Detailed Description

The wall attaching base 1 is provided with at least three bases 11 which are arranged on the surface of a wall body at equal intervals along the vertical direction, and the interval between the adjacent bases 11 is the height of one floor, so that the driving platform 3 or the rail upright post 4 can be fixed on the wall attaching base 1 after being jacked up for one floor height at one time. Correspondingly, the wall-attached base 1 comprises a base 11, a first hanging rod 12 and a second hanging rod 13, wherein the first hanging rod 12 is used for fixing the rail upright post 4, and the second hanging rod 13 is used for fixing the driving platform 3. For convenience of processing, the rail upright post 4 comprises a first hook 41, a circular tube 42 and a flange plate 43, wherein the circular tube 42 is vertically arranged and connected with the operation platform, the flange plate 43 is fixed on the side surface of the circular tube 42, and a plurality of first hooks 41 are arranged on the side surface of the flange plate 43 along the vertical direction. In the specific processing process, the flange plate 43 can be directly welded on the side surface of the circular steel tube; specifically, in order to improve the welding strength, the side surface of the circular steel tube may be first cut or ground to form a plane, and then the flange plate 43 is welded to the plane surface.

A plurality of first hooks 41 are arranged on the rail upright post 4 along the vertical direction and towards one side of the wall-attached seat 1 and are used for being hung on the first hanging rod 12. In order to prevent the first hook 41 from interfering with the first hanging rod 12 in the jacking process, the wall attaching base 1 further comprises two first supporting plates 15 which are oppositely arranged on the surface of the base 11, inclined grooves 16 are oppositely and parallelly arranged on the surfaces of the two first supporting plates 15, the first hanging rod 12 moves along the inclined grooves 16, the lowest point of each inclined groove 16 is located on the stroke of the first hook 41 moving in the vertical direction, and the highest point of each inclined groove 16 is located outside the stroke of the first hook 41 moving in the vertical direction. Specifically, the top of the first hook 41 is provided with an inclined surface, so that the first hanging rod 12 can be pushed away when being lifted to contact with the first hook 41.

Therefore, the motor 2 drives the lead screw nut 52 to rotate, and under the limiting action of the driving platform 3, the lead screw nut 52 can only move linearly along the lead screw 51. The overall weight of the drive platform 3 is calculated to be very light relative to the weight of the drive platform 3 and the work platform carried thereby, and therefore does not need to be supported by the telescopic support legs 33.
