Background

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a radiator pipeline connecting method which does not occupy the space on the side part of a radiator, can well meet the requirements of few connecting pipes and small occupied space of an indoor radiator, and is energy-saving and attractive.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

A radiator pipeline connecting method comprises the following steps:

A. according to the design position of the radiator 1 and the selected distance between the radiators 1 on the construction drawing, the connector of the water supply pipeline 2 and the connector of the water return pipeline 6 are respectively reserved on the radiators 1, as shown in fig. 2, the radiators 1 are a first radiator, a second radiator, a third radiator, a fourth radiator and a fifth radiator from right to left, the connector of the water supply pipeline 2 is reserved at the bottom of the first radiator, and the connector of the water return pipeline 6 is reserved at the bottom of the third radiator.

B. After the radiator 1 is transported to the site, the bottom of the radiator 1 is hung on a wall 250mm away from the ground and is stably installed.

C. Install water supply pipe 2 and return water pipe 6 in the below of radiator 1 respectively, water supply pipe 2 is installed to the kneck of water supply pipe 2 that reserves at the downside of first slice radiator, return water pipe 6 is installed to the kneck of return water pipe 6 that reserves at the downside of third slice radiator, install tee bend thermostatic control valve 3 on water supply pipe 2, install stop valve 5 on return water pipe 6, it has bypass pipe 7 to lie in the below of stop valve 5 on return water pipe 6 through the tee bend connection, bypass pipe 7 is connected with tee bend thermostatic control valve 3 on the water supply pipe 2, adjust the water supply pipe to the water yield that gets into radiator 1 through tee bend thermostatic control valve 3, realize the regulation to radiator 1 temperature, unnecessary water flows into return water pipe 6 by bypass pipe 7 simultaneously.

In this embodiment, water supply pipe 2 and return water pipe 6 pass through pipe strap 4 respectively and fix in the below of radiator 1, and the return water pipe 6 interface of reserving can also reserve in the bottom of fourth or fifth radiator except can reserving in third radiator below.

In this implementation, directly insert water supply pipe 2 and return water pipe 6 by 1 downside of radiator, replace the 1 lateral part of traditional radiator and take over the mode, avoid occuping radiator 1's lateral wall space, avoid at the too much surface-mounted pipeline of indoor installation, the solution that can be fine is in the construction take over 1 indoor radiator less, the little requirement of occupation space, under the energy-conserving prerequisite of assurance radiator 1, can play pleasing to the eye effect again.
