Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, characteristics, objectives and effects achieved by the present invention easily comprehensible, the present invention is further described below with reference to the drawings of one non-limiting embodiment that may be adopted.

As shown in fig. 1, a glue hole plug 1, a glue head 3, a glue bottle cap 6, a glue head fixing cap 9, and a glue bottle 10, wherein the glue head 3 is mounted on the glue bottle 10 through the glue head fixing cap 9, a plug needle 2 on the glue hole plug 1 is inserted into a glue hole on the glue head 3, the glue hole plug 1 is mounted in the glue bottle cap 6 through a clamping point 7, and a certain moving and rotating space is reserved, a guide structure 8 on the glue hole plug 1 is matched with the glue head fixing cap 9, the position of the glue hole plug 1 is guided in the process of sleeving the glue bottle 10 on the glue bottle cap 6, and a guide structure 4 on the glue hole plug 1 is matched with a guide structure on the glue head 3, so as to ensure that the plug needle 2 on the glue hole plug 1 is accurately inserted into the glue head 3.

As shown in fig. 2, the glue-coating hole plug comprises a glue-coating hole cover 2, an elastic support 1, a mounting ring 3, a guide structure 4, a plug needle 5 and a guide structure 6, the glue-coating hole plug is mounted in a glue bottle cap through the mounting ring 3, the elastic support 1 is provided with the guide structure 6 matched with a fixed cap of a glue-coating head, the elastic support 1 is connected with the glue-coating hole cover 2, the plug needle 5 and the guide structure 4 matched with the glue-coating head are arranged on the glue-coating hole cover 2, the length of the guide structure 6 is greater than that of the guide structure 4, the length of the guide structure 4 is greater than that of the plug needle 5, when the glue bottle cap is covered, the guide structure 6 and the guide structure 4 guide the glue-coating hole cover 2 to adjust the position one by one before the plug needle 5 is inserted into the glue-coating hole, and the plug needle 5 is ensured to be accurately inserted into the glue coating hole.

As shown in fig. 3, the glue spreading head comprises a glue spreading hole 1, guide structures 2 and a fixing ring 3, the position of the glue spreading hole 3 corresponds to the glue spreading hole plug, a plurality of guide structures 2 are arranged on the periphery of the glue spreading head and correspond to the guide structures on the glue spreading hole plug, the top end of each guide structure 2 is of a double-inclined-surface structure, and when the guide structures on the glue spreading hole plug are inserted downwards from any position, the guide structures can slide into gaps left among the inclined surfaces, so that a plug needle on the glue spreading hole cover can be guided to be accurately inserted into the glue spreading hole 1.
