With the increasing significance of the economic reverse globalization situation, the manufacturing field of the display glass substrate faces a great challenge under the environment that the game of China and America is gradually deepened; in order to meet the challenge and grasp the opportunity, China advances the production process of the ultrahigh-temperature photoelectric display glass substrate, in the process of manufacturing the ultrahigh-temperature photoelectric display glass substrate by adopting an overflow down-drawing method, molten glass liquid overflows through a muffle furnace overflow brick, is combined into a glass belt at the brick tip, the glass is widened and thinned by an edge-drawing machine, and then is packaged into a qualified semi-finished glass substrate after shaping, annealing and cutting.

In the production process of the ultrahigh-temperature photoelectric display glass substrate, because the temperature of the brick tip and the bus board is more than 1000 ℃, on one hand, the molten glass at the bus board drops on the edge roller due to high-temperature bifurcation, on the other hand, the edge roller directly contacts the ultrahigh-temperature molten glass, and the molten glass is easy to adhere to the edge roller.

In the prior art, the glass liquid adhered to the edge roller is not provided with a special cleaning tool, and can be cleaned only by manpower, so that the problems that operating personnel are easy to scald and the cleaning is not complete exist.

Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning apparatus, including: a body 1 having an accommodating space; a cleaning mechanism, located on the top side of the machine body 1, including a sanding head 211; the first adjusting mechanism is at least partially arranged in the accommodating space of the machine body 1, is connected with the cleaning mechanism and can drive the cleaning mechanism to reciprocate along a first direction; the second adjusting mechanism is at least partially arranged in the accommodating space of the machine body 1 and is used for being connected with the first adjusting mechanism so as to drive the first adjusting mechanism to reciprocate along a second direction, and the first adjusting mechanism can reciprocate along the first direction relative to the second adjusting mechanism; the first direction is a vertical direction, and the second direction and the first direction meet a vertical condition.

Further, referring to fig. 1 to 8, in order to realize the cooperation between the cleaning device and the edge roller 8 to be cleaned, so that the cleaning device can be installed at a designated position, in a specific implementation, the locking member 7 connected between the connecting head 212 and the lifting member 31 can be adjusted to be in a non-locking state, so that the connecting head 212 can rotate relative to the lifting member 31, when the cleaning rod 21 rotates to be in contact with the upper surface of the machine body 1, the overall height of the cleaning device can be reduced, and the cleaning device can be more conveniently placed at the designated position; and a limit mechanism may be adopted to keep the cleaning rod 21 in a vertical state when cleaning is performed, the limit mechanism including: a sleeve 51 and a second connecting rod 52, wherein the sleeve 51 is movably sleeved on the top side of the lifting piece 31 and the outer part of the connector 212 of the cleaning rod 21, and the size and shape of the connector 212 are matched with the inner cavity of the sleeve 51; in order to facilitate the adjustment of the locking member 7 by the operator, an avoiding groove 511 may be formed in the sleeve 51 at a position corresponding to the first mounting hole 2122 and the second mounting hole to avoid the first mounting hole 2122 and the second mounting hole; one end of the second connecting hole is connected to a side wall of the sleeve 51 adjacent to the avoiding groove and can rotate relative to the sleeve 51, so that a fourth handle 53 can be arranged on the second connecting rod 52 away from the sleeve 51, and the fourth handle 53 can be configured into a circular ring structure, in order to facilitate the adjustment of the second connecting rod 52 by an operator; before or after the cleaning operation is completed, the operator adjusts the second connecting rod 52 to move the sleeve 51 upwards to a position away from the connecting part of the lifting part 31 and the cleaning rod 21, and because the locking part 7 is in a non-locking state, the operator can further pull the second connecting rod 52 to enable the cleaning rod 21 to rotate towards the direction close to the operator until the cleaning rod 21 contacts the upper surface of the machine body 1, and the dotted line of the cleaning rod 21 in fig. 8 is referred; after the cleaning device is placed on the sizing furnace platform 9, the operator pushes the second connecting rod 52 to return the sleeve 51 and the cleaning rod 21 to the vertical state, and the sleeve 51 moves down to the connecting position of the lifting member 31 and the cleaning rod 21, and can maintain the relative positions of the cleaning rod 21 and the lifting member 31, referring to the cleaning rod 21 shown in solid line in fig. 8.

Further, referring to fig. 1, in order to facilitate the movement of the cleaning device by the operator, in a specific implementation, a third connecting rod 61 may be disposed at a side portion of the machine body 1, and a third handle 62 that is convenient for the operator to hold may be disposed at an end of the third connecting rod 61 away from the machine body 1; specifically, the extending direction of the third connecting rod 61 may be the second direction, and may be located on the same side of the machine body 1 as the first adjusting rod 33, and the lengths may be equal, and both the third connecting rod and the first adjusting rod are away from the side wall of the machine body 1 by a certain distance, so as to avoid the influence of high temperature on the operating personnel.

Specifically, when the edge roller 8 is cleaned, the sleeve 51 is moved away from the connecting part of the lifting piece 31 and the cleaning rod 21, and the cleaning rod 21 is rotated until contacting the upper surface of the machine body 1; opening a shaping furnace window 10, and placing a cleaning device on a shaping furnace platform 9; the sleeve 51 is moved to be sleeved at the connecting position of the cleaning rod 21 and the lifting piece 31, and the vertical state of the cleaning rod 21 is kept; under the command of a commander, the cleaning device is moved to be just below the edge-drawing wheel 81 of the edge-drawing machine 8; the first adjusting mechanism and the second adjusting mechanism cooperate with the position of the polishing head 211 of the street cleaning rod 21 to enable the polishing head 211 to abut against the middle position of the edge-pulling wheel 81, along with the rotation of the edge-pulling wheel 81, the polishing head 211 can clean glass liquid and the like adhered on the edge-pulling wheel 81, and then the position of the cleaning device is moved to enable the cleaning device to clean the whole edge-pulling wheel 81; after cleaning is finished, the first adjusting mechanism and the second adjusting mechanism are matched to adjust the cleaning mechanism, so that the polishing head 211 is adjusted to a position far away from the edge roller 81 and is lowered to the lowest position; the cleaning rod 21 is adjusted to the position of the upper surface contact of the machine body 1 through the adjusting sleeve 51; opening the window 10 of the shaping furnace, and moving the cleaning device out of the shaping furnace; the above steps are repeated again to clean the edge-pulling shaft 82.
