One side wall of the tray body 16 is obliquely arranged, the bottom of the tray body 16 is positioned above the recovery box 15, the operating box 6 is arranged on one side of the tray body 16 in a sliding mode, one side wall, opposite to the tray body 16, of the operating box 6 is obliquely formed into a blanking plate 13, the oblique direction of the blanking plate 13 is the same as that of the side wall of the tray body 16, and a channel 14 for enabling waste to fall into the recovery box 15 is formed between the blanking plate 13 and the oblique side wall of the tray body 16.

The tumor care tray has at least the following disadvantages: the recovery tank 15 has a limited internal space, and if the amount of waste generated during nursing is too large, a part of the waste cannot be stored, which causes trouble in nursing for medical staff, and therefore, the problem needs to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides a tumor nursing tray, which mainly solves the technical problems that: how to enable the recycling bin to contain more medical waste.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention mainly provides the following technical scheme:

Optionally, a first annular groove and a limiting plate located on the upper side of the first annular groove are arranged at the upper end of the side plate of the recycling bin, a second annular groove is arranged on the lower side of the limiting plate, and the center lines of the first annular groove and the second annular groove are overlapped; the lower side of the rotating part is provided with a first annular bulge, the upper side of the rotating part is provided with a second annular flange, and the first annular bulge is inserted into the first annular groove and is in running fit with the first annular groove; the second annular bulge is used for being inserted into the second annular groove and is in running fit with the second annular groove.

Optionally, a second elastic resetting piece is arranged in the handle and used for providing a force for lifting the transmission rod to the initial position, so that the transmission rod drives the pressing handle to lift together.

Optionally, the pressing handle and the pressing rod are in an L shape, the handle is provided with an L-shaped accommodating groove for accommodating the pressing handle and the pressing rod, the L-shaped accommodating groove is provided with a first groove body in sliding fit with the pressing handle, and the handle is also internally provided with a lifting groove in sliding fit with the pressing handle; the pressure handle is located at an initial descending position on the upper side of the lifting groove when sliding to a first position along the first groove body, and the pressure rod extends out of the L-shaped accommodating groove; and driving the pressing rod to retract into the L-shaped accommodating groove when the pressing rod slides to the second position along the first groove body.

By means of the technical scheme, the tumor nursing tray at least has the following beneficial effects: when the garbage in the recycling bin is full, the driving mechanism can drive the pressing plate to rotate to a position opposite to the garbage recycling port, so that the pressing plate is positioned above the garbage in the recycling bin; then the pressing plate is driven to descend, and the pressing plate can be abutted against the garbage in the recycling bin to compact the garbage, so that the recycling bin can contain more garbage;

As shown in FIG. 2, one embodiment of the present invention provides an oncology nursing tray, which comprises a tray body 1, support legs 2, a recovery box 3, a pressure plate 7 and a driving mechanism. The supporting legs 2 are used for being arranged on the tray body 1 to provide support for the tray body 1. The number of the supporting legs 2 is two, one of the supporting legs is fixed on one side of the lower end of the tray body 1, and the other supporting leg is fixed on the other side of the lower end of the tray body 1. As shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the collection tank 3 has a waste collection port 301. The recycling bin 3 is arranged at the lower side of the tray body 1 and can move relative to the tray body 1, so that the garbage recycling port 301 is opened or closed by the bottom surface of the tray body 1. Specifically, the lower end of the tray body 1 is provided with a guide groove in which the recovery tank 3 is slidably disposed to be drawn out or retracted with respect to the tray body 1 along the guide groove. When the recovery tank 3 is drawn out along the guide groove, the garbage collection port 301 at the upper end of the recovery tank 3 is opened by the bottom surface of the tray body 1 (as shown in fig. 3), and when the recovery tank 3 is retracted along the guide groove directly below the recovery tank 3, the garbage collection port 301 on the recovery tank 3 is closed by the bottom surface of the tray body 1 (as shown in fig. 2).

As shown in fig. 3, the pressing plate 7 is rotatably provided at the upper end of the side plate of the recovery box 3 and is movable up and down with respect to the recovery box 3. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the tray for nursing tumor of the present invention may include a rotation member 9 disposed at an upper end of a side plate of the recycling bin 3, the upper end of the side plate of the recycling bin 3 is provided with a first annular groove and a limit plate 10 disposed at an upper side of the first annular groove, and the limit plate 10 may be fixed at the upper end of the recycling bin 3 by screws. The lower side of the limiting plate 10 is provided with a second annular groove, and the central lines of the first annular groove and the second annular groove are superposed. The lower side of the rotating part 9 is provided with a first annular bulge, the upper side of the rotating part is provided with a second annular flange, and the first annular bulge is inserted into the first annular groove and is in running fit with the first annular groove; the second annular bulge is used for being inserted into the second annular groove and is in running fit with the second annular groove. The pressing plate 7 is disposed on the rotating member 9 so as to be movable up and down, and is connected to the recovery tank 3 through the rotating member 9. As shown in fig. 8, the tray for nursing tumor of the present invention may further include a telescopic rod 15, wherein the telescopic rod 15 is used for connecting the pressing plate 7 and the rotating member 9, specifically, one end of the telescopic rod 15 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 7, and the other end is fixedly connected with the rotating member 9. The telescopic rod 15 is used for driving the pressing plate 7 to lift when stretching. In this example, the pressure plate 7 can be rotated relative to the recovery tank 3 by the rotation member 9, and can be lifted and lowered relative to the recovery tank 3 by the telescopic rod 15.

The driving mechanism is arranged on the tray body 1, and can drive the pressing plate 7 to rotate to a position opposite to the garbage recycling port 301, and then drive the pressing plate 7 to descend so as to press the garbage in the recycling bin 3.

In the above example, when the garbage in the recycling bin 3 is full, the driving mechanism can drive the pressing plate 7 to rotate to a position opposite to the garbage recycling port 301, so that the pressing plate 7 is located above the garbage in the recycling bin 3; then the pressing plate 7 is driven to descend, and the pressing plate 7 can be pressed against the garbage in the recycling bin 3 to compact the garbage, so that the recycling bin 3 can contain more garbage.

As shown in fig. 8, a first elastic return element 16 may be further disposed between the pressing plate 7 and the rotating element 9, and the first elastic return element 16 may be a spring or a flexible plastic. The first elastic return element 16 is used to provide a force for lifting the pressing plate 7 to the initial position, so that the pressing plate 7 can be automatically returned relative to the rotating element 9, thereby saving labor.

As shown in fig. 8, the tray for nursing tumor of the present invention may further comprise an auxiliary pressing plate 8, wherein the auxiliary pressing plate 8 is disposed on the pressing plate 7 and can be opened and closed relative to the pressing plate 7. Preferably, the auxiliary pressing plate 8 can be connected with the pressing plate 7 through a rotating shaft, so that the auxiliary pressing plate 8 can be opened and closed in a rotating manner relative to the pressing plate 7. The driving mechanism is used for driving the pressing plate 7 to rotate to a position opposite to the garbage recycling port 301, driving the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to open relative to the pressing plate 7, and then driving the pressing plate 7 and the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to descend together.

In the above example, the medical staff can implement a series of operations for compacting the garbage by the driving mechanism, which can firstly drive the pressing plate 7 to rotate, then drive the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to open, and then drive the auxiliary pressing plate 8 and the pressing plate 7 to descend together to compact the garbage in the recycling bin 3, since all the operations are completed by the same driving mechanism, the driving cost can be saved.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the pressure plate 7 is provided with a lifting slider 13, and the lifting slider 13 is connected to the auxiliary pressure plate 8 through a link 14. One end of the connecting rod 14 is hinged with the lifting slide block 13, and the other end is hinged with the auxiliary pressure plate 8. The auxiliary pressure plate 8 is hinged on the pressure plate 7, so that the auxiliary pressure plate 8 can be opened and closed relative to the pressure plate 7 in a rotating mode. The lifting slide block 13 is used for driving the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to open relative to the pressing plate 7 when descending and driving the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to close relative to the pressing plate 7 when ascending. The driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting slide block 13 to drive the auxiliary pressure plate 8 to open. Specifically, the driving mechanism drives the lifting slider 13 to descend to drive the auxiliary pressure plate 8 to open.

As shown in fig. 7, the pressing plate 7 may be provided with a limiting sliding groove 71, and the lifting slider 13 is disposed in the limiting sliding groove 71 to lift along the limiting sliding groove 71. When the driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting slide block 13 to move to a position abutting against the bottom of the limiting slide groove 71, the lifting slide block 13 is continuously driven to descend so as to abut against the pressing plate 7 through the lifting slide block 13 to descend together. In order to assist the return of the lifting slider 13, it is preferable that another return elastic member, such as a spring or a flexible plastic, is provided between the lifting slider 13 and the pressing plate 7, and the other return elastic member can provide a force for lifting the lifting slider to the initial position.

In order to perform the function of the aforementioned drive mechanism, the aforementioned drive mechanism may comprise a transmission rod 11 and a press handle 5, as shown in fig. 6. The recovery box 3 has a handle 4, and the handle 4 is fixed on the upper end of the recovery box 3 to facilitate the medical staff to carry the tray. The pressing handle 5 is used for pressing and pushing the threaded section 111 on the transmission rod 11 to be downwards inserted into the threaded hole 102 so as to drive the connecting piece to rotate, so that the pressing plate 7 rotates to a position opposite to the garbage recycling opening 301; then, after being continuously pressed, the lifting slide block 13 is pushed by the pressing rod 51 and descends to the bottom of the limiting slide groove 71, so that the auxiliary pressing plate 8 is opened relative to the pressing plate 7 (as shown in fig. 4); then the pressing rod 51 pushes the pressing plate 7 to drive the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to descend together. Here, it should be noted that: when the handle 5 is pressed to drive the pressing plate 7 to rotate to a position opposite to the garbage recycling port 301 and the handle 5 continues to press the transmission rod 11 downwards, the threaded section 111 on the transmission rod 11 penetrates through the threaded hole 102, and the polished rod section 112 penetrates into the threaded hole 102, so that the pressing plate 7 can be kept at a position opposite to the garbage recycling port 301.

In the above example, the pressing handle 5, the transmission rod 11 and the pressing rod 51 cooperate to realize the function of the driving mechanism, so that the pressing plate 7 can rotate to the upper end of the garbage recycling opening 301, then the auxiliary pressing plate 8 opens relative to the pressing plate 7, and then the pressing plate 7 drives the auxiliary pressing plate 8 to compact the garbage together.

As shown in fig. 6, a second elastic return element 12, such as a spring or a flexible plastic, may be disposed inside the handle 4. The second elastic return element 12 is used to provide a force for lifting the transmission rod 11 to the initial position, so that the transmission rod 11 drives the pressing handle 5 to lift together, so that the transmission rod 11 and the pressing handle 5 can be returned together, which has the advantage of saving manpower.

As shown in fig. 4, both the pressing handle 5 and the pressing rod 51 may be L-shaped, and the handle 4 is provided with an L-shaped accommodating groove 41 for accommodating the pressing handle 5 and the pressing rod 51. The L-shaped accommodating groove 41 is provided with a first groove body which is used for being in sliding fit with the pressing handle 5, and a lifting groove which is used for being in sliding fit with the pressing handle 5 is further arranged in the handle 4. The pressing handle 5 is located at an initial descending position on the upper side of the lifting groove when sliding to the first position along the first groove body, and the pressing rod 51 extends out of the L-shaped accommodating groove 41; and the pressing rod 51 is driven to retract into the L-shaped accommodating groove 41 when the first groove body slides to the second position. Wherein, the pressing handle 5 can push the transmission rod 11 to descend along the lifting groove when in the initial descending position.

In the above example, the pressing handle 5 and the pressing rod 51 can be accommodated inside the handle 4 by providing the L-shaped accommodating groove 41, so that the appearance of the entire tray is more concise.

As shown in FIG. 2, the tray for nursing tumor of the present invention may further comprise a plurality of partitions 6, and the partitions 6 are disposed in the brackets 100 of the tray body 1. Each of the dividers 6 is slidable within the bracket 100 along the length of the tray body 1 and from one side of the bracket 100 to the other.

In the above example, the partition boards 6 cooperate with each other to separate the bracket 100 of the tray into two or more parts according to actual needs, for example, the bracket 100 may be separated into two, three, four or five parts. And by moving the partition 6, the size of a single bracket 100 may also be adjusted to accommodate different numbers and sizes of drugs.

In order to realize the sliding function of the partition 6 in the tray body 1, as shown in fig. 2, a limiting groove 101 may be provided on a side wall of the bracket 100, and a sliding portion for inserting into the limiting groove 101 is provided on the partition 6 so as to be slidably engaged with the limiting groove 101 through the sliding portion. The number of the limiting grooves 101 may be two, and the two limiting grooves are respectively located on two sides of the bracket 100. Accordingly, the number of the sliding portions is also two, and one is located on one side of the partition 6 and the other is located on the other side of the partition 6.

The working principle and preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below.

The invention discloses a tumor nursing tray which comprises a tray body 1, wherein two supporting legs 2 and a slidable recycling box 3 are arranged on the lower side of the tray body 1. A handle 4 is also fixed on the tray body 1, and a pressing handle 5 and a lifting transmission rod 11 are arranged in the handle 4. A pressure lever 51 is fixed to the pressure handle 5. The upper end of the side plate of the recycling bin 3 is provided with a rotating part 9, the rotating part 9 is provided with a threaded hole 102, the rotating part 9 is provided with a pressure plate 7 capable of lifting, and the pressure plate 7 is connected with the rotating part 9 through a telescopic rod 15. The pressing handle 5 can push the transmission rod 11 to descend, the threaded section 111 of the transmission rod 11 is inserted into the threaded hole 102 of the rotating piece 9, the transmission rod 11 drives the rotating piece 9 to rotate, and the rotating piece 9 drives the pressing plate 7 on the rotating piece 9 to rotate together to the upper end of the garbage recycling opening 301. When the pressing handle 5 is pressed down continuously, the light rod section 112 on the transmission rod 11 is inserted into the threaded hole 102 of the rotating part 9, meanwhile, the pressing rod 51 is pressed against the lifting slide block 13 on the pressing plate 7, so that the auxiliary pressing plate 8 is opened relative to the pressing plate 7, then the pressing handle 5 drives the pressing rod 51 to move down continuously, and the pressing rod 51 is pressed against the auxiliary pressing plate 8 and the pressing plate 7 to descend so as to compact the garbage in the recycling bin 3.

The tumor nursing tray of the invention also comprises a plurality of clapboards 6, the clapboards 6 are arranged on the bracket 100 of the tray body 1 for hiccup, can slide in the bracket 100 along the length direction of the tray body 1, and can slide from one side of the bracket 100 to the other side.

Here, it should be noted that: in the case of no conflict, a person skilled in the art may combine the related technical features in the above examples according to actual situations to achieve corresponding technical effects, and details of various combining situations are not described herein.
