Technical Field

The invention relates to a novel dynamic pattern lamp.

Background

The pattern lamp is provided with a light source, a pattern disc and the like, the pattern disc is provided with a plurality of light holes, each light hole is provided with a pattern light-transmitting sheet, and the pattern light-transmitting sheets of the light holes are printed with patterns corresponding to different frames in the animation. The position of the light source is fixed, the light-emitting light beam of the light source corresponds to a certain light-transmitting hole, in the working process of the pattern lamp, the pattern disc rotates at a high speed to drive each light-transmitting hole to sequentially pass through the light-emitting light beam of the light source, so that one frame of pattern is sequentially projected at the projection position, and each frame of pattern at the projection position forms animation due to the fact that the rotating speed of the pattern disc is high.

However, there is a joint between two adjacent light holes in the pattern disc, and when the joint skips over the light beam, an afterimage is generated at the projection position, which affects the visual effect of the animation.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a novel dynamic pattern lamp which can prevent the projected animation from generating ghost shadow.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the light beam with unchanged position is emitted through a certain light hole, so that the pattern printed on the pattern light-transmitting sheet arranged in the light hole is projected, and the pattern is a certain frame of the animation. With the high-speed rotation of the pattern disc, the light beams are sequentially emitted through the light holes, so that dynamic animation is formed at the projection position.

When the joint between two adjacent light holes skips over the light beam, a residual image is left at the projection position, thereby affecting the visual effect of the animation. The novel dynamic pattern lamp has the advantages that the light shading sheet is periodically shifted by the shifting block to periodically swing back and forth, when the light beam is skipped from the joint between the two adjacent light holes, the light shading sheet is just shifted to the round piece part by the shifting block to shade the light path of the light beam, so that the generation of residual shadow at the projection position due to the fact that the light beam is skipped from the joint is avoided, and the visual effect of the animation is improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the novel dynamic pattern lamp comprises a base 1, a motor 11, a pattern disc 2, a shade 3, a grooved pulley 4 and a driving wheel 5. The driving wheel 5, the grooved wheel 4 and the pattern disc 2 can be arranged on the base 1 in a transmission way. The sheave 4 is connected with the pattern plate 2 by a drive belt 6 (see fig. 2). The motor 11 is arranged on the base 1, and the motor 11 is used for driving the driving wheel 5 to rotate. The shading sheet 3 is L-shaped, and the shading sheet 3 is positioned at the front side of the pattern disk 2. The corner of the shading sheet 3 is hinged on the base 1, and the hinged shaft of the shading sheet 3 is collinear with the rotating shaft of the pattern disk 2. The front end of the driving wheel 5 is provided with a poking block 51, and the poking block 51 is used for poking the shading sheet 3 to swing. The rear end of the driving wheel 5 is provided with a deflector rod 52 (see fig. 2), and the deflector rod 52 is matched with the deflector groove of the grooved wheel 4. The dial rod 52 is used for dialing the grooved wheel 4, the pattern disc 2 is provided with a plurality of light holes 21 distributed along the circumferential direction, and each light hole 21 is provided with a pattern light-transmitting piece (not shown). When the light beam irradiates the joint (refer to a position in fig. 1) between the two light holes 21, the moving block 51 just drives the light shielding sheet 3 to swing to the path of the light beam shielding the joint.

Specifically, one end of the light shielding sheet 3 for shielding light is provided with a circular sheet 31, a swing locus of the circular sheet 31 is on a revolution locus of the light transmitting hole 21, and the circular sheet 31 is for shielding light.

Specifically, the shade 3 includes an upper rod segment 32 and a lower rod segment 33, the upper rod segment 32 and the lower rod segment 33 together form an L-shape, and a circular piece 31 is provided at the end of the upper rod segment 32.

Specifically, the length ratio of the lower rod section 33 to the upper rod section 32 is 1.5-2, so that the light shielding sheet 3 can swing correspondingly according to the toggle angle of the toggle block 51, and the circular sheet 31 can swing to the light beam path of the junction (refer to a in fig. 1) between the two light holes 21 when the light beam strikes the junction.

Specifically, the transmission belt 6 is a synchronous belt, the pattern disc 2 is fixedly connected with an upper synchronous belt pulley 22, the sheave 4 is fixedly connected with a lower synchronous belt pulley 41, and the transmission belt 6 is wound on the upper synchronous belt pulley 22 and the lower synchronous belt pulley 41. The transmission belt 6 is a synchronous belt, so that the rotating speed ratio of the grooved pulley 4 and the pattern disc 2 is a fixed rotating speed ratio, and the output precision of the animation is improved.

Specifically, the front side of the base 1 is fixedly connected with an upper mounting shaft (not shown) provided with an upper rolling bearing 23, the upper rolling bearing 23 being used to support an upper timing pulley 22.

Specifically, a lower mounting shaft (not shown) is fixed to the front side of the base 1, and the lower mounting shaft is provided with a lower rolling bearing 42, and the lower rolling bearing 42 is used for supporting the sheave 4.

The working principle of the novel dynamic pattern lamp is as follows:

with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the light beam with the unchanged position is emitted through a light hole 21, so as to project the pattern printed on the pattern light-transmitting sheet arranged in the light hole 21, wherein the pattern is a frame of the animation. With the high-speed rotation of the pattern disk 2, the light beams are sequentially emitted through the respective light-transmitting holes 21, thereby forming a dynamic animation at the projected portion.

When the junction (refer to a in fig. 1) between two adjacent light holes 21 skips the light beam, a residual image is left at the projection, thereby affecting the visual effect of the animation. The light shading sheet 3 of the novel dynamic pattern lamp provided by the invention periodically stirs by the poking block 51 to periodically swing back and forth, when the connecting part (refer to the position A in the figure 1) between two adjacent light holes 21 skips over the light beam, the light shading sheet 3 is just poked by the poking block 51 to the round sheet part 31 of the light shading sheet to shade on the light path of the light beam, so that the generation of residual shadow formed by the fact that the connecting part (refer to the position A in the figure 1) skips over the light beam at the projection position is avoided, and the visual effect of animation is improved.
