The working principle is as follows: according to the kitchen waste stirring device, kitchen waste is poured into the material receiving hopper 51, the speed reducing motor 24 on the workbench 1 works, the output shaft of the speed reducing motor drives the driving wheel 23 to rotate, the driving belt 22 drives the driven wheel 21 to rotate, and therefore the driven wheel 21 drives the stirring roller 2 to rotate inside the stirring barrel 5;

when the stirring roller 2 rotates, the telescopic rod 28 sleeved with the stirring disc 25, the connecting shaft 26 and the connecting ring 27 is driven to rotate, the hammering hammer 29 connected to one side of the telescopic rod rotates to knock and crush the kitchen waste dumped into the stirring roller 5, the reset spring 281 in the telescopic rod 28 enables the hammering hammer 29 to generate an outward extending knocking force when rotating, the hammering hammer 29 is thrown out, the kitchen waste is hammered on the surface of the annular grinding block 56, the hammering hammer 29 and the annular grinding block 56 extrude and crush the kitchen waste, under the auxiliary action of the cutter 291 and the scraper 57, the kitchen waste crushing effect is better, and the crushed waste leaks out of the leakage groove 52 of the stirring roller 5 to the inclined discharge groove 11 in the workbench 1;

the ash generated in the stirring roller 5 during working is absorbed into the receiving pipe 53 after the air draft fan 54 works, the filter cotton bag 55 filters the ash and discharges redundant gas, and the air blower is communicated with the air blowing disc 58 during working of the stirring roller 2, so that the surface of the stirring roller 2 is blown after the air blowing disc 58 works, and the adhesion of garbage is avoided;

the kitchen waste crushed in the oblique discharge chute 11 slides to the discharge channel 12 and flows to the inner bottom wall of the concave receiving plate 61 in the compression box 6 through the discharge channel 12, the heating resistance wire 62 on the inner bottom wall and the heating lamp 63 on the side wall work to heat and soften the crushed kitchen waste, when the pressure sensor 64 detects that the garbage on the concave material receiving plate 61 reaches the designated weight, the hydraulic press 3 starts to work, the press hammer 31 arranged below the inner top wall of the compression box 6 compresses the softened kitchen garbage downwards, at the moment, the heating resistance wire 62 and the heating lamp 63 stop working, so that the compressed kitchen waste is cooled into blocks, after the kitchen waste compressed into blocks is cooled for a period of time, by the operation of the pushing cylinder 65, a push plate 66 arranged inside the compression box 6 is in contact with the surface of the kitchen waste block, and pushes the blocked garbage out of the bin gate 67 and slides into the slide way 68;

the formed kitchen waste block is pushed to the inner bottom wall of the moving groove 71 of the material receiving box 7 from the slide way 68, at the moment, when the rotating motor 74 works, the adjusting screw 73 is driven to rotate inside the convex sliding groove 72, the rotating adjusting screw 73 drives the convex threaded pipe sleeve 75 to horizontally move on the inner bottom wall of the moving groove 71, so that one side surface of the moving plate 76 is in contact with one side of the waste block, when the moving plate 76 moves along with the movement of the convex threaded pipe sleeve 75, the waste block is pushed to the lower side of the cutting machine 4, the cutting machine 4 works when being sensed by the infrared sensor to slice the waste block, the sliced waste block is pushed to the communicated oven 79 by the moving plate 76 to be dried, and after a certain time, a worker opens the door of the oven 79 to intensively process the waste block.
