The submerged plant is an important primary productivity of a river channel ecosystem and is an important component of the ecosystem, and in the river channel, the submerged plant can produce oxygen through photosynthesis, increase dissolved oxygen in a water body and prevent the water body from being black and smelly; the submerged plants secrete flocculating agents and flocculate and precipitate suspended matters in the water body, so that river water is kept clear; the submerged plants inhibit the growth of algae through allelopathy and control the eutrophication of the water body; the submerged plants also provide a good habitat for the spawning of the micro-animals and the fishes in the water body, are favorable for building a complex aquatic ecosystem, and have a larger ecological function and a water quality purification function.

However, the river channel with high turbidity and serious pollutants is difficult to plant and survive due to the fact that submerged plants are planted on the river bottom; high-strength flood can wash away the plants, and the cleaning of the planting bags is more troublesome after the plants are washed away. The CN211832031U patent discloses that a hard riverway bottom mud submerged plant planting blanket is also planted at the bottom of a river; although the submerged plant sinking bed of patent CN211712744U can go up and down, is favorable to the submerged plant field planting, but the sinking bed structure is complicated, including a plurality of units such as sinking bed, planting basket, matrix, submerged plant, the regulation mode is complicated, is difficult to operate. Patent CN 107926671B discloses a method for hanging ecological planting of submerged plants, which uses non-woven fabrics or spun silk to make a net bed, fills quartz sand or ceramsite as the planting matrix of submerged plants, plants the cultivated submerged plants easy to survive on the net bed with the matrix, hangs the net bed on the bank of the hard river channel, and forms a submerged plant growth area on both banks of the river channel. Although the submerged plants are planted in the shallow water area, the submerged plants are beneficial to growth and have high survival rate, the method is only suitable for urban slow flow riverways, and if torrential rain and flood flows are large, the net bed is easily washed away; the exchange between the substrate material for planting the submerged plants and the water body is less, on one hand, the water quality purification function is influenced, on the other hand, the substrate can not continuously adsorb nutrient salt in the river water for the submerged plants to absorb, and the growth of the submerged plants is not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

Urban riverways face adverse factors such as high river turbidity, seasonal rainstorm scouring and the like, submerged plants are difficult to plant, and in the prior art, riverway sediment is mostly planted as a basis, or a complicated lifting bed, a planting net and the like are adopted, so that the submerged plants are difficult to plant and survive. Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a wall-mounted type submerged plant water purification module for hard revetment and application thereof, wherein the module is fixed on the hard revetment of a river channel and can adsorb nutrient salts such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like in a water body for the growth of submerged plants, namely the water purification module enables the submerged plants to grow on the bank of the hard river channel; meanwhile, the water quality is purified by circularly filtering the filter medium, an ecological system and a river landscape in a river are maintained, and the river water quality is improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the wall-mounted submerged plant water purification module is formed by combining a fixed filtering module and a detachable planting module, the filtering module is fixed on a hard revetment of a river channel and is positioned 200mm below a normal water level, 200mm above bottom mud and one row of filtering modules are fixed at intervals of 300-plus 500mm, the fixed positions of the filtering modules can be designed according to the water level and the turbidity of river water, so that the light compensation intensity of submerged plants is ensured, the planting module can be produced in a culture base in advance, and can be directly fixed on the filtering module after growing up and surviving, and can also be directly replaced after the submerged plants die, so that the repairing and the recovery after the submerged plants survive or are damaged are ensured, the situation that the submerged plants planted at the bottom of the river cannot survive due to the influence of turbidity is avoided, and the wall-mounted submerged plant water purification module can be used for repairing the submerged vegetation of the river channel with higher turbidity.

Example 1

This embodiment provides a wall-hanging benthophyte water purification module.

Example 2

The embodiment provides an application of a wall-mounted type submerged plant water purification module of a hard revetment.

A certain river course of Guangzhou is a semi-closed tidal river course, the governing river reach is the rearmost end of the river course, the length is 1200m, the width is 15m, the water level rises when the tide rises, the water level falls when the tide falls, the water depth is 0.8m when the water level is the lowest, the water depth is 1.6m when the water level is the highest, and the water level difference is 0.8 m. The river channel is a typical U-shaped river channel, and the two banks are hard revetments made of stone mortar. The river channel sewage interception engineering and the dredging engineering are completed, and in order to restore the river channel ecology as soon as possible, 6m submerged plant modules are arranged on hard revetments at two banks at a position 100m away from the tail end of the river channel.

(5) Fix two sets of wall-hanging benthophyte water purification module under water, two sets of benthophyte plant the pipe connection that the module passes through the water catch bowl, constitute one row of wall-hanging benthophyte water purification module (fig. 4), the module is topmost to gather 200mm below the minimum water level, 400mm under the module bottom plate is planted to first row of benthophyte, arrange one row of wall-hanging benthophyte water purification module again, two rows of wall-hanging benthophyte water purification modules pass through the tee bend, insert the immersible pump water inlet (fig. 6), discharge through the immersible pump. Make river water evenly get into from upper portion, through medium and benthophyte root system, get into the collector pipe, through filtering water pump discharge river course, wall-hanging benthophyte water purification module passes through modes such as nutritive salt absorption, biomembrane filtration and purifies quality of water, continuously enriches nutritive salt simultaneously and supplies the benthophyte to grow.

(6) Continuously operating for 1 month, ensuring that the planted tape grass grows normally, and changing the river water quality as follows on the basis of river aeration and sediment oxidation engineering:

Tests show that the calamus on the emergent aquatic plant module can grow normally to form a landscape quickly, meanwhile, measures such as river aeration, bottom mud oxidation and the like are matched with shrimps, the water quality of the river is obviously improved, the operation lasts for 30 days, the COD, ammonia nitrogen and TP of the river water body are respectively reduced to 28.5mg/l, 1.3mg/l and 0.28mg/l from 46.3mg/l, 3.4mg/l and 1.2mg/l, and the earth surface IV standard is reached.

Example 3

The embodiment provides an application of a wall-mounted type submerged plant water purification module of a hard revetment.

(1) Preparation of 1.2X 0.9X 1.2m3The glass water tank is formed by mixing tail water of a sewage treatment plant with raw water and adding a part of ammonium chloride and phosphate to artificially prepare sewage.

(2) The filtration module 0.5 x 0.3 is made of PVC plate, the bottom is paved with water collecting pipes with diameter 50, the water collecting pipes are evenly perforated with holes of 6mm every 10cm, the first cover plate is a multi-grid plate, and planting holes with diameter 50 are arranged every 0.2 m.

(3) The filtering module is filled with 20mm zeolite filter materials, 20mm steel slag and 10mm biological ceramsite, and the volume ratio of the three components is 1: 1: 1.

(4) adopting a pipe with the diameter of 50pvc, forming holes with the diameter of 6mm at the periphery and the bottom, manufacturing a submerged plant planting module, wrapping the roots of the tape grass with geotextile, filling the planting module in the holes, and clamping the tape grass in the planting holes of the filtering module.

(5) The submerged plant module with the good tape grass of field planting is arranged in the water tank of joining in marriage water, and submersible pump water inlet link module collector pipe, water evenly gets into from upper portion during water pump operation, through medium and submerged plant root system, gets into the collector pipe, discharges through filtering the water pump, and submerged plant plants the module and passes through nutrient salt absorption, mode purification water quality such as biomembrane filtration, continuously enriches nutrient salt simultaneously and supplies submerged plant to grow.

(6) Aerating the water tank by using air stone and a fan to keep the dissolved oxygen above 4 mg/l.

(7) The operation is continuously carried out for 3 days, the growth of the planted tape grass is normal, and the water quality changes as follows:

Experiments show that the emergent aquatic plant module can obviously purify water quality, and when the emergent aquatic plant module runs for 3d, COD, ammonia nitrogen and TP in the water body of the glass water tank are respectively reduced to 23.1mg/l, 0.25mg/l and 0.3mg/l from 47.4mg/l, 3.5mg/l and 1.7 mg/l.

The embodiments described above are described to facilitate an understanding and use of the invention by those skilled in the art. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications to these embodiments may be made, and the generic principles described herein may be applied to other embodiments without the use of the inventive faculty. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
