As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the cup body 2 is composed of an outer annular wall 21, an inner annular wall 22 and an annular top cover 23 covering the outer annular wall and the inner annular wall, the outer annular wall 21 and the inner annular wall 22 are distributed on the same plane at intervals, the three are of an integrated structure, the space between the outer annular wall 21 and the inner annular wall 22 is a negative pressure cupping area 25, the space inside the inner annular wall 22 is a positive pressure moxibustion area 26, and therefore independent cupping or independent normal pressure moxibustion can be achieved, cooperation of negative pressure cupping and positive pressure moxibustion can be achieved, operation is convenient, functions are diversified, and multiple use requirements are met.

The negative pressure cupping area 25 is embedded outside the positive pressure moxibustion area 26, and because the skin of a human body has certain elasticity, after the vacuum pump 32 is started, the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure cupping area 25 can enable the bottom end faces of the outer ring wall 21 and the inner ring wall 22 to be tightly sucked on the skin, so that the normal use of the invention is prevented from being influenced by the positive pressure leakage at the positive pressure moxibustion area 26 inside the inner ring wall 22.

As shown in fig. 10, the inner wall and the outer wall of the inner annular wall 22 are both provided with the first screw thread 24, the host bottom plate 14 is provided with the through hole 141 corresponding to the second air hole 27, and the annular top cover 23 and the host bottom plate 14 are in seamless butt joint and hermetically and fixedly connected after the through hole 141 and the second air hole 27 are aligned, so that the gas leakage accident is avoided.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the annular top cover 23 is provided with a second cylindrical air hole 27 matched with the fourth pipeline of the cross joint 31, the two air holes are hermetically connected, a filter screen 28 capable of being replaced is further arranged at a position, corresponding to the second air hole 27, on the bottom surface of the annular top cover 23, the filter screen 28 can filter impurities and moisture in air, normal operation of the physiotherapy instrument is guaranteed, the service life of the physiotherapy instrument is prolonged, and when the filter screen 28 needs to be replaced, the annular lifting plate 4 can be unscrewed along the first screw thread 24 to detach and install the filter screen 28.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, an annular lifting plate 4 is arranged between the outer annular wall 21 and the inner annular wall 22, a second thread 43 screwed with the first thread 24 is formed on the inner wall of the annular lifting plate 4, as shown in fig. 10, a circular lifting plate 5 is arranged inside the inner annular wall 22, a third thread 54 screwed with the first thread 24 is formed on the outer wall of the circular lifting plate 5, the height of the annular lifting plate 4 in the tank body 2 is adjusted to control the depth of skin sucked by the mouth of the tank during cupping, cupping walking and scraping therapy, and the contact strength between the spherical protrusion 51 and the scraping protrusion 52 and the skin can be controlled by adjusting the height of the circular lifting plate 5 in the tank body 2, so as to meet the physical therapy requirements of different ages and different parts, and at the same time, all the possible positions of the mouth of the tank body 2, the annular lifting plate 4 and the circular lifting plate 5 which are in direct contact with the skin are set as arc angles which are not easy to scratch, thereby optimizing the physical therapy experience of the user.

As shown in fig. 10, the annular lifting plate 4 is provided with a wrench opening 41 for manually rotating the annular lifting plate 4, a finger is inserted into the wrench opening 41 to rotate the annular lifting plate 4 and further adjust the height of the annular lifting plate 4 inside the tank body 2, and the annular lifting plate 4 is further provided with a plurality of air holes three 42 distributed circumferentially, as shown in fig. 11, the circular lifting plate 5 is further provided with a plurality of air holes four 53 distributed circumferentially, and the air holes three 42 and the air holes four 53 both play a role of flowing gas.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the end surface of the circular lifting plate 5 facing the opening of the tank body 2 is provided with a spherical protrusion 51 and a plurality of scraping projections 52 for massaging and scraping, the plurality of scraping projections 52 are arranged in a curve shape and are equiangularly arranged with the spherical protrusion 51 as the center, the scraping projections 52 are similar to a hill structure, the middle position is highest and is provided with an arc-shaped angle, when the tank is moved and the scraping is contacted with the skin of a human body, discomfort of the user is reduced, two sides of the scraping projections are parabolically and slowly extended to the bottom surface of the circular lifting plate 5 and are fixedly connected with the bottom surface, the scraping projections 52 play a scraping role on one hand, and also play a stirring role when the circular lifting plate 5 is lifted, the lifting of the circular lifting plate 5 is controlled by stirring the scraping projections 52, the top surface of the circular lifting plate 5 is provided with an annular protrusion 55, the annular protrusion 55 is used for separating the circular lifting plate 5 from the infrared heating element 17, this further facilitates the circulation of air within the positive pressure moxibustion zone 26.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

pressing a power key at the control panel 11 to start up, and then pressing to shut down;

cupping: the height of the annular lifting plate 4 and the circular lifting plate 5 away from the skin is adjusted according to the experience requirement of a user, the farther the annular lifting plate 4 is away from the opening end of the tank body 2, the tighter the adsorption of the tank opening to the skin is, the stronger the cupping effect is, and meanwhile, the more obvious the pain is, after the device is placed on the skin needing physical therapy and started, the cupping key is pressed, the vacuum pump 32 works, the cupping key is pressed for a short time, the suction force is switched in a rolling mode in 1-9 steps in sequence, the cupping force, the heating temperature and the physical therapy time are set according to the personal physical therapy requirement, the vacuum pump 32 and the physical therapy module stop working after the time comes, the electromagnetic valve 34 automatically executes the pressure relief action, and the cupping program is ended;

tank walking: the height of the annular lifting plate 4 and the height of the circular lifting plate 5 from the skin are adjusted in advance according to the physical therapy requirement of a user, the closer the annular lifting plate 4 is to the opening end of the tank body 2, the weaker the adsorption force of a tank opening to the skin is, the closer the circular lifting plate 5 is to the opening end of the tank body 2, the more obvious the experience of scraping and massage is, massage oil is uniformly smeared on the skin needing to be subjected to tank walking in advance in the tank walking process, then the device is placed on the skin needing physical therapy and started, the operation step of cupping is executed, the tank walking can be carried out after the setting is finished until the tank walking program is finished, and in the tank walking process, the negative pressure in the tank body 2 can be quickly adjusted by pressing the manual pressure release valve 33, so that the tank walking process is smoother, and the user experience is more comfortable;

moxibustion: the device has two physiotherapy modes of positive pressure moxibustion and normal pressure moxibustion, and the heights of the annular lifting plate 4 and the circular lifting plate 5 from the skin can be adjusted in advance according to the experience requirements of users, so that the users can achieve better physiotherapy experience;

positive pressure moxibustion: after the device is placed on skin needing physical therapy and started, a moxibustion key is pressed, a vacuum pump 32 works, a negative pressure cupping area 25 becomes a negative pressure area, a cupping key is pressed for a short time, suction force is switched in a rolling mode sequentially between 1-9 grades, after the vacuum pump 32 works for 2 seconds, an atomizer 16 and a physical therapy module start to work and release mist with physical therapy efficacy, the physiotherapy key is pressed for a short time, the atomizer 16 and the physical therapy module are switched in a rolling mode sequentially between 1-9 grades, cupping strength and physical therapy temperature can be selected according to personal requirements, at the moment, the negative pressure cupping area 25 forms a closed negative pressure area, a positive pressure moxibustion area 26 located inside the negative pressure cupping area 25 also forms a closed area, the atomizer 16 starts to release the mist and heat, gas expansion realizes positive pressure moxibustion, the positive pressure and negative pressure difference effect is fully utilized, when damp and cold gas is removed in the negative pressure area, atomized gas generated by warm sun gas and physical therapy materials can be passively sucked in, the positive pressure area can enhance the active penetration of the yang-warming gas and the atomized gas generated by the physical therapy material, and not only can the smoke density be controlled, the environment is protected and sanitary, but also the physical therapy material is convenient to replace, safe and reliable while the physical therapy effect is improved;

② normal pressure moxibustion: when not needing negative pressure cup, during direct moxa-moxibustion, long press 2 seconds "moxa-moxibustion" key start-up moxa-moxibustion behind the start, press "physiotherapy" key for a short time, atomizer 16 and physiotherapy module roll the switching between 1-9 shelves in proper order, can select the physiotherapy temperature according to individual demand, and the time reachs the back, atomizer 16 and physiotherapy module stop work, and ordinary pressure moxa-moxibustion procedure ends.
