As shown in fig. 8 to 10, for convenience of understanding, in the present invention, the arm 2421 is slidably connected to the cleaning case 2422, a first limiting sliding groove 24.1 is formed on the surface of the arm 2421, a plurality of limiting sliding blocks 24.5 are fixedly mounted at one end of the cleaning case 2422, and the limiting sliding blocks 24.5 are slidably connected to the limiting sliding grooves 24.1.

For convenience of understanding, the present invention discloses a specific structure of the rebounding assembly 2424, as shown in fig. 11, the rebounding assembly includes a housing provided with a buffer cavity, an elastic spring is disposed inside the buffer cavity of the housing, a notch is disposed at one end of the housing, and a cylinder penetrates through the notch of the housing and is slidably connected to the housing, and when the cleaning case 2422 moves toward the rebounding assembly 2424, the elastic spring is compressed.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, in order to adjust the position of the cleaning member 24, so that the cleaning member 24 can contact the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the cleaning member 24 further includes a sliding member 243 having a second liquid conveying channel formed therein, the second liquid conveying channel is provided with a second liquid inlet 2431 and a second liquid outlet, the second liquid inlet is connected to the liquid outlet of the liquid supply cavity, and the second liquid outlet is connected to the first water inlet 24.6; the sliding part 243 is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner along the radial direction of the supporting part 241, the sliding rail is fixedly connected with the supporting part 241, the sliding part 243 is further provided with a threaded groove, the threaded part 244 is rotatably connected with the sliding rail through a bearing, the threaded part 244 is in threaded connection with the threaded groove, the position of the sliding part 243 is changed by rotating the threaded part 244, so that the position of the cleaning arm 242 is driven to be changed, and when rotating drums with different sizes are encountered, the specific position of the cleaning arm 242 can be correspondingly adjusted by adjusting the threaded part 244.

Further, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, wherein the water pipe is rotatably connected with the rod 22, in order to ensure the sealing performance between the water pipe and the rod 22 while the water pipe is rotatably connected, the rod 22 further includes a connecting section 221 and a rotating section 223, the connecting section 221 and the rotating section 223 are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the threaded section 222, and a first sealed cavity and a second sealed cavity are formed in the connecting section 221 in a communicating state; the liquid supply assembly 1 comprises a water pipe, the water pipe partially extends into a first sealing cavity and a second sealing cavity, a bearing part 2.1, a first sealing ring 2.2, a filler 2.3 and a second sealing ring 2.4 are sequentially arranged in the first sealing cavity, the bearing part 2.1, the first sealing ring 2.2, the filler 2.3 and the second sealing ring 2.4 are sleeved on the surface of the water pipe, the filler can be plant fiber filler, asbestos fiber filler, rubber filler, carbon fiber filler, flexible graphite filler and the like, the first sealing ring 2.2 and the second sealing ring 2.4 can be rubber rings, an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the second sealing cavity in order to further ensure the sealing performance between the water pipe and the rod piece 22, a sealing cover plate 2.5 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the water pipe, the sealing cover plate is movably embedded in the annular groove, and the sealing cover plate 2.5 seals the second sealing cavity.
