A preparation process of film distributor equipment for avoiding the adhesion of inner groove cards comprises the following steps:

The working principle is as follows: the film distributor equipment for avoiding the adhesion of the inner groove card and the preparation process thereof, the system controls the flow guide cavities 23 at two sides to introduce rapid airflow and discharge the airflow upwards at the inverted V-shaped groove 24 during distribution, the airflow then forms a Venturi tube effect, so that negative suction areas are formed at two sides of the lower end of the traction plate 22, the film at the top layer of the film box is then drawn and attached to the bottom of the traction plate 22, the airflow is continuously discharged through the inverted V-shaped groove 24, the turbofan 26 is driven to rotate the telescopic rack bar 25 when being impacted, the corresponding transmission gear 27 drives the tooth section 28 to move the traction plate 22 upwards, when the transmission gear 27 meshes and transmits the elastic tooth block 29 to the highest point, the traction plate 22 can not further displace due to meshing, and then reciprocates up and down in a small range under the action of the self gravity, the elastic force of the telescopic rack bar 25 and the elastic tooth block 29 to form vibration, the film which is accidentally adhered below the top layer film automatically falls off, and the condition that a plurality of films are adhered together to cause a card when the films are output is avoided, so that the stability of the emission output of the equipment is effectively improved, in addition, the transmission gear 27 synchronously drives the adjusting gear 36 to rotate, the crimping strip 35 can make the winding block 32 reciprocate in the magnetic frame 31 under the drive of the connecting rod 37, and a magnetic induction line is obtained to obtain an induction current to be led into the electric heating buffer plate 39, so that the electric heating buffer plate 39 utilizes the air discharged from the inverted V-shaped groove 24 to carry out stable small dynamic air drying on the inside of the shell 1, the film box is difficult to be eroded by moisture, the drying of the use environment of the equipment is effectively ensured, the stability of the subsequent use of the films is ensured, the pressure groove in the winding block 32 can be gradually filled with air due to the intermittent extrusion of the crimping strip 35 on the air pressure bag 34, due to the existence of the vent holes and the fact that the unit air charging amount in the pressure groove is larger than the discharging amount, the piston abutting rod 33 can extend at a slow speed and abuts against the electric contact in reciprocating motion when extending to a corresponding degree, so that the electromagnetic plate 38 is electrified in time to repel the magnetic block, the elastic carrier plate 21 which vibrates correspondingly for enough time is displaced rightwards integrally, and the right end of the adsorbed film is fed into the plate drying frame for use.
