Background

With the continuous development of science and technology, various types of communication equipment are increasingly popularized, the communication requirements of people can be better met, and a lot of convenience is brought to the life and work of people. The switching power supply circuit is widely used due to high efficiency, is an important power supply module in a communication system, and has the working principle that a certain filtering or rectifying circuit is added by frequent switching of an internal transistor to finally output a desired voltage.

In a switching power supply circuit, switching of a high frequency of a transistor inevitably causes certain electromagnetic interference, a main radiation source of the transistor is a power inductor, and the electromagnetic interference affects the working performance of a communication system. In the prior art, the scheme for reducing electromagnetic interference is to add an absorber circuit, generally a series-connected RC circuit, at the front end of an output inductor of a switching power supply, and cut off the up-down impulse of a switching waveform to reduce high-frequency interference.

However, in the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems: for a switching power supply with smaller switching waveform up-down impulse, the existing scheme can not obviously improve the electromagnetic interference caused by the power inductor, and the output inductor in the switching power supply circuit still radiates high-frequency interference outwards to cause certain influence on the working performance of a communication system.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for optimizing the operating performance of a communication system, which can adjust the operating information of an inductor in a circuit according to the application state of the communication system, so as to optimize the receiving performance of the communication system.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for optimizing the working performance of a communication system, where a power inductor in the communication system is a variable inductor; the method comprises the following steps:

after the communication system is started, judging whether a working information table correspondingly maintained by the communication system stores the current application state of the communication system; the working information table records the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal working information of the variable inductance; the optimal working information is the working information of the variable inductor when the communication system reaches the optimal working performance under the application state;

when the current application state of the communication system is stored in the working information table, the variable inductor is adjusted according to the optimal working information of the variable inductor corresponding to the current application state, so that the working performance of the communication system is optimized.

setting the communication system to be in different preset application states in sequence;

It is to be understood that the variable inductor may be a variable inductor coil, or other variable inductor components, and is not limited herein.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the application state of the communication system may be set by a user according to an actual application situation. Illustratively, the application state includes a polarization direction of an antenna of the communication system or a power consumption mode of the communication system. For example, a user may adjust the antenna rotation of the communication system to a horizontal polarization direction or a vertical polarization direction, etc., and set the power consumption mode of the communication system to a low power consumption mode or a high power consumption mode, etc., according to the communication requirement.

The working performance of the communication system is one or more of the throughput of the communication system, or the ripple size, the dynamic response speed, the loop bandwidth and the filtering effect of the switching power supply circuit. Taking the throughput of the communication system as a representation mode of working performance as an example, the performance of the communication system is judged by measuring the average value and the variance of the received throughput, wherein the larger the average value of the throughput is, the higher the rate of an RX receiving link is, and the smaller the variance of the throughput is, the more stable the system operation is.

In one embodiment, the evaluation of the reception performance of the communication system is based on looking at the mean of the throughput and looking at the variance. Whether the throughput reaches the optimal state can be measured by setting corresponding threshold conditions for the average value and the variance of the throughput, so as to further characterize whether the working performance of the communication system reaches the optimal state.

It will be appreciated that the operating performance of the communication system may also be characterized by detecting one or more of the ripple magnitude, the dynamic response speed, the loop bandwidth, and the filtering effect of the switching power supply circuit. In contrast, the smaller the ripple of the switching power supply circuit, the faster the dynamic response speed, the larger the loop bandwidth, and the better the filtering effect, which indicates that the working performance of the communication system is better.

Further, the operation information of the variable inductor is an inductance value or an inductance direction of the variable inductor. When the communication system is in different application states, different working information set by the variable inductor will affect the working performance of the communication system.

Taking the application state of the communication system as the polarization direction of the antenna as an example, the interference of different coil directions of the power coil in the switching power supply circuit to the antennas in different polarization directions is different, and when the inductance direction of the power coil is the same as the polarization direction of the antenna, the electromagnetic wave interference radiated outwards by the changed current existing on the power inductance is the largest, which will seriously affect the working performance of the communication system.

A power inductor and an output capacitor in the switching power supply circuit form a second-order low-pass filter, a second-order pole is generated to influence the bandwidth of the switching circuit, the larger the power inductance value is, the smaller the corresponding loop bandwidth is, the poorer the dynamic response is, but the better the filtering effect is, and the smaller the ripple wave is; on the contrary, the larger the loop bandwidth is, the better the dynamic response is, but the worse the filtering effect is, the larger the ripple is. When the inductance of the power coil does not match the power consumption mode of the communication system, the ripple, the response speed, etc. of the switching power supply circuit are affected, resulting in low power supply stability.

Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation information table is constructed and stored in advance according to the mapping relationship among the application state of the communication system, the optimal operation performance, and the optimal operation information of the variable inductor configured in the internal switching power supply circuit, and when the communication system is in a certain application state, the optimal operation information of the variable inductor can be queried according to the operation information table.

And further, after the communication system is started, the best working information of the variable inductance corresponding to the current application state in the maintained working information table is inquired according to the current application state of the communication system. And adjusting the variable inductance according to the optimal working information so as to optimize the working performance of the communication system.

The embodiment of the invention provides a working performance optimization method of a communication system, which sets a power inductor in the communication system as a variable inductor. And a working information table is constructed in advance and used for recording the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal working information of the variable inductance. In one embodiment, the application state of the communication system is a polarization direction of an antenna, and the operation information of the variable inductor is an inductance direction. In the process of constructing the working information table, different application states of the communication system, that is, different polarization directions of the antenna, and different working information of the variable inductance, that is, different inductance directions, are predetermined.

Illustratively, the inductance direction of the variable inductance may be set to 9 directions, which are respectively 6 diagonal planes of a cube, and 3 bisection planes parallel to the 3 opposite surfaces of the cube passing through the center of the cube; or only the latter 3 plane directions, namely, XOY, XOZ and YOZ plane directions; and other directions can be set according to practical application conditions, so that the beneficial effects of the invention are not influenced.

The third embodiment of the present invention is further implemented on the basis of the second embodiment, wherein the working information includes an inductance value and an inductance direction of the variable inductor, and the working information table includes a first working information table and a second working information table.

The first working information table records a mapping relation between an application state of the communication system and the optimal inductance value of the variable inductor; the second operation information table records a mapping relationship between an application state of the communication system and an optimal inductance direction of the variable inductance.

The working performance optimization method of the communication system in the second embodiment of the present invention includes steps S31 to S33:

s31, after the communication system is started, judging whether the current application state of the communication system is stored in a working information table correspondingly maintained by the communication system;

s32, when the current application state of the communication system is stored in the working information table, obtaining an optimal inductance value of the corresponding variable inductor according to the current application state of the communication system and the first working information table, so as to adjust the inductance value of the variable inductor;

and S33, after the inductance value of the variable inductor is adjusted, acquiring the corresponding optimal inductance direction of the variable inductor according to the current application state of the communication system and the second working information table, so as to adjust the inductance direction of the variable inductor, thereby optimizing the working performance of the communication system.

In the embodiment of the present invention, two work information tables are constructed by the construction method of the work information table as described in the second embodiment. The first working information table records the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal inductance value of the variable inductor; the second working information table records the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal inductance direction of the variable inductance.

After the communication system is started, the best inductance value of the variable inductance corresponding to the current application state in the maintained first working information table is inquired according to the current application state of the communication system. And adjusting the variable inductance according to the optimal inductance value. After the variable inductor is adjusted to the optimal inductance value, the optimal inductance direction of the variable inductor corresponding to the current application state in the maintained second work information table is further inquired. And adjusting the variable inductance according to the optimal inductance direction. Thereby optimizing the operating performance of the communication system.

The third embodiment of the invention provides a working performance optimization method of a communication system, which sets a power inductor in the communication system as a variable inductor. And two working information tables are constructed in advance and are respectively used for recording the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal inductance direction and the nearest inductance value of the variable inductance. After the communication system is started, whether the current application state of the communication system is stored in a working information table correspondingly maintained by the communication system is judged. If so, adjusting the variable inductor according to the optimal inductance value of the variable inductor corresponding to the current application state, and further adjusting the variable inductor according to the optimal inductance direction of the variable inductor corresponding to the current application state. The working performance optimization method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for various application states of a communication system, and the receiving performance of the communication system is optimized by finely adjusting two working information, namely the inductance value and the inductance direction of the variable inductor in the circuit according to the application states of the communication system, so that the working performance of the communication system reaches the optimal state, and the problem that the fixed power inductor in the prior art cannot meet different application states of the communication system to improve the system performance is solved.

In another alternative implementation, referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a construction flow of a work information table in the fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method for optimizing the working performance of the communication system provided by the third embodiment of the invention is further implemented on the basis of the first embodiment. In the work information table maintained corresponding to the communication system, the work information is an inductance combination composed of an inductance value and an inductance direction of a variable inductance. That is, the mapping relationship between the application state of the communication system and the inductance value and the inductance direction of the variable inductor is recorded in the working information table.

After the communication system is started, the maintained working information table is inquired according to the current application state of the communication system, two working information, namely the inductance value and the inductance direction of the variable inductance corresponding to the current application state are obtained at the same time, and the variable inductance is adjusted to optimize the working performance of the communication system.

Specifically, the work information table correspondingly maintained by the communication system is constructed through the following steps S41 to S44:

s41, sequentially setting the communication system to be in different preset application states;

s42, aiming at the current set application state of the communication system, adjusting different inductance combinations of the variable inductance, and acquiring the working performance of the communication system under each inductance combination of the variable inductance; the different inductor combinations are formed by combining different preset inductance values and different preset inductor directions;

s43, acquiring an inductance combination of variable inductances corresponding to the communication system when the communication system achieves the optimal working performance under the currently set application state, and taking the inductance combination as the optimal inductance combination to obtain a mapping relation between the currently set application state and the optimal inductance combination of the variable inductances;

and S44, constructing the working information table according to the mapping relation between each application state of the communication system and the optimal inductance combination of the variable inductances.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the inductance direction and the inductance value of the variable inductor are considered as a whole. In the process of constructing the working information table, different application states of the communication system, different inductance directions and inductance value ranges of the variable inductance are predetermined. And according to the determined multiple inductance directions and multiple inductance values, arranging and combining the inductance arrays formed by different inductance values and different inductance directions to obtain a plurality of inductance combinations.

And setting the communication system in any application state, adjusting the working information of the variable inductor to enable the communication system to be in the working state of different inductor combinations, and detecting the working performance expressed by the communication system. And acquiring the inductance combination of the variable inductance corresponding to the optimal working performance as the optimal working information of the communication system in the current application state, and recording the corresponding relation. And continuously adjusting the application state of the communication system, continuously adjusting the inductance combination of the variable inductance, recording a plurality of groups of corresponding relations, and finally establishing the working information table.

By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the inductance direction and the inductance value of the variable inductor are taken into consideration as a whole, so that the accuracy of the optimization of the working performance of the communication system can be improved. In addition, the construction and training process is simple and convenient to operate and high in practicability, and the requirement of the diversified use scenes of the communication system can be effectively met.

As a preferred implementation manner, refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for optimizing the working performance of a communication system in the fifth embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the present invention, the method for optimizing the working performance of the communication system includes steps S51 to S53:

s51, after the communication system is started, judging whether the current application state of the communication system is stored in a working information table correspondingly maintained by the communication system; the working information table records the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal working information of the variable inductance; the optimal working information is the working information of the variable inductor when the communication system achieves the optimal working performance under the application state.

S52, when the current application state of the communication system is not stored in the working information table, adjusting the variable inductor according to different preset working information of the variable inductor, and acquiring the working performance of the communication system of the variable inductor under each preset working information;

s53, acquiring the working information of the variable inductance corresponding to the communication system when the optimal working performance is reached under the current application state, and taking the working information as the optimal working information; and adjusting the variable inductance according to the optimal working information to optimize the working performance of the communication system.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when the current application state of the communication system is not stored in the working information table, it indicates that the current application state of the communication system is a new application scenario, and the optimal working information of the variable inductance is determined in real time through continuous debugging, so that the communication system achieves the optimal working performance.

Specifically, the variable inductor is adjusted according to different preset working information corresponding to the variable inductor, including different inductor directions and inductance values. And detecting the working performance of the communication system under the working state of each inductance direction, inductance value or inductance combination of the variable inductance, acquiring the working information of the variable inductance corresponding to the optimal working performance, taking the working information as the optimal working information, and adjusting the variable inductance to operate under the optimal working information so as to optimize the working performance of the communication system.

Further, the method further comprises:

and S54, updating the working information table according to the mapping relation between the current application state of the communication system and the optimal working information of the variable inductance.

Based on the above adjustment, the communication system determines a new set of correspondence between the "application status" and the "best work information", and adds the correspondence to the work information table to update the work information table. Furthermore, in the next communication process, if the communication system is in the application state, the corresponding optimal working information of the variable inductance can be acquired from the working information table, so that the efficiency of optimizing the working performance of the communication system is effectively improved.

The fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a method for optimizing the working performance of a communication system, where when a working information table maintained corresponding to the communication system does not store the current application state of the communication system, the variable inductor is adjusted according to different preset working information of the variable inductor, and the working performance of the communication system under each preset working information of the variable inductor is obtained; and acquiring the working information of the variable inductor corresponding to the communication system when the optimal working performance is achieved under the current application state, and adjusting the variable inductor as the optimal working information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the working information of the variable inductor can be adjusted in real time according to the optimal working performance which can be achieved by the current application state of the communication system, and the optimal working information is determined so as to optimize the receiving performance of the communication system, so that the working performance of the communication system can achieve the optimal state, and the problem that the fixed power inductor in the prior art cannot meet different application states of the communication system so as to improve the system performance is solved. In addition, the adjustment and determination processes of the working information of the variable inductor are simple to operate, and the practicability is high.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an operation performance optimizing apparatus of a communication system according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. The sixth embodiment of the present invention provides a device 60 for optimizing the working performance of a communication system, where a power inductor in the communication system is a variable inductor; the apparatus 60 comprises: an application state confirmation module 61 and a working performance optimization module 62; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the application state confirmation module 61 is configured to, after the communication system is started up, determine whether a working information table maintained corresponding to the communication system stores a current application state of the communication system; the working information table records the mapping relation between the application state of the communication system and the optimal working information of the variable inductance; the optimal working information is the working information of the variable inductor when the communication system reaches the optimal working performance under the application state;

the working performance optimizing module 62 is configured to, when the current application state of the communication system is stored in the working information table, adjust the variable inductance according to the optimal working information of the variable inductance corresponding to the current application state, so as to optimize the working performance of the communication system.

It should be noted that, the working performance optimizing device of a communication system according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured to execute all the process steps of the working performance optimizing method of a communication system according to any one of the first to fifth embodiments, and working principles and beneficial effects of the two are in one-to-one correspondence, which is not described again.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the power inductor of the switching power supply circuit, and the design concept of dynamic adjustment of the inductance and direction of the power inductor in other circuits is consistent with the present invention.
