Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for sharing pictures during a call.

Background

In the existing VoLTE mobile communication, two parties of a call can only realize high-bandwidth voice call, but cannot share pictures while the call is in voice call like OTT software such as WeChat, so that the traditional mobile phone call function is gradually covered by software parts such as mobile internet OTT, and with the construction and popularization of a 5G network, the traditional mobile phone voice communication can also realize multimedia communication such as WeChat technically, but to realize the step, the whole network and a mobile phone terminal need to be upgraded to support the 5G message service, namely RCS service.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the foregoing defects in the prior art, a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method and a system for sharing pictures during a call, which can realize a function that both parties of the call can share pictures (including emoticons) during a traditional voice call, and the method can improve and enrich user experience of the traditional call, enhance service competitiveness of an operator, and seamlessly engage with future 5G RCS services.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for sharing pictures during a call, comprising the following steps:

s103, storing the picture corresponding to the dialing key and the automatic playing function set by the user in an application server for sharing the picture in the call;

s104, a calling party dials through a called party by using a default telephone button of the mobile phone, the called party answers, after the calling party and the called party enter a voice call, the calling party and the called party press dialing keys 0-9, each dialing key corresponds to a picture, the picture corresponding to the dialing key realizes picture sharing on a screen flicking screen of a mobile phone screen of the calling party and the called party, and different pictures are switched by pressing different dialing keys.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. technical conditions of the existing VoLTE network are fully utilized, the user experience effect of sharing pictures (emotion packets) in the traditional voice call can be realized without a 5G network RCS message environment, the user experience of the traditional voice call is greatly improved and enriched, and a user can pop up and share various emotion packets or pictures according to chat contexts and moods like WeChat chat;

2. the existing mobile phone terminal supporting 4G VoLTE can support the voice call without downloading a special APP, so that the traditional operator is helped to improve and enrich the experience of the voice call, the viscosity of a user is increased, and the income of the service is improved.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for sharing pictures during a call according to the present invention, comprising the steps of:

s101, deploying an application server for sharing pictures in a call in a VoLTE mobile network;

as shown in the schematic block diagram of fig. 2, after the calling party and the called party are connected, the voice, the key control and the picture sharing of the two parties are all realized through an RTP media channel established by the application server.

Through the foregoing embodiment, step S101 is an application server that shares pictures in a call deployed in a VoLTE network, as shown in fig. 2, the function of the application server is equivalent to the function of an application server + a media server in the VoLTE network, an application server module performs SIP signaling transceiving, and the media server module performs picture control instruction storage and picture forwarding, and this implementation scheme is originally created in the current VoLTE network, and this mainly shows: the deployment of VoLTE network application servers is currently just SIP signaling functions as shown in fig. 2, and there is no media channel as shown in fig. 2. The invention adopts the establishment of the media channel of the calling party and the called party in the application server, and the media channel is established by connecting the calling SCSCF and the called PCSCF of the existing VoLTE network.

The picture (facial expression package) of the user is completely different from the picture (facial expression package) in the chat function of the APP software such as the existing WeChat, and the like, because the picture (facial expression package) shared in the conversation of the invention is not a special APP software, but a universal dialer in the mobile phone of the user, only 12 keys of 0-9 and # can be used, the invention utilizes the 12 keys to realize the control of the sharing, playing and stopping of the picture (facial expression package) in the conversation, the invention is original, the user can log in the personal account in advance through the special APP to set the 12 keys of 0-9 #, and the set APP is only a personal service setting interface of the user.

After the user sets the personal keys, the picture (emoticon) corresponding to each key and the control key # are stored in the application server.

When the user uses the call sharing picture (emoticon) service, the user can be a calling party, namely, the user dials the telephone of the other party, the user can also be a called party, the other party dials the user, and the calling party and the called party can be both call sharing picture (emoticon) service users: firstly, a user makes a calling party, and uses a universal dialer of a mobile phone to dial a called phone, the universal dialer has no limitation, no matter the mobile phone is taken from a factory or a downloaded dialer of a third party, the user can only dial the called phone by the calling party, the called party responds, at this time, the calling party and the called party establish media connection through the method in the figure 2, the calling party can play corresponding pictures (expression packages) through keys 0-9 and 0-9 in the call process, the specific pictures (expression packages) corresponding to the keys 0-9 are played circularly by pressing the keys, each picture corresponding to the keys 0-9 can be played by pressing the keys randomly in the playing process, the effect shown by the dialed pictures (expression packages) is shown in the figure 3, and the effect of switching the pictures by opening the keyboard is shown in the figure 4.

The invention has two advantages: firstly, technical conditions of the existing VoLTE network are fully utilized, the user experience effect of sharing pictures (emoticons) in the traditional voice call can be realized without a 5G network RCS message environment, the user experience of the traditional voice call is greatly improved and enriched, and a user can pop up and share various emoticons or pictures according to chat contexts and moods like WeChat chat; secondly, the existing mobile phone terminal supporting 4G VoLTE can support without downloading a dedicated APP, if personalized setting is needed, only the set APP needs to be downloaded, if the set APP needs to be downloaded, the picture (expression package) sharing service can be experienced by using default setting without downloading, and under the condition that the existing 4G VoLTE terminal is popularized to be close to 100%, the picture (expression package) sharing has almost no threshold, and the APP does not need to be downloaded, and meanwhile, the mobile phone terminal stands at the angle of an operator, helps the traditional operator to improve and enrich the experience of voice call, increases the user viscosity, and improves the service income.

The key equipment of the invention is to deploy the application server in the VoLTE network, but the application server in the invention not only has SIP signaling connection with CSCF of the VoLTE network, but also has RTP media connection, thus realizing that the emoticons and pictures can be shared by pressing keys in the traditional voice call.

The invention aims at the existing VoLTE network and VoLTE terminal realization case, after the 5G RCS message network deployment is finished, the RTP media connection part of the picture sharing application server can be changed to be connected with the RCS message platform, and the terminal part is upgraded to be the RCS terminal, so the form of the service can be continuously reserved and upgraded in the 5G RCS network.
