The management and control method comprises edge node registration, specifically, when a new anti-error host and a mobile terminal are put into use, node information of the anti-error host and the mobile terminal is registered with a registration management center of an anti-error cloud center module;

the node information includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) transformer substation name, equipment attribution unit, equipment model, equipment hardware configuration, application software manufacturer and version;

the specific content found by the edge node service is that the operation ticket generation, the simulation language, the anti-error check and the operation result query functions carried by the edge node are issued to a service management center in the form of service issuing information, the service issuing information comprises a service name, a version, an IP (Internet protocol), a port and an overtime parameter, the service management center analyzes the service contained in the service issuing information and automatically pushes the analyzed service to an anti-error cloud center module for use;

the specific content of the state tracking of the edge node is that the anti-misoperation cloud center periodically and actively detects the state of the edge node, and the edge node actively reports abnormal state information;

the control method further comprises access authorization control, specifically edge node calls service authority control of the cloud to manage function call of switching operation progress inquiry, operation ticket inquiry and operation ticket downloading.

The management and control method further comprises cloud configuration issuing, specifically, unified management of the anti-error model and the ticket forming rule is carried out on the anti-error cloud center module; when the model moves and the rule is adjusted, the anti-error cloud center module broadcasts the changed information to each anti-error host; meanwhile, the adjustment of the operation parameters of the management and control system is also transmitted to each edge node by the anti-misoperation cloud center module.

Example (b):

the Fujian province network develops the construction work of 'full remote control' of the regulation and control main station in 2013, establishes the anti-misoperation main station system in province and region regulations step by step, realizes the interconnection with the microcomputer five-prevention system of the transformer substation, and acquires the locking state information of a temporary grounding wire, a network (cabinet) door and an anti-misoperation locking relay. On this basis, the key technology of this patent is successfully applied to the construction of the switching operation technical support system of the Fujian power grid transformer substation, satisfies the anti-misoperation requirement of dispatching the remote control operation to the cold standby state, and has realized functions such as anti-misoperation lockout, operation rehearsal, remote control operation, anti-misoperation check. The method has good effect since the beginning of 2020. The implementation of the system is briefly described below.

The configuration of the cloud edge coordination-based substation switching operation technology support system is shown in fig. 4. Establishing an anti-misoperation cloud in the three areas of provincial and security regulation by relying on a regulation cloud base platform and a data platform, and deploying monitoring and management application of the whole process of switching operation of the transformer substation; intelligent ticket forming, operation ticket simulation and anti-error check services are deployed in a five-prevention host of the transformer substation; the pressing plate state image recognition and inspection and operation ticket field execution management functions are deployed on the mobile terminal; and the anti-error host and the mobile terminal perform data interaction with the anti-error cloud in a wide area message mail mode. The cloud calls the intelligent ticketing service of the five-prevention host of the transformer substation, issues the operation ticket to the mobile terminal, and receives the operation ticket execution result returned by the mobile terminal.

In this example, the anti-misoperation cloud technical architecture is shown in the figure and comprises two layers of functions, namely an anti-misoperation cloud center and an edge node. The anti-misoperation cloud is deployed in a regulation and control main station, the edge nodes are dispersed in substations of various voltage levels, and the anti-misoperation cloud comprises an anti-misoperation host and a mobile terminal and participates in cloud computing and business processing together.

Preventing the cloud center from being mistaken: based on a regulation and control cloud platform model, the expansion anti-misoperation model is expanded, anti-misoperation host management, mobile terminal management, Web billing application, operation order full-flow management and control and anti-misoperation service post-evaluation functions are provided, a plurality of substations are supported to bill at the same time, a plurality of bills are billed by the same substation, wireless tickets are transmitted to the mobile terminal, and order adjustment, operation order, rehearsal, operation full-process and online management and control are realized.

Preventing a host computer from being mistaken: intelligent ticket forming, operation ticket uploading, simulated rehearsal and rehearsal result returning services are established on the anti-error host of the transformer substation, the cloud center billing application intelligent generation operation ticket is received, and anti-error real-time verification before field operation is executed.

A mobile terminal: the mobile terminal obtains the electronic operation ticket from the anti-misoperation cloud center, carries the electronic operation ticket to the site for unlocking and equipment operation, and provides functions of equipment registration, user identity authentication management, operation process management, pressure plate state image identification and the like.

Intelligent tool to lock: the mobile terminal APP sends the current operation instruction to the Bluetooth unlocking device through the Bluetooth channel, the Bluetooth unlocking device automatically reads the five-prevention lock RFID information and checks the five-prevention lock RFID information, and after the five-prevention lock RFID information is checked to be correct, an unlocking instruction is sent to the five-prevention lock (intelligent lockset) to enable the five-prevention lock to be unlocked.
