The above table shows that the masson pine plate prepared by the invention not only can solve the problem of much grease of masson pine, but also can improve the mechanical strength of the masson pine plate through the reaction of the grease and an adhesive, so that the masson pine plate meets the use standard, and the grease in the pine sheet can also enhance the waterproofness of the product.

In the actual production process, the moisture of the dried pine wood slices in the step S2 is preferably controlled to be 5-20% according to the production condition, the final finished product is easy to bubble due to the fact that the moisture content is too high, and the final mechanical property of the product is influenced due to poor bonding between the pine wood slices and the adhesive; and the water content is too small, not only can cause drying safety, deposit and have the potential safety hazard to still can take place the grease fission, this can increase later stage and glue and consume, the cost increase.
