A self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent is characterized in that: the foam water draining agent comprises a reaction ball and a delay film wrapped outside the reaction ball, wherein the reaction ball comprises aluminum simple substance powder, sodium hydroxide, a foaming agent, a binder and a foam stabilizer;

in the foam drainage agent, the mass percentages of the chemical components are as follows: 10-20% of aluminum simple substance powder, 30-40% of sodium hydroxide, 15-20% of foaming agent, 3-10% of binder, 5-10% of foam stabilizer and 5-10% of delay film.

2. The self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent according to claim 1, wherein: the simple substance powder of aluminum is more than or equal to 8000 meshes.

3. The self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent according to claim 1, wherein: the foaming agent is one or more of powdery betaines, and the betaines comprise solid cocamidopropyl betaine, sulfobetaine and trimethylglycine.

The self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent according to claim 1, wherein: the adhesive is one or more of pasty fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, the pasty fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether has a simple structure of RO (CH2CH2O) nH, the R group in the pasty fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether structural formula is a hydrocarbon group containing more than 12 carbon atoms, and n is 15-20.

7. A method for preparing a self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

s1, preparing a binder and a delay film, completely dissolving the binder into liquid under the heating condition of 60-80 ℃, and preserving at the constant temperature of 60 ℃; completely dissolving the delayed membrane material into liquid under the heating condition of 80 ℃, and preserving at constant temperature when the temperature is reduced to 50-55 ℃;

s2, mixing the materials, weighing the raw materials according to the mass ratio under the condition that the air humidity RH is less than or equal to 30%, sequentially adding the aluminum simple substance powder, the sodium hydroxide and the foaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 25-35min under the condition that the stirring speed is 30-40 r/min; increasing the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to 50-60r/min, and adding the binder solution prepared in the step S1 into the mixed material; after the binder is added, adding a foam stabilizer and stirring for 25-35min to obtain a ball-making raw material;

s3, preparing balls, namely putting ball-preparing raw materials into a ball-preparing punch, pressing the ball-preparing raw materials into reaction balls under the pressure of 9.2-10T, and transferring the reaction balls into a 5-mesh screen hole filter sieve for later use;

s4, covering a membrane, namely immersing the filter sieve filled with the reaction balls into the delay membrane solution prepared in the step S1, properly shaking the filter sieve for 5-10S to ensure that the delay membrane solution is fully contacted and uniformly distributed on the surface of the reaction balls, and then pouring the reaction balls attached with the delay membrane into a polishing machine to polish for 5-10min to obtain the spherical self-foaming delay type solid foam drainage agent.

8. The method for preparing a self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent according to claim 7, wherein: in the step S1, the adhesive is dissolved and then transferred to a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device for storage and standby.

9. The method for preparing a self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent according to claim 7, wherein: in step S3, the size of the spherical die of the ball making punch can be adjusted according to actual conditions, so as to obtain solid foam volleyballs with different diameters.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a solid foam drainage agent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

In the middle and later stages of natural gas well development, formation energy declines and formation water can flow with the natural gas into the near-well zone or wellbore where it can accumulate, causing gas well production to decline and even stop producing. The foam drainage process is one of the most economical and effective methods for draining accumulated liquid in a well, improving the yield of natural gas and prolonging the exploitation period of a gas well, and has the advantages of convenience in construction, simplicity in equipment, low cost, wide applicable well depth range, high efficiency, no influence on normal production of the gas well and the like.

At present, most of common foam drainage agents are liquid, and are mainly used for production gas wells with certain water production degree and stratum energy, but the liquid foam drainage agents do not have an automatic foaming function, and liquid foaming agents are attached to the walls of shafts in the filling process, so that more loss is caused. And the liquid foam drainage agent has poor applicability to gas wells with extremely low stratum energy, large water production or to-be-produced flooding and production stopping.

Therefore, in order to overcome the defects of the conventional liquid foam drainage agent, a solid foam drainage ball with a self-foaming function is usually adopted to drain water from a water-logging production stop or a water-producing gas well with extremely low stratum energy. Based on the technical defect that the conventional solid foaming agent cannot self-foam, the self-foaming function is realized in the industry by mixing the agent A and the agent B into accumulated liquid at the bottom of a well in sequence and generating gas through the reaction of the agent A and the agent B in water, generally, the agent A, B is an organic or inorganic substance with excellent water solubility, and the reaction is rapid and strong when meeting water or a gas-water mixture; the technology has the defects that in the process of separately filling the agent A or the agent B, the agent A or the agent B begins to react with a gas-liquid mixture on the upper part of a shaft when falling in the shaft, so that the concentration loss of the agent which cannot reach the inside of an accumulated liquid or reaches the accumulated liquid at the bottom of the shaft is large, and the agent is not uniformly mixed under the condition of no airflow stirring after entering the accumulated liquid, so that the foam liquid drainage effect is poor. Meanwhile, if the number of layers of a sphere foaming agent and a foam stabilizer is increased to realize the rolling length of the solid foaming sphere in the horizontal well as in the Chinese patent CN 106180090B, the technology has the defects that the foam drainage agent has no delaying function and can react quickly when meeting water, the reaction can be started after the upper part of a shaft is contacted with a gas-water mixture in the application process, and the rolling distance of the solid foaming sphere in the horizontal well can be greatly influenced due to the irregular sphere after the reaction; particularly, the reaction is quicker under the condition of temperature holding, if the reaction does not have the temperature resistance delay function, the foam volleyball can be completely reacted at the upper part of a shaft and cannot reach the accumulated liquid in the horizontal section of the shaft, and the foam water drainage effect cannot be achieved. Generally, in the shale gas level, the temperature of the horizontal section is between 60 and 100 ℃, so in order to ensure that the foam volleyball can successfully reach the accumulated liquid of the horizontal section, the temperature resistance delaying effect of the foam volleyball is also considered.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that the self-foaming, foam stabilizing and liquid carrying functions of the solid foam drainage agent in the prior art are not integrated and do not have a delaying function.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a self-foaming delayed type solid foam water discharging agent, which comprises a reaction ball and a delayed film wrapped outside the reaction ball, wherein the reaction ball comprises aluminum simple substance powder, sodium hydroxide, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer;

in the foam drainage agent, the mass percentages of the chemical components are as follows: 10-20% of aluminum simple substance powder, 30-40% of sodium hydroxide, 15-20% of foaming agent, 3-10% of binder, 5-10% of foam stabilizer and 5-10% of delay film.

Further, the aluminum simple substance powder is more than or equal to 8000 meshes.

Further, the foaming agent is one or more of powdery betaines, and the betaines comprise solid cocamidopropyl betaine, sulfobetaine and trimethylglycine.

Further, the binder is one or more of pasty fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and the pasty fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether has a simple structure of RO (CH)2CH2O)nH, the R group in the structural formula of the pasty fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is a hydrocarbyl group containing more than 12 carbon atoms, and n is 15-20.

Further, the foam stabilizer is one or more of silicone polyether milk.

Further, the delaying film is one or more of solid alkanolamides, and the solid alkanolamides comprise fatty acid, lauryl diethanol amide and coconut diethanol amide condensate.

The invention provides a preparation method of solid foam drainage, which comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a binder and a delay film, completely dissolving the binder into liquid under the heating condition of 60-80 ℃, and preserving at the constant temperature of 60 ℃; completely dissolving the delayed membrane material into liquid under the heating condition of 80 ℃, and preserving at constant temperature when the temperature is reduced to 50-55 ℃;

s2, mixing materials, weighing the raw materials according to a mass ratio under the condition that the air humidity RH is less than or equal to 30%, sequentially adding aluminum simple substance powder, sodium hydroxide and a foaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 25-35min under the condition that the stirring speed is 30-40 r/min; increasing the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to 50-60r/min, and adding the binder solution prepared in the step S1 into the mixed material; after the binder is added, adding a foam stabilizer and stirring for 25-35min to obtain a ball-making raw material;

s3, preparing balls, namely putting ball-preparing raw materials into a ball-preparing punch, pressing the ball-preparing raw materials into reaction balls under the pressure of 9.2-10T, and transferring the reaction balls into a 5-mesh screen hole filter sieve for later use;

s4, covering a membrane, namely immersing the filter sieve filled with the reaction balls into the delay membrane solution prepared in the step S1, properly shaking the filter sieve for 5-10S to ensure that the delay membrane solution is fully contacted and uniformly distributed on the surface of the reaction balls, and then pouring the reaction balls attached with the delay membrane into a polishing machine to polish for 5-10min to obtain the spherical self-foaming delay type solid foam drainage agent.

Further, in the step S1, the adhesive is dissolved and then transferred to a constant temperature high pressure atomization spraying device for storage.

Further, in the step S3, the size of the spherical mold of the ball making punch can be adjusted according to actual conditions, so as to obtain solid foam volleyballs with different diameters.

Based on the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention can at least produce the following technical effects:

(1) the invention provides a self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent and a preparation method thereof, which realize the integration of self-foaming, foam stabilization, liquid carrying and temperature resistance delaying functions of the solid foam drainage agent, and the principle chemical equation is as follows:

the self-foaming gas is hydrogen, and compared with other self-foaming gases such as carbon dioxide, the hydrogen does not belong to acid gas and cannot corrode a metal pipe column at the bottom of the well; and the relative molecular mass of hydrogen is lower, the upward movement speed in a shaft is higher after foam is formed, and the liquid carrying effect is better. The sodium hydroxide can react with the aluminum simple substance powder, and according to an experimental equation, the mass ratio of the raw materials is selected from AL: NaOH is less than or equal to 27:40, and the mass ratio of the aluminum simple substance: and 4:7 of sodium hydroxide, so that the aluminum elementary powder can fully react in the accumulated liquid at the bottom of the well without causing precipitation to block the shaft. The aluminum simple substance powder is more than 8000 meshes of powder, and experiments prove that the self-foaming effect is best when the aluminum simple substance powder reaches more than 8000 meshes, and the self-foaming effect of the solid foam water discharging agent can be ensured.

(2) The self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention realize the integration of self-foaming, foam stabilizing, liquid carrying and temperature resistance delaying functions of the solid foam drainage agent. Wherein, the temperature resistance delays through selecting suitable material to make delay membrane parcel reaction ball for use, makes solid foam drainage agent at pit shaft whereabouts in-process, can not react immediately after contacting the low temperature air water mixture on pit shaft upper portion, and along with the whereabouts in-process of solid foam drainage agent, ground temperature constantly risees, and after the spheroid contacted with high temperature hydrops, guarantee that solid foam drainage agent can reach in the reaction of pit shaft bottom hydrops, improve effective foam drainage agent concentration in the hydrops, the foam drainage that foams rapidly realizes high-efficient stability realizes delaying the function.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

1.1 starting materials

1.2 preparation method

S1, preparing a binder and a delaying film, completely dissolving the binder into liquid under the heating condition of 60 ℃, and transferring the liquid into a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device for constant-temperature storage at 60 ℃ for later use; completely dissolving the delayed membrane material into liquid under the heating condition of 80 ℃, and preserving at constant temperature when the temperature is reduced to 50-55 ℃;

s2, mixing materials, weighing the raw materials according to a mass ratio under the condition that the air humidity RH is less than or equal to 30%, sequentially adding aluminum simple substance powder, sodium hydroxide and a foaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 25min under the condition that the stirring speed is 30-40 r/min; increasing the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to 60r/min, and spraying the binder solution prepared in the step S1 into the mixed material through a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device; after the binder is added, adding a foam stabilizer and stirring for 25min to obtain a ball-making raw material;

s3, preparing balls, namely putting ball-making raw materials into a ball-making punch, selecting a ball-making punch spherical die with the diameter of 30mm, and preparing solid foam volleyballs with the diameter of 30.5 mm. Pressing the mixture into reaction balls under the pressure of 9.2T, and transferring the reaction balls into a 5-mesh screen mesh filter screen for later use;

2.2 preparation method

S1, preparing a binder and a delaying film, completely dissolving the binder into liquid under the heating condition of 80 ℃, and transferring the liquid into a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device for constant-temperature storage at 60 ℃ for later use; completely dissolving the delayed membrane material into liquid under the heating condition of 80 ℃, and preserving at constant temperature when the temperature is reduced to 55 ℃;

s2, mixing materials, weighing the raw materials according to a mass ratio under the condition that the air humidity RH is less than or equal to 30%, sequentially adding aluminum simple substance powder, sodium hydroxide and a foaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 35min under the condition that the stirring speed is 30-40 r/min; increasing the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to 50r/min, and spraying the binder solution prepared in the step S1 into the mixed material through a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device; after the binder is added, adding a foam stabilizer and stirring for 35min to obtain a ball-making raw material;

s3, preparing balls, namely putting ball-making raw materials into a ball-making punch, selecting a ball-making punch spherical die with the diameter of 30mm, and preparing solid foam volleyballs with the diameter of 30.5 mm. Pressing into reaction balls under the pressure of 10T, and transferring the reaction balls into a 5-mesh filter sieve for later use;

s4, covering a membrane, namely immersing the filter sieve filled with the reaction balls into the delay membrane solution prepared in the step S1, properly shaking the filter sieve for 5-10S to ensure that the delay membrane solution is fully contacted and uniformly distributed on the surfaces of the reaction balls, and then pouring the reaction balls attached with the delay membrane into a polishing machine to polish for 10min to obtain the spherical self-foaming delay type solid foam drainage agent.

Example 3

3.1 starting materials

3.2 preparation method

S1, preparing a binder and a delaying film, completely dissolving the binder into liquid under the heating condition of 60-80 ℃, and transferring the liquid into a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device for storage at a constant temperature of 60 ℃ for later use; completely dissolving the delayed membrane material into liquid under the heating condition of 80 ℃, and preserving at constant temperature when the temperature is reduced to 50-55 ℃;

s2, mixing materials, weighing the raw materials according to a mass ratio under the condition that the air humidity RH is less than or equal to 30%, sequentially adding aluminum simple substance powder, sodium hydroxide and a foaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min under the condition that the stirring speed is 35 r/min; increasing the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to 55r/min, and spraying the binder solution prepared in the step S1 into the mixed material through a constant-temperature high-pressure atomization spraying device; after the binder is added, adding a foam stabilizer and stirring for 30min to obtain a ball-making raw material;

s3, preparing balls, namely putting ball-making raw materials into a ball-making punch, selecting a ball-making punch spherical die with the diameter of 30mm, and preparing solid foam volleyballs with the diameter of 30.5 mm. Pressing the mixture into reaction balls under the pressure of 9.6T, and transferring the reaction balls into a 5-mesh screen mesh filter screen for later use;

s4, covering a membrane, namely immersing the filter sieve filled with the reaction balls into the delay membrane solution prepared in the step S1, properly shaking the filter sieve for 8S to ensure that the delay membrane solution is fully contacted and uniformly distributed on the surfaces of the reaction balls, and then pouring the reaction balls attached with the delay membrane into a polishing machine to be polished for 8min to obtain the spherical self-foaming delay type solid foam drainage agent.

Examples of the experiments

400ml of distilled water was precisely measured in a 500ml measuring cylinder, the volume of the solution was recorded as Vatotal, the self-foaming delayed-type solid foam drainage agent prepared in examples 1 to 3 was put in the measuring cylinder, and the delayed foaming time at normal temperature and the delayed foaming time and the liquid carrying amount at 60 ℃ were measured, respectively. Immediately timing after the self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent is put into the measuring cylinder, recording the foaming starting time t1 and the time t2 when the foam drainage agent is completely dissolved, and recording the volume of the solution in the measuring cylinder after the foam drainage agent is completely dissolved as V residue.

Calculating the delayed foaming time of the self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent through t delay-t 2-t 1; the amount of liquid carried out by the self-foaming retarding type solid foam drainage agent is calculated by taking V as V total-V, the unit of V total V remaining is mL, and the measured data are specifically shown in Table 4

According to analysis of measurement data, the static delay time of the self-foaming delay type solid foam drainage agent is more than or equal to 1h at normal temperature; under the state of 60 ℃, the delayed foaming time of the self-foaming delayed type solid foam drainage agent is more than or equal to 2min, and the liquid carrying amount of the drainage agent is more than 100 mL.

In conclusion, the self-foaming delayed solid foam drainage agent provided by the invention realizes the integration of self-foaming, foam stabilization, liquid carrying and temperature resistance delaying functions of the solid foam drainage agent, the delay film is made of a proper material to wrap the reaction ball, so that the solid foam drainage agent does not react immediately after contacting with a low-temperature gas-water mixture on the upper part of a shaft in the falling process of the shaft, and the solid foam drainage agent can reach the bottom of the shaft to react after contacting with a high-temperature effusion along with the continuous rise of the ground temperature in the falling process of the solid foam drainage agent, so that the concentration of the effective foam drainage agent in the effusion is improved, and the high-efficiency stable foam drainage agent is quickly foamed to realize the delaying function. Meanwhile, the self-foaming gas is hydrogen, and compared with other self-foaming gases such as carbon dioxide, the hydrogen does not belong to acid gas and cannot corrode a metal pipe column at the bottom of the well; and the relative molecular mass of hydrogen is lower, the upward movement speed in a shaft is higher after foam is formed, and the liquid carrying effect is better. The sodium hydroxide can react with the aluminum simple substance powder, and according to an experimental equation, the mass ratio of the raw materials is selected from AL: NaOH is less than or equal to 27:40, and the mass ratio of the aluminum simple substance: and 4:7 of sodium hydroxide, so that the aluminum elementary powder can fully react in the accumulated liquid at the bottom of the well without causing precipitation to block the shaft. The aluminum simple substance powder is more than 8000 meshes of powder, and experiments prove that when the aluminum simple substance powder reaches more than 8000 meshes, the self-foaming effect is best, and the self-foaming effect of the solid foam water discharging agent can be ensured.
