The common cabinet replacing mode of the existing low-voltage switch cabinet is complicated, the main bus group of the whole low-voltage switch cabinet needs to be dismantled, and the main bus group is installed after the cabinet replacement is finished, so that the power failure time is greatly prolonged, and the power supply reliability is greatly influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a movable low-voltage switch cabinet. The cabinet replacing mode of the movable low-voltage switch cabinet is greatly improved compared with the currently common cabinet replacing mode, a main bus group of the whole group of switch cabinets does not need to be detached when the movable low-voltage switch cabinet is replaced, only the cabinet body of the switch cabinet needs to be replaced and installed, the cabinet replacing flow is simplified, the power failure time is greatly shortened, and the power supply reliability is improved.

Example 1

The movable low-voltage switch cabinet shown in fig. 1 comprises a low-voltage switch cabinet, wherein the low-voltage switch cabinet comprises at least two cabinet bodies 2, the tops of the cabinet bodies 2 are respectively provided with a removing bus chamber 1, and the removing bus chamber 1 is detachably connected with the cabinet bodies 2; main bus group frames 5 are arranged on two sides of the removing bus chamber 1, a main bus group 6 penetrates through the main bus group frames 5, and the main bus group 6 penetrates through all the removing bus chambers 1 through the main bus group frames 5; the main bus group 6 can be dismantled and be connected with the one end of generating line copper bar 7, the other end of generating line copper bar 7 is connected inside the cabinet body 2. A baffle is arranged on one side of the upper end of the cabinet body 2, a screw hole is formed in the baffle, and the screw hole in the baffle is aligned with the screw hole in the shifting bus chamber 1, so that the low-voltage switch cabinet can be better positioned and replaced.

When equipment breaks down or needs to be replaced by upgrading, firstly, a top plate screw on the cabinet body is loosened, a top plate 3 is opened, a bus copper bar 7 in the cabinet body 2 to be replaced and a screw 4 connected with a main bus group 6 are loosened, then the cabinet body 2 and the connecting screw 4 removing the bus chamber 1 are loosened, a main body of the switch cabinet to be replaced is removed, after the switch cabinet to be replaced is removed, the bus chamber 1 can be supported by the main bus group frame 5 and the main bus group 6 in a short time without falling or displacement, then a new switch cabinet body is installed again, the main body of the switch cabinet and the bus chamber 1 to be removed are firmly connected by screws, finally, the bus copper bar 7 in the cabinet body 2 and the main bus group 6 are connected and fastened, the top plate 3 is covered, and the replacement is completed.
