In the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hanging basket mounting structure is disclosed, which comprises a base 1 for mounting on a parapet wall 3 and a bracket 2 for mounting a hanging basket, wherein the bracket 2 is mounted on the base 1, the base 1 comprises a first connecting part 10, a first clamping part 20, a second connecting part 30, a second clamping part 40 and a limiting part 50, the first connecting part 10 is provided with a first clamping part 20 and a first limiting part 11; the second connecting part 30 is provided with a second clamping part 40 and a second limiting part 31, and the first connecting part 10 is movably connected to the second connecting part 30; the first clamping part 20 and the second clamping part 40 are oppositely arranged, and a clamping space for clamping the parapet wall 3 is formed between the first clamping part 20 and the second clamping part 40; the first limiting part 11 and the second limiting part 31 are oppositely arranged, a limiting space is formed between the first limiting part 11 and the second limiting part 31, and the first connecting part 10 moves to simultaneously adjust the clamping space and the limiting space; the limiting member 50 is disposed in the limiting space, and the limiting member 50 is used for limiting the first connecting portion 10 to move in a direction of expanding the clamping space.
