1. An exhaust spray pressure protection device, comprising:

the water-sealed tank is filled with sealing liquid, and the side wall of the water-sealed tank is provided with a water outlet;

Detailed Description

The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention and together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit the scope of the invention.

The invention provides a waste gas spraying air pressure protection device which comprises a water seal tank 1 and at least one air inlet assembly 2, wherein the water seal tank 1 is hollow and contains sealing liquid, and the side wall of the water seal tank 1 is provided with a water outlet, as shown in figures 1 to 5.

The number of the air inlet assemblies 2 may be one, two, three, etc., and in the present embodiment, the number of the air inlet assemblies 2 is one.

The air inlet assembly 2 comprises an air inlet pipe 21 and an air pressure part 22 arranged in the air inlet pipe 21, the air outlet end of the air inlet pipe 21 is inserted into the water-sealed tank 1, the circumferential outer wall of the air outlet end of the air inlet pipe is provided with at least one air outlet hole, the air outlet holes are all positioned below the liquid level of sealing liquid, the air pressure part 22 comprises a sealing part 221 and an elastic part 222, the sealing part 221 can be arranged at the other end of the air inlet pipe 21 in a sliding mode and is connected with the inner wall of the air inlet pipe 21 in a sealing mode, and a path between the air inlet end of the air inlet pipe 21 and the air outlet holes is opened and closed through the sliding of the sealing part 221; the elastic member 222 is disposed on a side of the sealing member 221 away from the air outlet and is connected to the inner wall of the air inlet pipe 21 and the sealing member 221, respectively, for providing a resilient force after the sealing member 221 slides.

When the air pressure in the air inlet pipe 21 does not reach the set threshold value, the sealing piece 221 is positioned above the air outlet hole, the sealing piece 221 seals the path, and when the air pressure in the air inlet pipe 21 is greater than the set threshold value, the sealing piece 221 opens the path.

The threshold is set to be a pressure greater than the elastic restoring force of the spring when the sealing member 221 slides through the air outlet, and can be set as required.

In this embodiment, the air pressure member 22 further includes a fixing plate 225, the fixing plate 225 is slidably disposed in the air inlet pipe 21, a communication gap is formed between an outer wall of the fixing plate 225 and an inner wall of the air inlet pipe 21, and the other end of the screw 224 is connected to the elastic member 222 through the fixing plate 225.

In the embodiment, the air inlet assembly 2 further includes a filter element 24, and the filter element 24 includes a filter cartridge 241, and the filter cartridge 241 is slidably inserted into the mounting groove and disposed above the handle 226.

By arranging the filter cartridge 241, solid impurities possibly existing in the exhaust gas can be intercepted, the impurities in the exhaust gas can be prevented from entering the air outlet end of the air inlet pipe 21, and the impurities are prevented from being attached to the sealing element 221.

In this embodiment, the interior of the filter cylinder 241 is hollow and has an open top, the cross section of the filter cylinder 241 is in a circular truncated cone shape, the outer diameter of the filter cylinder 241 is continuously reduced along the direction close to the rotating handle 226, the outer wall of the large-diameter end of the filter cylinder 241 is attached to the inner wall of the mounting groove, and the bottom and the circumferential outer wall of the filter cylinder 241 are provided with a plurality of filter holes.

By arranging the filter cartridge 241 in a truncated cone shape, both the circumferential side wall and the bottom of the filter cartridge 241 can pass through gas, and the obstruction of the filter cartridge 241 to the gas passage is reduced.

In this embodiment, the filter element 24 further includes a fixing rod 242, and the fixing rod 242 is disposed along a radial direction of the filter cartridge 241 and is connected to an open end of the filter cartridge 241.

By providing the fixing rod 242, the filter cartridge 241 can be conveniently lifted by the fixing rod 242.

The specific working process of the invention is as follows: when the air pressure in the air inlet pipe 21 increases, the air pushes the sealing element 221 to move, and the sealing element 221 stretches the elastic element 222 when moving; when the air pressure in the air inlet pipe 21 reaches a certain value, the air pushes the sealing piece 221 to slide through the air outlet, the air in the air inlet pipe 21 enters the water-sealed tank 1 through the air outlet, and the flushed water-sealed liquid enters the spray tower through the water outlet of the water-sealed tank 1, so that the pressure relief of the equipment is realized, and due to the existence of the elastic piece 222 and the sealing piece 221, the air pressure in the air inlet pipe 21 can enter the water-sealed tank 1 through the air outlet only after reaching a certain value, so that the waste gas of the equipment is prevented from being directly discharged into the spray tower through the air inlet pipe 21 and the water-sealed tank 1; even if no water exists in the water-sealed tank 1, the sealing piece 221 can seal the air inlet pipe 21, so that waste gas can be prevented from directly passing through the air inlet pipe 21; after the sealing element 221 slides through the air outlet, a small amount of sealing liquid is brought into the air inlet pipe 21, so that the sealing liquid is gathered at the top of the sealing element 221, the sliding of the sealing element 221 can be lubricated through the sealing liquid, the top of the sealing element 221 can be sealed by water, and the sealing performance is enhanced.
