Step six: managing a semi-finished product warehouse: firstly, a semi-finished product warehouse is a transfer station of face and bottom process flows in the shoe production process; then, the semi-finished product warehouse management shall prompt a sewing machine workshop timely according to the scheduled time of the production sequence table, and control the material distribution of the upper clamping forming workshop; then, before the upper and the sole are sent to the upper clamping forming workshop, the semi-finished product warehouse management personnel must pay special attention to the quality management and the quantity statistics according to the process flow chart; then, each order needs to be prepared with various materials such as upper surface, middle sole, big sole, insole, inner box, outer box, paper label, etc., and the materials can be sent to a forming workshop of the upper clamping; finally, the number of production turns per day is determined according to the number of the ordered sandalwood heads, and the forming workshop draws the production according to the list.
