(4) placing the U-shaped steel plate on a working table for pressure test, and respectively connecting the lock catches on the two sides of the upper flange of the H-shaped steel to the lock catches of the two connecting hook plates to form a steel plate pile to be tested;

(5) pressing the steel sheet pile to be tested by using a pressure tester;

(6) observing the stressed deformation conditions of the upper flange and the connecting hook plate of the H-shaped steel and the deformation conditions of the lock catch;

(7) inputting the measured data into a system and making a corresponding chart for analysis;

(8) and (4) repeating the steps (1) to (7) to obtain a plurality of groups of data, removing data groups with obvious data deviation caused by welding quality problems, and averaging the rest data groups to obtain a final detection result.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of a method for manufacturing and testing a test piece for testing bending resistance of a composite steel sheet pile according to the present invention will be further described.

A method for manufacturing and testing a test piece for testing the bending resistance of a combined steel sheet pile comprises the steps of taking H-shaped steel and a U-shaped steel sheet pile, cutting and separating an upper flange 2 of the H-shaped steel as shown in figure 4, and then cutting two connecting hook plates 4 of the U-shaped steel sheet pile as shown in step S1 of figure 3;

as shown in step S2 of fig. 3, a steel plate 1 matched with the H-shaped steel is taken;
